Large fish, the chips aren't greasy, a host of side items and cheerful staff. You can even order online to collect. We found a large portion of chips was enough for 3 people, if you don't have seconds. Will definitely be going back.

Gorgeous, really big pieces of fish with lovely crispy batter. Love the chicken kebab with salad and the scampi ! Have been going here for well over 10 years always superb X

Just passing through and I tried the cod and chips, perfect size portion, good value and cooked perfectly with very little oil in the box, crispy batter and crispy chips. I am definitely coming this way at yea time again. Yum

Quality of fish & portion size varies since it changed hands. Might try Farringtons in future.

Have shopped here for quite a long time. We only have fish which is generally very generous in size and lovely taste. They have a tendency to make the batter too thick and it's uncooked next to the fish and it tastes horrible.

Pros: Good chips Good curry sauce Portion sizes were generally large Cons: Pea fritters were pretty bland and unseasoned Basically no vegetarian options Whilst the curry sauce was good, the portion size (for a large) left a little to be desired
