J.Visited to get a quick bite. The service was a bit slow but well worth the wait. Great to have a Burger King so close, must limit to once a once a week or so. Did not go inside or used the car park, used to app so food ready with a little wait due to drive in customs in front of us.
G. F.No complaints the staff are polite the food is adequate and the security again polite. Old lady in remains a Burger King with it's limitations and fast food will only ever be fast food as you follow the fries are very good. It is the perfect venue for clubbing spree
n.Before I start I wanna say the food was lush and the service was although slow was good... My issue was with how clean the eating area was upstairs. Tables had rubbish and food on and the floor was like sticky fly paper. One customer complained about the floor so a worker came straight up and started washing it which was great but also made our exit down the stairs a dangerous slippery experience
T. G.Cleanliness was average but a few uncleaned tables. Service and food were good but Burger King is a little expensive compared with competitors.

I tried the vegan whopper burger 🍔 for the first time but I wasn't impressed as it was tasteless, especially compared to other vegan food I've tasted recently - from even supermarkets such as Lidl, Iceland and Asda's vegan sausage and beef tasted much better. Staff were friendly and helpful. Place was clean.
C. E.Went to the burger king @cogan. What a difference to the regular BK than cardiff. Food was done really good. Really clean and what good service. Fast and precise.
S. T.It was nice, however the staff didn't seem to know about any app offers and new dishes (mainly the vegan ones) which caused some confusion - totally not their fault as they should have been briefed by management.

G.Went there after 1030pm, and we weren't allowed to sit. The stuff was ok, 6 sweet potato fries and 6 halloumi fries and a coffee. We weren't supplied with the dips. It was a bit daft in hindsight having the stuff as a takeaway, you need to be able to sit down and eat and there wasn't anywhere in Cardiff city at that time of night. Ah well, you live and learn.....

L. D.Really friendly staff for a busy area. Even when coming into the building to use the facilities as I do wonder around town on often times as a support worker.. never an issue instead of having someone going you have to buy something etc. Great location also :)

v. J.Pretty large restaurant but also pretty messy inside, wasnt really busy when we visited so expected it to be clean.
S. P. J.Got my order wrong, and then tried to tell me I hadn't ordered a double whopper even though I had a receipt to prove it. They got me a new one pretty quick however after I proved my order.

W.Really really looked forward to my burger king as I have to travel an hour to get one ...was really busy only 2 servers to take orders and they gave us the wrong burger but found it waiting for us on the counter food was delicious apart from no condiments like sauce that was asked for or napkins placed in bag.

J. J.Well the staff are always Very happy & friendly. Quick service and everytime I go there its always Clean & tidy. If a place wasn't clean then I wouldn't ever go there again. On my visit today I had a large Double whopper meal . Which is always really tasty and always hot enough. I gave 5☆ because everytime I go there I always enjoy the food. .Thanks guys. ..... Jay

This Burger King is located in the very heart of the centre of Cardiff and is very busy and popular establishment for getting a quick bite go eat.

P. H.Only downside is that they only have men's & a disabled/baby changing toilet downstairs, woman's were upstairs with no visible lift to get there for mum's with pushchairs.
Other than that the premesis was fairly clean and tidy, there wasn't a long wait for food even though it was pretty busy.

However one time i was in there some sort of regional area manager type person from burger king was in there, shouting at the young staff to go faster... Clearly a bully and it was disappointing to see this when customers were standing watching...
A. A.Really big Burger King with 2 floors. We wanted to use the bathroom we needed a PIN number to get to the bathroom (which is found on the receipt of your purchase). Thankfully this meant the bathrooms were a bit cleaner relatively.

I was worried about where I would spend my time, but I was glad to have it open until 5 am. There were many club music and drunken people around because of the money. I ate a steak house king burger which is new in food, but I added one more patty to Korean steak house burger ... It is delicious, of course! It was 10 pounds to go to Gwang-su + Coke + burger + Oreo shake. There was an Indian clerk, but I was very kind ^^ Thank you.

시간을 어디서 보낼까 걱정했는데 새벽 5시까지 열어서 다행이었습니다. 불금이라 주위에 온통 클럽 음악소리와 술취한 사람들이 많았네요. 음식은 새로 나왔다는 스테이크하우스 킹 버거를 먹었는데 한국의 스테이크하우스 버거에 패티 하나가 더 추가된 것 뿐이지만... 당연히 맛있습니다!! 감튀+콜라+버거+오레오쉐이크까지 해서 10파운드였습니다. 인도인 점원분이 계셨는데 너무 친절했습니다^^ 감사합니다.
