Food very nice and not overly priced for what you get. Drinks are always good. Service from staff is great, friendly helpful and always well dressed.
Emailed regarding my concerns having a push chair as I don't visit often as I don't live I Cardiff and they were quick to respond and reassure my enquire.
I was shocked to see how child/baby friendly the place is - when I used to go prior to a baby it's the last thing is notice but it was very family orientated for brunch which was lovely.

My housemate and I came here for a bit of lunch and ended up having a full meal. Portion sizes were perfect, the food was beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive despite how busy it was. Honestly such a lovely meal. Pictured is the green risotto and it was LUSH. Also our server Agga was amazing. Really lovely lady who made us feel extremely welcome.
P. R.
Food was good. Nice atmosphere. Staff lovely. Would of give 5 stars but drinks took a long time to come and had to ask again where they was. and when we had out food we was asked if we wanted any sauce or anything else. We requested vinegar and it never came.
S. T.
The food was amazing! The atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely. It feels like you've been whisked back in time. The staff were really friendly and helpful, on top of this they were attentive without being overbearing.
H. M.
Good brunch options. Vegan & vegetarian breakfast were good but 2 sausages would’ve made them much better value for money. I added tofu which costs an extra £2.60 for a small amount of tofu. Service was slow but we could see they were understaffed and doing their best.

Went to Cosy Club Cardiff Hills Street today and we had such a lovely experience, I felt I should share it, especially with my mum being in a wheelchair. From the minute we arrived, our server Ash, made us feel very welcome and at ease, he made sure we had everything we needed. He was friendly and chatty and really made our breakfast one to remember. The food was also lovely, it was so tasty and good value for money! We will definitely be back and highly recommend others give it a go too. 10/10

Really tasty food, brilliant, attentive and friendly staff. Quick service, would recomend

Really good cocktails (and happy hour deals). We went as a work group and had dinner too. Food was really enjoyed by everyone and the service staff very helpful and attentive. There's lots of great food options in Cardiff but this was one of my favourites as a vegetarian.

Been a few years since I've visited but the great atmosphere has remained. Best all round place in the city. Great service, tasty food, variety of drinks, friendly and personable service.
Only star missing was due to having to track down a member of staff to pay at the end, which added about 15 or 20 minutes on to the stay.
S. S.
Lovely atmosphere, lovely food and friendly service.
K. B. D.
Great atmosphere, great food and decent prices. Staff are friendly and very knowledgable on the menu.
H. L.
Had our club Christmas dinner in Cosy on a Sunday afternoon. Food was really good, catering well for the vegans and gluten free members. Service was excellent despite being busy and all felt it was good value overall. Much better than some of the much more expensive Christmas dinners I've been too with work. Plus we all loved the atmosphere; relaxed and welcoming..
J. L.
Delicious full English on a Monday morning! It was nice & chilled in the restaurant and lovely service from the staff.

Superb food, excellent staff. Best breakfast I have had in a long time. Can't find any fault at all with this restaurant and would thoroughly recommend.
I. F.
Warm welcome, nice atmosphere, good food. I had the steak which was tasty and cooked nicely. Just came with fries, could maybe have done with a grilled tomato or some greenery if I'm being really picky. My girlfriend had the lamb shoulder and burrata small plates, and we had the sourdough loaf to share, all of which were good. We didn't have starter or deserts so can't comment on that, but we had the cooling lemonade mocktail and that was delicious too.
Prices were about right for city centre dining. We would go back.
M. S.
Enjoyable atmosphere, food was decent but had an issue with one meal. Good response from staff. Overall, a very nice place.. large space but still cozy. Staff very nice.
P.
Fantastic staff so attentive and helpful. We had two different health allergies but it did not faze them one bit. Loved the food and really good atmosphere. Highly recommended.
S. R.
The service here today in exceptional circumstances was fab, the staff were just lovely and super clean and safe with all the COVID-19 safety measures. You definitely have to book anyone that turned up without a reservation was disappointed.
The food was OK, not mind blowing but not bad just OK. 25 pound per person with one cocktail each and that was one main each with one bread portion. So its not cheap so just would have expected a yum for the expenditure level.
The fishcake dish you can see in the pics were flavoursome, the hollandaise was a bit light, the staff were lovely when I asked for more and they topped it up.
In the current times it is definitely a safe place to visit and the food is OK.
Will go back and try tapas next time which I hear has really super positive feedback.
V. P.
As in the name it felt very 'Cosy'.
Food was excellent albeit the service was a little slow, not as attentive as we expected.
Good value for money overall and looking forward to our next visit.
A. J.
Have been a few times, sadly not always accommodating. Busy place and you'd need to book. Food & drink good. Atmosphere relaxed. Worth a visit
J. F.
Really nice staff just like the one in Hereford. My daughter works in the Hereford cosy club and manager from this one let me use her discount. Just want to say a big thankyou to Cardiff staff lovely meal
I. R.
Did a little shopping then went to the cosy club for lunch. Great looking bar/restaurant with very friendly and helpful staff. Food was small but very tasty, the cocktails are always good..
S. B.
Amazing food and service was also amazing, customer service is 10/10 :)
F. A. O.
Nice atmosphere, wonderful furniture and music.
Lights are perfect to have a romantic dinner.
We hardly recommend salads, they are really delicious.
However we did not like the pasta.
In general is a good place and better staff, very polite and friendly.
K. K.
A group of 9 of us booked cosy club for lunch. I was impressed with the staff, venue and the menu was great. I ordered the cosy club sandwich with fries and enjoyed it very much, great value for money. Will return, thanx cosy.
J. L.
Wow this place is amazing, oldie world meets modern theatrical stunning interior filled with beautiful pictures. Warm atmosphere with a great buzz set right in the heart of the city. Fantastic food and varied menu excellent customer service by staff who are all immaculately dressed. Whether it’s breakfast, brunch or evening meal you have to try it well worth a visit.
G. M.
Excellent food....not very often 'out' food gets to the table hot, my salmon fishcakes were piping hot...and for that well done...they were also very, very tasty .
I. T.
Service was very slow, most of us, a party of ten, had to wait for drinks, mine took 30 minutes Food was lovely when it eventually arrived but i would not return
S. C.
I have always been too afraid to try food Ive never eaten before. Something about Cozy Club menu draws me in and everytime I am not disapointed. Lovely warm atmosphere & customer service. Both these dishes I uploaded were do delightful I was lost in my food :)
J. H.
A fantastic restaurant! A perfectly situated location for shopping, and relaxing amongst the hustle and bustle of cardiff! Your up on the 1st floor and gives you a lovely view of the shops and shoppers below, I recommend having a window view! Prices where great and the food, service even better ! I cannot fault our waiter he was nothing but helpful and polite! Would definitely recommend this for any situation casual or formal :)
O. I.
Technically a 3.5, not quite a full 4 for me yet. Went today for my sister's birthday lunch. We had 2 steak lunches for my sis and her hubs and I had the thai green chixken curry. I would give 3.5 stars as I certainly was not thrilled with the curry. It was a little bland and not quite a great representation of a proper thai green curry. I also wasn't impressed with the use of regular rice instead of basmati or even Jasmine rice. Overall, the ambience is pretty great. The drinks menu is awesome and the servers are quite delightful which is why I decided to take the 3.5 stars up to a 4.
D. H.
Lovely experience, great tasting hot food and good server's. Attentive and polite
G.
A lovely little brunch that doesn't break the bank.
Firstly, as the name suggests this is a very welcoming and cosy place with a great style about it.
We all enjoyed and were very impressed with our brunch options and happily recommend this place if you haven't tried it.
I had the Rather elegant brunch, she had the shaksuka and daughter had avocado brunch which were all delicious.
R. W.
Just popped in for a few drinks while shopping in Cardiff in December. It seems to be our go to place to visit when in the big city. Just like its name, the atmosphere is 'cosy'. Lovely comfortable chairs to relax and chat while drinking & watching Cardiff shoppers from the upstairs window.
M. R.
Nice place, friendly welcome staff. We were placed at the end of the bar near the toilets. Bar staff didn't seem bothered about serving us there even though they could see we were waiting.
In the end we had to join the main bar queue and ended up down the pecking order
P. H.
Lovely service, lovely food and drinks! Coleslaw was lacking mayo though, but that's alright. Also the avocado dishes contain surprisingly little avocado! Overall, lovely experience and good food! Jackie was an amazing host
R. C.
Cosy club have great restaurants with very good food. I’ve previously visited the one in the city centre and had a good experience. However the one at the bay is certainly not as good. As it does not have the same vibe as the one in town. Further, the sitting tables are very uncomfortable and small for large groups. We were very cramped and had difficulty having more than one dish each next to us. I’d visit the restaurant in town over the one at the Bay .
S. D.
We had our first bottle of prosecco to start our day in Cardiff here. Lovely atmosphere.
B. S.
Love this Cosy Club. Always come here with the family & have lunch when we're shopping in Cardiff. Gets very busy at lunchtimes so you may have to give your name & wait in the bar area but food I've had has always been good (love the ham hock hash), staff are friendly & always accomodating with my 2 young children. Nice atmosphere & decor.
C. M.
My go to place to brunch in town! Staff always so friendly and lovely. Great food and coffee 😍
Not expensive either.
Highly recommend, and always book a table in advance so you're not let down as it can get busy quickly at the weekend.
Great vibes and cute for Instagram pics if you're one of them people
B. H.
A nice breakfast, and they catered well for my toddler too. Friendly service and a spacious, clean and attractive setting. Perfect for brunch.
J. R.
Popped in around noon on a Tuesday for something to eat with a couple of friends on the off chance. Was unable to get a table till 2.30 which was a bit late for us. Decided to stay for a drink while we decided on somewhere else to go. Service at the bar I found slow only one person serving who had to do the drinks for the people dining in as well, then after waiting to be served for longer than I expected the barrel needed changing which I do know happens and can't be helped but.... Hence 4 stars
T. K.
Aww love this place!!! 👌🏼
Themed and very cosy 😍
First choice of place for drinks and a chill
🍷🍸🍹........ 👍🏼
Not eaten there yet, but heard its really nice xx
Staff Theme-dressed and friendly, adding to the great atmosphere.
If you've not been, go!! - it's a lovely experience ❤️
M. P.
Nice atmosphere. The menu lacks a little imagination having dishes that you could have in numerous other places. Certainly friendly though.
H. B.
Lovely food and very polite staff.
I can certainly recommend the bubble and squeek...
Portion size is great too.
G. I.
Food was good quality and a pleasant surprise. It's quite friendly informal and shabby chic in nature, so was surprised that the food was well presented, tasty and executed with care.
F. G.
The best food we have had. Amazing staff a great section of meals and the food was so tasty will definetly be back
S.
Had a really nice experience. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I had a really nice meal of Chicken, butter bean and Chorizo and spiced peppers.
The pudding of white chocolate and Lemon possette with fresh raspberries was very moorish.
P. V.
Always a great atmosphere and all the staff are friendly and cheerful, which makes coming a joy. Food and drink has always been top notch, and this occasion was special as it was our Granddaughters 18th and they pulled out all the stops.
Well done and thanks to everyone, deffo be back soon 👍👍
M. B.
Really lovely food, attentive staff - would definitely recommend for a bit more of an upmarket breakfast
C. H.
Beautiful food & fantastic service, would highly recommend and that's just for the lampshades- it's a vibe!
B. L.
Good place, great service, food is tasty enough, a lot of space, child friendly.
M. S.
Fantastic breakfast and friendly staff. Cosy eggs were outstanding.
L.
Lovely staff. Brunch was very dry, not the best given the price - hate to say it but I've had better in spoons.
C. F.
Lovely setting and atmosphere. Food is good and a reasonable price. A great place to go for breakfast before shopping. Only negative is the hot chocolate could do with a bit of work.
P. A.
Great food (vegan) - great service! Thank you everyone at the Cosy Club Cardiff.
Visited again and the same fantastic food drinks and service! Thanks particularly to Ashley!
G. T.
Location in the middle of the St David's shopping district is great. The decor is nice. The menu and pricing structure are pretty much in keeping with other similar eateries in the area. However, the service is quite slow. I had to wait 10 minutes for a table despite more than half the tables in the eating area being empty. I also had to wait quite a while for what amounted to a gourmet sandwich. They are clearly under-staffed and could do with focusing on service during busy lunch services.
L. F.
Lovely atmosphere. Good service. Food fairly good.
S.
Stunning breakfast 😋 simply as good as it gets 👌
J. L. M.
Absolutely fantastic.
From the entrance onwards, the process to get in is so streamlined, it's wonderful. No extra apps, no fancy stuff. Just plain table service.
The staff are wonderful as well, shout out to Lily who was our server, and Josie who dealt with our bookings.
The food was well made, too! I highly recommend the tempura prawns and the battered tofu with chips. The tofu was the soft, melt in your mouth kind of savoury, and the prawns were in this tasty batter that wasn't too oily either.
Thank you so much for making our date night such a treat!
C. D.
Enjoyed a nice cocktail while waiting for our table and then enjoyed a delicious green curry with spring rolls and prawn crackers - a very generous serving! Service was friendly and the decor transports you back to the 1920s.
D. D.
We watched the 1st Wales match of the 2019 Rugby World Cup here. The drinks were good and they were serving food.
The projector and screen are not too good though. There is far too much ambient and artificial light for a bright enough picture. I'd go elsewhere next time for sporting events on the screen
J. M.
Food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and overly careful about allergies which I'm very grateful for.
S. D.
Love this place. Staff are great and always my choice for a long overdue catchup with mates.
s. e.
Burger and fish and chips was perfect and really tastefully. Good service, beautiful location
B. W.
Bristol is the flagship one in a converted bank building. Great place to eat.
A. M.
Cosy as it's name...Best part?. The staff. Always more than just staff. Treat you like an old friend, make sure you have everything you need
.never too busy to chat. Oh and the foods great too
L. M.
What a delicious lunch we had today. The cheese and leek tart was amazing. and the service was outstanding. Very cheery and helpful staff especially Edyta and James.
L. F.
Great atmosphere, good list of wine and cocktails, could do with wider range of food menu though.
J. B.
Really liked Cosy Club Cardiff. Really relaxed... Lovely decor... Will definitely visit again. Soon
A. W.
Spent a few comfortable hours here The staff were friendly and made us very welcome . Look forward to visiting here again
D. H.
Great decor and a long wait for most things..
Good coffee and teas. Staff are a little slow but friendly..
C. D.
Very retro, service was good, food was well presented and flavoursome
R. R.
Lovely atmosphere, helpful, friendly staff. Tasty food, but my risotto portion was tiny - covering it with garnish is not the way forward.
M. A.
Great atmosphere, beautiful food. Slightly overpriced for the portion size. £17.95 per person for Sharing platter and main on the party menu. Perfectly cooked steak.
H. B.
Lovely location, great food enjoyed our visit.
G. A.
Such a lovely atmosphere! Very 'cosy', food was amazing and the French fries were the best I've ever tasted, crispy and hot to the very last one! Friendly staff too!
S. N.
Went here for a xmas meal for 8 people..
Very surprised when the waitress said we must all have starters or desserts not both..what's all that about..so we chose to have starters..then they came out as sharing dishes..why can't places just serve individual portions..food was OK but very pricey for average pub grub..then when Bill came they had the cheek to charge a service charge..so a £22 two course meal was £25..times that by 8 and they charged about £25 just for bringing us our food..what a joke..
R. R.
Amazing experience and great food. Superfood bowl was awesome!
K. A.
Great food, atmosphere and service, try and book before as it is very busy.
E. H.
Had a fabulous time here for lunch for my friends birthday. It was quite busy at the time we went around 14:00 but our waiter Ashley was super friendly and did a fantastic job making sure our drinks and food were delivered in good time. Food was great and the atmosphere as always was lovely.
S. W.
Travelled from Swansea for a shopping day with family and friends. My grand daughter booked us here for lunch and it didn't disappoint. Lovely atmosphere, beautiful food and excellent service. The only downside for me suffering with my legs was the stairs bug it was well worth it. Will definitely visit next time in Cardiff.
L. M.
fantastic food great atmosphere, loved it there!
A.
Beautiful place + great food and vegan options, just hope I can one day get a sofa table 😢
L. V.
A great experience with delightful service, food and drinks. A beautiful meal in a COVID safe environment.

Very busy, quite noisy but I enjoyed my meal (although small portion for the price)
S.
Lovely staff so polite knowledgeable. Food is creative and tasty.
S. G.

F. S.

G. J.
Stunning venue, very old school and the food was amazing! Will definitely be going there again.
t. a.
Delicious meal devoured here on bank Holiday Monday. Still got a discount on the meal, which was a welcome surprise. Food was delicious, cocktails divine and generally very impressed with levels of service, cleanliness, menu choice and spacious surroundings.
A. B.
My mum and I came here a few times for breakfast. The food is always delicious and the staff is very attentive. We also liked the selection of teas as most places only offer a few. We were very happy that the restaurant participated in Eat out to Help out scheme as it provided a great value for the dinners. The décor inside is well crafted with great attention to detail. We haven't yet tried dinner options but I am sure they would be just as good.
N. O.
Quite good.
M. W.
Brilliant gluten free menu, lovely food and fab atmosphere xx
h. j.
Management was great this evening at the restraunt despite difficulties with the food. So thank you
K. R.
Great food, lovely service. We were tucked away between a huge wall and the outward facing window so took a while to get someone's attention to order/pay. Other than that all good.
k. d.
First visit here. Very cosy and lovely for a catch up with friends. Cocktails were lovely and prices varied.
M. L.
Nice place. Service was ok. I had the Blue Velvet burger, but the pulled beef was minuscule and dried, blue cheese was over cooked and the beef patty was average. It certainly wasn’t worth £15.
n. a.
Love everything about this place, decor, food, staff. Every time I've been, it's been faultless.
C. S.
Lovely place. Great atmosphere. Very welcoming. Servers are friendly and attentive. Food is outstanding.
K. H. W.
Pot of tea and buttermilk chicken with fries. Food ok
R. W.
Nice restaurant, great staff, good food but overpriced.
K. H.
Brilliant place
Fantastic staff, food perfect we will return
f.
We booked for 9 people for my sons 50th birthday, with us was my grandson who is wheelchair bound and the table we were given could not accommodate his wheelchair however the young waiter who was dealing with us immediately gave us a more suitable table. Our orders were taken and we didn't have to wait very long for our meals to come and all of us had chosen different food which was delicious as were the puddings. Throughout our meal our young waiter was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We all left feeling we would come back ASAP.
M. P.
Really good vegan and gluten free menus, lovely staff and very nice setting
w. m.
Equal choice of a gluten free menu as to the normal menu. Fab service..
A. c.
Great food service and atmosphere and of course company🙂
s. p.
The food here is good quality. Not the biggest portions but they make up in taste. Really nice garlic mushrooms on the tapas menu and the cheesy garlic bread is to die for. Only issue is I ordered chips as a side order but it came way after the meal came. I had to ask twice. Overall pretty good.
S. G.
Lovely place so pretty and cosy (excuse the pun), food was beautiful. Got the order a little wrong but overall a brilliant place to go with friends or family. Will return
C. D.
Great food, amazing wine, pretty quiet atmosphere, good COVID safety measures, thanks 👍
C. L.
Great place for good food. The staff are welcoming and can't do enough to make sure the experience is a good one.
Covid adjustments are very well done and managed by all staff members.
Be sure to book in advance as they're always busy.
L. D.
Great food and amazing service. The Christmas Menu is stunning too. Would recommend.
G. R.
Had 2 of the best dishes I've had at a restaurant in a very long time. Can definitely recommend the fish and chips and also the apple tart is fantastic, the best I've ever had!
A. F.
Booked a table to watch the rugby, was VERY busy and felt very rushed to order food. Food was nice but felt it was expensive for what we had.The wine wasn't very nice.
E. P.
Went for a works Christmas party. Lovely food and great service. Would highly recommend.
S. W.
Good food, service a little patchy but it was a match day.
D. c.
Great food, attentive staff 😁
P. M.
Cracking restaurant, great helpful staff, and very up to date on preventative measures regarding allergies.
M. D.
Really enjoyed our Saturday morning breakfast.
I. J.
Great menu and selection of beers and asked, very good menu with lots of options, staff are very friendly also
H. B.
Lovely food and fab atmosphere.
E. M. M.
Fantastic restaurant. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food was lovely. Only problem I found is they don't have bottled cider. And as a Coeliac ordering drinks from the pumps is a no. But would most definitely return again.
L. M.
Great atmosphere and food especially when it's so busy during the festive season
b.
Great service, first time being here and I love the decor and the vibes I get off the place.
Foods banging and cocktails are refreshing ( specially when there 2 for a tenner)
K. I.
Tasty and reasonably priced. Love the vibe.
M. R.
Had brunch, took about 35 minutes to arrive and wasn’t that nice. The English Breakfast was over cooked and the bacon on the pancakes was very fatty!
Won’t be eating there again.
R. M.
Fantastic food and drinks, friendly and very accommodating staff and lovely decor.
H. W.
Went here for an early morning breakfast at the weekend. Service was quick, efficient and friendly although it took a while to be seen to our table even with a booking. Food was fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. Relaxed and cool vibe of the Cosy Club chain always fun and enjoyable.
S.
Amazing service and food. Couldn't have asked for more.
M. J.
Welcoming staff. Excellent choice of food and drinks. Beautifully styled concept to dine in. Recommend the tapas selection.
J. J.
Food is pleasant, but the portions are very small. You could fit the amount of accompanying coleslaw you are given with your main, on to one fork.
L. G.
Booking essential! But had a really.great experience staff were great very friendly and accommodating. Food was great. Definitely go again.
A. Q.
The cosy club has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The staff are very professional and friendly. We were there celebrating my Daughter's birthdays. Cocktails were delicious, I had two bucking mules which were very refreshing. For four of us to have starters and mains with one desert one coffee, several drinks £116. Very reasonable I think.
D.
Amazing customer service tonight, unfortunately my meal needed to be sent back but they couldn't be more apologetic offering to take the other plates back to be served fresh at the same time as the replacement meal.
Thankyou
I. D.
Lovely little bar. Cosy is what it is and in a very good location
L. S.
Sam, our server was really nice and very accommodating. Atmosphere was very relaxed for a Friday night, due to the rain. I had a steak cooked to my preference and peppercorn sauce was lovely too. A great place for a catch up with friends. Good if you're following a gluten free diet due to allergy or intolerance as there is a separate menu.
L. P.
Nice food. Pleasant staff during their best under the circumstances. Would recommend.
S. T.
Good food and lovely, friendly staff. We love coming here!
G. L.
Food was tasty and they have a good selection on the menu. The service was quite slow and the drinks took a while to arrive. It was busy though. I had the mac and cheese with bacon which was nice and my partner had chicken breast with extra sweet potato fries.
R. J.
Fantastic cocktails, lovely decor and good, friendly service. 😊
A. K.
Great atmosphere, too bad they still have those dead animals on their wall.
B. B.
Perfect place for a 1st date or date night. Or a girly catch up. There are lush sofas where you can almost feel like you are in your own living room (but far fancier) with a lovely bar staff to help make the perfect drink.
Wish they had more sofas because they are hard to grab. So would really like to see more cozy chairs or sofas where possible.
Staff are well presented and friendly. Decor is absolutely spot on. One of my favourite places in Cardiff ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
J. D.
Good food and atmosphere for breakfast
M. W.
Really pleasantly surprised. Food was hot, fresh and well presented. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Busy match day so the pressure is on but no slide downwards on service or quality which can sometimes be a trade off during high volume periods. Would definitely visit again.
a. d.
Lovely atmosphere with friendly staff. We ordered beef and hallomi cheese. Beef was exact cook what I ordered but was not thick, so small portion. hallomi sticks was overcooked, thick chips was good but other type of chips... God sake!
Thanks for your efforts guys.
B. K.
Unique decor, attentive staff and nice food. A good range of brunch options as well as other menu options. Would recommend.
L. C.
Lovely place for breakfast or brunch, friendly staff, great cocktails and lovely food. Reasonably priced and will be recommending to friends and family and returning soon. I would recommend booking in advance to make sure you can secure a table.
D. J.
Great venue, wonderful atmosphere on our visit and very efficient and friendly staff. Loved it, food drinks the whole experience.
A. O.
Nice friendly relaxed place to be would definitely recommend it. The food is excellent I had the pork belly and it was melt in your mouth. Hats off too the chef. Also good choice of drinks at the bar. And the the staff are very friendly, so good all round. Will be going many more times. Thank you. And had an excellent waiter by the name of Lewis who made the night even better. The best xx
A. D.
Went for a 3pm bite to eat, we booked this venue after eating at the Cardiff Bay Cosy Club a few weeks earlier.
Loved the easy going vibe, the staff made us feel very comfortable from the start. My wife and I opted for the Chicken and bacon salad and classic burger respectively. Both were really tasty with plenty of food on our plates. I went for the vegan vanilla cheesecake desert, unfortunately there was not any strawberry compote available, but even without it was enjoyable all the same.
Getting to be one of our favourite chains to eat, the whole experience and atmosphere was one to savour, will certainly be back!
L.
Visited cosy club a few times with varying results. On a weekday lunchtime the food was incredible and quick, with friendly service and great atmosphere...but on weekday evenings it's been loud, very slow service (over two hours for a bill and no one came to check for drinks in that time), staff quite brisk/rude and food was dry. The sweet potato fries are good though and they do have gluten free or vegan options (which they've got right every time).
C. E.
Friendly, good service
M. M.
Really good atmosphere, really good food
G. T.
As the place says, Cosy Club, nice and Comfortable would Recommend to anyone
L. J.
What a great place! Took the family there for an afternoon bite to eat. My 2 year old was loving the friendly staff. They brought him colouring pens and made him smile at every table visit. More importantly the food was delicious. The gammon shank with gravy was great. Would recommend to all.
L. 2.
One of our regulars to eat when visiting Cardiff. Food excellent along with the service. Good choice on the menu.
C. L.
Lovely place, great atmosphere and food.
L. h.
Food was great. Nice atmosphere... 2 for 1 cocktails until 8. Very friendly staff.
M. T.
Lovely speakeasy setting. Decent breakfast, average coffee, attentive staff, reasonably priced. Covid rules well observed

First rate service by hard working staff! Well done all.
K. J.
A very nice place. Its a nice place to sit and have a drink or eat. We did both.
The cocktail we had was very nice.
My girlfriend is gluten free, they have a good gluten free menu which gave her loads of choice, I even chose from her menu. The only negative was that the duck salad was a little dry. Other than that the food was good.
J. T.
First visit and won't be my last. Tapas was good.... Only criticism was bacon wrapped peppers stuffed with cheese.. wasn't even a pea sized amount of cheese in them so slightly disappointed... The waitress quickly replaced with something else we fancied off menu. Can't wait to return x
L. D.
Lovely food. Atmosphere and venue great and staff were fantastic. Particularly well organised and attentive towards the covid protocols.
S. G.
Good for brunch! The decoration is peculiar but cosy. The staff is nice and the food too!
m. m.
Beautiful atmosphere, in the front door your greeted by a very nice furnished stairwell and lifts. When you get to the top, the room is open and the bar sits just left. The drinks list is sensational, I guarantee you will find each drink delectable and stunning. The food is almost the same, although I only tried a couple of dishes and don't know if there is any kind of rotation of menu but I was pleased although not as much as the drinks. A vegan menu is also available and there are a couple of good looking items on there which I will come back to try along with a good drink.
A. R.
Cosy Club is my new "go to" establishment for fabulous food & drink with excellent service at a reasonable price.
Been impressed at both Cheltenham & Cardiff restaurants.
Give them a try, you'll be glad you did.
R. M.
Had a great late lunch with family. Not too busy and service and food was top notch!
j. j.
First time I have visited. Loved it. Lovely ambience, very pleasant service and the food - I had chicken, bacon and avocado salad - fantastic. Will be definitely going again
H. C.
So close. The food was great and the service started off well - greeted at the top of the stairs, but we were kind of forgotten about from there. Took us an hour to get tap water but other than that the drinks and food (especially desert!) was brilliant!
C. A.
Huge thank you to Sarah who hosted two festive hat wearers this afternoon. Food and service excellent as always.
Hope you and the Cosy Club team all have a lovely Christmas!
J. S.
Almost walked past as no mention of the vegan options on the board outside, but having had a look at the menu ordered the vegan breakfast along with an oat coffee and it was very tasty. Nice atmosphere, clean and covid secure, glad I visited.
C. F.
Stumbled across this place whilst shopping. If you’re in Cardiff it’s well worth a visit. The Gin selection is good and if you’re stopping for food then you won’t be disappointed.
Of the four of us at the table there was not of us that didn’t enjoy our food. Personally I will be coming back here soon!
Good service, good food and a great place for some social dining.
T. _.
My first time coming here as people I know have raved about it, I wasn't disappointed by the greeting decor or atmosphere, staff are friendly and cheerful, my only criticism is the food we had my chicken was dry and my husbands fish was over cooked and our chips was cold , given the reputation of the establishment I'm sure this was a one off which was disheartening
A. R.
Great atmosphere and lovely staff. Well worth a visit.
E. L.
I've always been a fan of loungers and was looking forward to Cosy Club. The restaurant was overbooked and understaffed. Delayed being seated, told we only had the table for 1.5 hours. One meal burned, another cold and no sign of a manager. Staff did their best and the food was okay overall but we will not be returning.
M. C.
I have eaten at cosy club on more than one occasion I can honestly say the food is great. Everyone I have been it's always been extremely busy during the evening so would advise booking a table. Lunch times aren't to bad generally it's not as busy and can get a table fairly quickly. The atmosphere is usually very good as it's usually so busy and the restaurant itself is quite quirky with the décor being art deco inspired. Service depending on how busy it is can sometime be a hit or a miss not so much bad service, just not enough people on the floor so if the restaurant is very busy you can feel like you're left alone for a long time no one coming back to check is your finished or if you need more drinks. All in all this place is definitely one to try in Cardiff for me
H. E.
One of my all time Cardiff favourites - great for brunch, or lunch.
The quirky and cosy interior is fab, and the food is always excellent.
Staff have always been very lovely, and more than happy to chat/help with your order.
R. W.
Amazing atmosphere and food. Great service
J. J.
Food was great and was nice to see they had a dedicated gluten free menu.
All food is well priced as are the drinks.
The only downside was that there was a long wait to have our orders taken. Understandable of a sunday lunchtime but there were some staff just standing around.
This place is definitley worth a visit for a date, chilled drink and food with friends, even a business lunch!
Great stuff
R. P.
Great food, lovely place
E. F.
We came in for a very quick breakfast and it was wonderful! I've never had food delivered that quickly, it tasted amazing AND it was gluten free! Great atmosphere, quick and kind service. 5 stars for you Glen Coco.
C. J.
Relaxed restaurant with great views for people watching. Nice, varied menu, delicious food and pleasant service. Lovely place for a drink. Long cocktail list but sadly wasn't able to try this time!
G. C.
The cosy club has the most amazing atmosphere and backdrop, cosy as its name suggests. The menu is fantastic however whilst the food wasn't bad at all it wasn't as good as I was expecting for the price. Food is well presented and service very friendly. Wine glasses still had lipstick on them so loosing a star rating for this and the overpriced meals.
V. G.
Stopped in for food before going to a show in Cardiff. Lovely atmosphere, food was fantastic and the staff couldn't be more helpful. I would recommend booking in the evening /weekend if going for food. Will definitely be back to try the cocktails!
b. d.
Great food with friendly atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will visit again and recommend to others
D. T.
This was the first time i had been here. The meal was fantastic and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is beautiful decorated. IF you are a Wheelchair user like myself there is a lift to the first floor were the restaurant is situated and a disabled toilet too
s. e.
We've been here a few times, never disappoints!! Tried something different to eat this time a vegan curry (I'm not vegan) it was absolutely delicious!! Lovely chilled atmosphere.
D. P.
This place has a nice feel and the food is good like all the other restaraunts in the group unfortunately their system of allocating tables is not the best. which means that sometimes people who book a table after you but are more vocal about being seated after waiting means you end up waiting even longer....
B. E.
Very nice atmosphere and a fantastic selection of reasonably well priced food. The vegan menu is also very good. Visited here twice and would definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend.
C. N.
Would love to come back again. Beautiful food.
j. m.
staff were great helpful and happy, food came quickly and was lovely, had the pork, staff took care of you
would recommend a good atmosphere and well organised. 👍
T. C.
Quirky setup for a restaurant which takes after its name... defiantly cosy. The restaurant is located at the second floor above the shops in the Hayes.
This place gets busy and expect to wait for a seat in the evening. Recommend booking a table in advance if you want to dine during peak hours. However, if you need to wait, the bar is a nice.
Food is good with a large variety on the menu from, breakfast, steaks to burgers.
K. J.
Really nice food and company. The waiting staff were good and very welcoming. Baby changing facilities were excellent. Bar staff were yet again slow and do not acknowledge you waiting - this can always be worked on.
G. E.
At quieter times this is a cosy place to eat, however it can feel cramped at busier times. My team of 11 from work went for Christmas Dinner- £27.99 per person for just 3 sharing platters, a very average meal and small dessert. It cost me an additional £16 for two drinks, and we were all squashed onto a table meant for 8 people. Despite this we all added a tip, and then they hit us with an additional unexpected "service charge" of £40. The food and drinks are decent, my only issue with them is the price, and the service is good but the whole thing is just very overpriced for what you get.
C. E.
My first visit and I was very impressed with the food and staff. Friendly and inviting. I will be back
D. J.
Nice food but long wait for it
C. N. C.
Let down by service. Food is good standard and love the decor, design and vibe of the place.
1. Ordered a veg breakfast and received a meat breakfast!
2. Didn't receive a spoon for my pot of tea ( I ordered tea twice and both occasssions it was missing a spoon).
3. Was asked if I wanted the dessert menu. I did and then I received the bill!!
4. Ordered the chocolate bomb. The waitress poured the syrup over the chocolate bomb after I had requested she not do until I received my dessert cutlery. She wasn't listening to me and continued to pour.
I'll go back but maybe they should consider dedicated service per table. We had 4 different people attending to us who asked us the same questions.
C. C.
Good food very polite staff nice wine jobs a goodn
C. P. (. M.
Wonderful food, and service is with a smile.
I've eaten here several times, I tend to rate places by their garlic bread (Because i LOVE garlic bread). The Garlic Bread is a solid 7/10.
F. B.
Good food. Good service. Front of house very welcoming and clear COVID protection. Had the green Thai curry.
K. P.
Went last night first time for us the food was gorgeous we had the tapas and cheesecake for desert and a free glass of wine each on a Tuesday.
Excellent service and excellent food throughly recommend the Cosy Club. We will be back.
J. H.
Very dissapointed with this place considering how highly recommended it was. The staff took a while to acknowledge us after being seated and then after a long wait for our food it came back with some items burnt. After ordering a second drink it never arrived. I would honestly have gave this place a one star rating, however there was one saving grace and that was the woman who took our bill... Upon request she noticed the burnt food on my girlfriends plate that she left and without complaining this member of staff removed the cost of the drink costing more than the items burnt on the plate. I am grateful that she did this without hesitation when she didn't have to. I don't think I'll be going here again which is honestly a shame as I belive we may have had a one off bad experience.
J. s.
Great venue with nice interior. The food is at good value for money especially if you love avocado. And the service is great also. We love the diff!
B. V.
The food was great as usual, but.... our waitress was less than friendly. A smile wouldn't have gone amiss and maybe eye contact whilst taking to us! Very sullen boardering on rude. Shame as food and atmosphere are great
T. J.
Our dog was made very welcome and the staff were all friendly, it wasn't clear if our dog was aloud in the eating area so we weren't able to eat here but the food looked good and the bar was a great place for a few cocktails. Prefere the loungers bars as eating when out with the dog is easier. Would definitely go back again next time we're in Cardiff.
M. P.
Really nice food, really nice drinks and really good service. Not at all crowded so really relaxed
k.
Lovely food. Good atmosphere. Friendly staff. 👍
A. T.
A wonderful place to take friends lovely pleasant staff food could not fault it will be definitely going to go back and family 😊
N. C.
Lovely atmosphere for the rugby. The mojitos are not nice and taste of tonic water. Apart from that, everything was great. Good fresh food and decent prices
K. M.
Always a great night out, fab cocktails if a little expensive but got two free glasses of prosecco when I mentioned I was booking for a friend's birthday. Always friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere, food also great.
C. R.
Have been here a couple of times as part of a group and myself and everyone else loved the food. The prices are good for the food but a little expensive for drinks (spirits.)The service was really good and the atmosphere is lovely. It really is cosy would recommend highly. Can't wait for another visit.
H. C.
Gorgeous bar, nice atmosphere
R.
Went at 3.15pm which was pre booked, and were sort of pushed to one side and forgotten about for 30 mins. Food wasn't too bad, we took advantage of the Eat Out To Help Out which havled the bill and had a 20 quid voucher to use as well. Probably wouldn't revisit though if I'm honest
a. w.
A great retro bar in the centre of Cardiff. Good food, although can busy at times. Cocktails are wide ranging and give a good choice , although a little heavy on the ice. Worth a visit!
P. S.
Lovely people. Has drinks should have booked meals looked amazing
H. T. R.
Friendly and efficient staff, great food!
P. T.
Delicious food, brilliant service by very friendly staff! The Cosy Scotch eggs are to die for, and as for the steak sandwich, oh my god!!!!! Only criticism is that the portion of sweet potato fries has shrunk massively since our last visit. They give you a large silver container. But the greaceproof paper means you only get chips at the top. When it used to be full, very tight of you when you're charging £1.50 extra for about 10p's worth of potato!!
N.
haven't tried the food here just came for drinks but I loved the atmosphere. quick service. clean. cozy and just overall a nice place to come
B. N.
Really good food nice atmosphere, cardiff prices
S. E.
Great place, chic decor, great food, friendly staff and a great place to watch the world go by. We had good service, there was a varied menu, not massive but sufficient choice to suit all tastes. Recommended
P. W.
Lovely place overlooking The Hayes in the City Centre. Food is excellent as is the service. It's always full, which is a good sign. Lots of choice for my vegetarian daughter - she loves it.
M. T.
Cosy little number with excellent food off a decently priced menu in the heart of Cardiff. Take the wait of your feet after shopping sipping a cocktail 🍹 coffee ☕ beer 🍻 or soft drink 🥤
O. H.
Food is great, prepared quickly and is more than what you expect for the price. However the two girls at the welcome desk were blunt and miserable, completley uninviting. Our server, who was called 'Ashton', I believe was a stark contrast and was very enthusiastic. The others should take a leaf out of his book or find a new job befitting their attitudes.
C. H.
A delightful restaurant with a very authentic feel to it. Located on the upper level, the decor creates a nice tone with the open panelled windows. The food is divine with an impressive menu. The Mushroom Bruschetta is a great way to start off the meal. They do a wonderful juicy steak that is worth having as well. Finally you must try the Peanut Butter Cheesecake for dessert as it is pure bliss! The staff are incredibly friendly and eager to serve you.
M. D.
Always great service and great food. Cocktails are a bit expensive but food is worth the price.
G. E.
Lovely atmosphere, covid rules observed. Friendly, helpful staff and as usual, the food was great.
S. O.
Went with work colleagues, great surroundings, good prices and food that's edible 👍I had a fantastic fish finger sandwich with fries. Hot and crispy, soft bread, sauce on the side etc. Good stuff 😁
G. C.
Met up with an old friend here. Tapas was very good, but we were made to wait for a table even though we could see free ones. The wine was good and we had a good time. We will be going back for more.
K. B.
Food was delicious and wine Waiter was very good at his job and made time to talk to me even though it was fairly busy Lovely and relaxing Thank you
L. B.
Saturday 5th Aug, a party of 22 checked in to celebrate my daughter's birthday.
Firstly Thank you Adam and Ashley for the brilliant service we all received. Especially your patience in making sure that dietary requirements were met. (Sorry that you weren't told till we sat down).
The selection, quality and quantity of the tapas starter for 22 tasted amazing.
All our mains were served together and cooked As requested (steak) and if any extras were asked for Ashley was please to help.
Thank you Adam, please pass on my thanks to your "Cosy Club" team for the fantastic service. Ashley your a Gem. 😊
O. W.
It's fine. Nice location, nice decor and nice atmosphere especially later on in the evening. It's part of the 'Lounge' group so shares the same menu as nearby Juno Lounge in Roath, which is much better as far as a bar is concerned. Worth a visit, but won't be rushing back!
R. G.
Very relaxed, informal and happy atmosphere, food is good, all personnel is so kind and dedicated. Furthermore, prices are fair. We spent a very nice evening, is definitively a place to strongly recommend.
M. A.
Great location and setting ... good deals but some of the staff are a little rude
T. P.
Fantastic experience having lunch in the Cozy Club Cardiff today. Myself and my girlfriend received great service from Kostas (Kostantinos), who was very friendly and couldn't do enough to help and make sure our lunch service was perfect. Would definitely return here!
A. B.
Great ambience. Went in on a late lunch only for something light. But chicken burger and avocado salad was very tasty. The staff were very friendly and very attentive. Other food that went past looked nice. ☺
R. H.
The Ham hock and cheese toasty was delicious would definitely recommend to anyone for a nice breakfast
R. E.
Lovely place for breakfast. Good gluten free menu. Very tasty but the food could have been a little hotter and on a warm plate.
B.
Everything about this experience was 5 stars! We came for my husband’s birthday and were treated to a free drink upon being seated (I think they do a free drink on Monday nights). For dinner, I had the superfood bowl + poached egg and it was absolutely delicious. My husband had the chicken dish with a side of mac and cheese (that was his FAVORITE). For dessert I had the warm gf brownie with ice cream and omggg it was sooo gooood. My hubs had the peach dessert and loved it too. Excellent experience, great prices, adorable and romantic atmosphere!
D. W.
Lovely place to eat. Good selection of food. Bar staff very friendly
G. L.
Lovely decor and the music is brilliant especially if you are a fan of Skeewiff's mixes. Food is gorgeous and affordable . The staff are very professional and polite. Definitely recommend it for food and drink. Thanks for a lovely evening.
j. l.
The tapas menu is really great, and the food always tastes fantastic. Vegan and gluten free menu is available, but come before 6pm for the greatest selection from that menu. Lovely atmosphere and the style is very appealing.
M. R.
Intrusive staff feeling uncomfortable overly engaging. Cringe. Tries to hard to be cool.
Small portions great for the waistline. Food is OK. Nothing special just a little fashionable twist.
Orders wrong, bill wrong but mistakes were corrected, though it did mean I finished before other meals arrived.
Lighting in evening is poor, quite dark.
L. T.
A lovely place with a lovely atmosphere! The staff were all very lovely despite the rush and the service and food was lovely. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in Cardiff, and do try the brownie!!
J. O.
Generally nice uncomplicated food, with a really nice busy atmosphere. The salmon was a bit overcooked for me but on the whole it wasn't bad alongside the rest of the food we ordered as a table.
D. C.
Limited choice of single malt but young staff friendly and make good cocktails
V. R.
Absolutely fantastic evening! Great service from all (especially Martina) on a really busy night, excellent food and super atmosphere. Definitely going to be my new 'go to' place!
S. K.
Nice relaxed atmosphere. Cocktails were decent, food was all pretty good. Service a little slow. Not my favourite place in Cardiff, but will probably be back for drinks.
K. M.
Lovely meal really enjoyed
M.
Went here for a Christmas Eve meal with family... Food was amazing, so was the service... If you have anything to eat, make sure to add a macaroni and cheese fritter, they are AMAZING. I would recommend this place to everyone
B. J.
Lovely atmosphere, great food and service. Lovely cocktails.
r. m.
Visited here Xmas eve and although it was busy there were quite a few empty tables.Cisy Club is always busy so it surprised me that the chef wasn't able to fry more than 9 chips to go with a rather reduced size fish that Is normally have.Saying that the food as usual was very nice and the staff exceptional.
h. a.
Cosy club Cardiff is right in the centre of town, really good if you are going to the st David's hall theatre, so close, the place is popular and does get busy so best to book a table, the bar was very busy, it had a good selection of drinks, reasonable prices, the food was excellent, you can go large with a main or have a few sides like me, nice chips! It's cosy casual, lots of different people chatting, a happy environment, would I go again, 👍🤜 yes, of course
C. H.
Had an amazing time at Cozy Club, the food was amazing and their festive menu is in particular was delicious! Excellent service as always
K. M.
Lovely atmosphere and concept. The waiting staff were friendly and attentive. Cocktails were great and the food was very good.
K. C.
Really lovely staff, the food was good and their Covid measures made us feel safe.
K. A.
Fabulous food and service as always.
P. 1.
Wonderful food, fantastic ambience and fav service from the very smiley and chatty staff. Brilliant place to eat. Highly recommended.
M. W.
Nice food reasonable prices but latley in the last year or so walk-ins are essentially off its a minimum of a 35-45 min wait on weekends and regularly longer. I wouldn't exactly say the food and drink are worth that long a wait but if you can get a reservation the food and drink are definitely worth the price .
C. C.
Have been to cosy club on a number of occasions. Always had a good meal, maybe slightly expensive but I personally like the choice of food and the relaxed atmosphere. Plus a pretty decent selection of beer and wine available. I also always find the staff friendly and attentive.
L. F.
Nice place for food. Staff are always helpful and friendly. The only downside is it seems to take a while to get served when the place gets busy.
B. H.
Really quirky place, my other half wasn't hugely keen on the decor but I liked it. The food was lovely and fresh, I had the super food bowl and it was beautiful - definitely will try out other cosy clubs in the future.
C. L. S.
Amazing food drinks and decor. Do check if the lift is working if you have access needs.
J. M.
Really great service nice and friendly staff food was amazing was really looked after by our waitress klaudia I would highly recommend for a date.
L. L.
Good food, good atmosphere and good cocktails. What more do u ask for?
T. H.
Great food, lovely quick service and a nice atmosphere. Will be coming back again.
H. W.
Relaxing place for lunch in Cardiff city centre. Staff very helpful and accommodating.
s. b.
I went to Cosy club for a meal with family for Christmas. For three courses, myself and partner paid just over £44. Drinks were a little pricey but not bad. Food was nice too.
m.
Lovely breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful decor. Went with my mother, we both had a meal and hot drink for roughly £20.
Z. M.
Lovely food, presentation and staff! A little pricey considering the dishes are rather simple but the atmosphere more than makes up for it.
M. M.
They have got the Covid Secure thing down to a tee. Felt very safe. The food was amazinga, were the staff. Very friendly and lives up to its name.
A. D.
Beautiful decor, plenty of vegan options. Service was pretty slow even on a quiet day and the portions were pretty small for the cost, but the food was delicious.
S. M.
Love the burgers my and my friends had can not wait to visit again soon.
L. F.
A great place to eat plenty of choice. A lovely atmosphere. I had the pancakes with syrup and bacon it was delicious. They also do great cocktails.
S. C.
Great breakfast and good coffee. I visited on a match day so it was extremely busy - not sure if you can book but on match days it's probably worth it for a more leisurely din in g experience
M. T.
Nice relaxed atmosphere. Good cocktails. Bit pricy.
M. F.
Brilliant service from Edyta, food and drinks where amazing and she really made our night
T.
Asian seabass fillet was really good and my mother really enjoyed her pork belly. Drinks were also really good (cooling lemonades) will definitely be back
D. T.
We had a fab evening and delicious food. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. She looked fab in her retro apron
S. A.
Lovely food, excellent service would go back again.
P. K.
Good service, tasty food, good value
S. G.
Good food, but service was very poor, we had to ask someone to take each of our orders and when we did order food took 45 minutes to arrive. I know it's difficult when the restaurant is busy but it was definitely not full.
R. P.
Always a great experience here. The food is fantastic, the staff are great, and the atmosphere is wonderful
D. L.
Good for drinks and catch up with friends. Food is average and overpriced. Staff is friendly. Can get quite busy and noisy on the weekends so make sure you make a reservation.
D. T.
Good menu, great surroundings and brilliant for people watching as it's location is so central and most seats have a good view out through the big windows. A great place for breakfast in particular.
M. B.
Beautiful meal, lovely atmosphere. Staff are amazing!
v. r.
Waited a while for a table, but were warned, then a little wait for our food but was to be expected as it was busy.
Well organised, food was tasty & reasonably priced with a good menu choice
J. R.
One of my favourite places in town it is as it says.... cosy
C. N.
Love this place! Great food, great ambience, great service. Just ordered off the vegan menu - excellent choices and delicious food.
R. S.
Very good choice of both breakfast and brunch. Food was tasty.
L. H.
Great place for drink or coffee but ordering system is strange. You can only order drinks at the bar but if you decide to eat you have table service. All rather odd.
E. J.
Aboutsly fabulous place to spend our, delicious food, great cocktails and the most friendliest staff that brings a wonderful atmosphere
R. M.
A great place to drop in to unwind. It caters to an upmarket clientele, in a relaxed informal, unpretentious atmosphere. Well worth a try if you value quality over price.
C. S.
Loved it and staff were very friendly and all wearing face masks good clean place to have food and the food was amazing
A. (.
The staff were polite, the food was amazing. Although expensive the food was worth it in my opinion how ever I did not have a dessert
S. W.
A lovely vibrant atmosphere, with incredibly tasty food, and great friendly service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, and I will certainly be coming back soon
A. R.
Incredible vibe, food and service! Can't wait to return!
M. C.
Very enjoyable evening, relax and cosy, even though its a large area. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Tasty food at a reasonable price.
A. B.
Chilled environment. Great service. Highly recommended
N. J. P.
Super chilled out environment with good prices. Slow service for coffee when we went however, but staff are incredibly friendly. Attentive too!
C. L.
I like coming here for breakfast (fry up), really tasty and good quality.
The views of Cardiff centre are really great too.
Staff are friendly and attentive.
R. D.
Great staff and service. Food great, only just about enough though. Good range of drinks including craft beers.
A. P.
Great food but stingy on the portion sizes for the price you pay
b. f.
Very good service, staff were tremendous. Food was out of this world
m. v. E.
Very nice dining experience, especially the service was very kind.
N. R.
Great decor, and ideal for a post-work drink and dinner.
Slim on Vegetarian/Vegan options which is disappointing, but the great view across the Hayes and the fantastic service keeps me coming back.
A. J.
Very friendly staff, had breakfast, very small for £8.50, still starving after finishing it and beans were slightly cold, at least they served alcohol
R. S.
Excellent food, service and atmosphere!
S. W.
Breakfast was perfect and the lady that served me was very helpful.
S. H.
Lovely views over the Hayes, large open plan dining area. Food is amazing, and they offer some interesting and delicious dishes! Highly recommended!
A. W.
Love this place for a relaxed chilled out drink. Comfy settees and great atmosphere. Have eaten here a few times and always been ok.
A. D.
Ashley was incredible, great customer service skills, very accommodating, thank you so much!
F. 1.
We celebrated husband's 40th birthday here. Tasty food, good drinks, beautiful place, very nice, helpful staff.
M. K.
Very good selection of vegan options - make sure to ask for the vegan menu. I would definitely recommend going here, I struggled to choose what to have as there were so many options (which rarely happens)
L. C.
Very welcoming, great staff and lovely food. Definitely wash it down with a few cheeky mocktails
T. W.
Great lunch friendly professional service. Felt very safe with how vigilantly they stuck to the covid rules 😁
K. O.
Love atmosphere here....and have been many times! Lewis our waiter was amazing and made our evening one to remember! 😁👍
C. P.
A very good evening was had the food was excellent thanks you all.
L. A.
Lovely atmosphere and food was good. Not the tastiest and a little pricey.
E. J.
Fantastic warm atmosphere on a busy Friday night and quick service and friendly staff both waiting on and behind the bar. Will visit again for sure!
K. S.
Great place to have a drink or a meal or both! Menu is fab, my favourite is the ham hock hash with breakfast gravy...it's soooo good!
S. C.
Decent food and a nice atmosphere. Decor is a bit out there but interesting. Good across the board for work events, friends and family.
W. M.
Good food and lovely cocktails. Staff helpful. Would go there again.
Happy smilie people
G. R.
Best breakfast ever!
H. M.
Varied menu with gluten free, veggie and vegan options. Lovely atmosphere and Birra Moretti on draft. Yay!
M. L.
Very unique and hip interior. Quite cosy.
The food we had was actually incredible, not the cheapest, but definitely worth the experience.
C. P.
Food was nice nothing amazing but service was slow and waited forever to be seen etc
G. M.
Amazing food, and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.
P. t.
Nice after show drinks
i. m.
Yum cheesecake
M. S.
Cosy....and quiter than the very busy bars on the High Street in Cardiff 👍
T. W.
Nice place but really slow service .been few times and food takes too long ..and that's not at busy times so unless you have couple of hours to spare you won't get food quickly ..
A. W.
food was okay, but the service wasn't great. its a little overrated. might be better for lunch rather than dinner.
c. a.
Always great food, including a gluten free menu that also changes seasonally. The melting chocolate bomb is to die for!
T. V.
Vegan fish and chips was good especially the vegan 'fish' tofu and nori seaweed in a nice crisp batter.
B. M.
Very busy when we had a drink here but good atmosphere and obviously very popular. Would like to come back and try the food.
E.
Enjoyed the atmosphere but didn't think it was as "wow" as all my friends had said. Drinks service was slow as everybody was ordering cocktails, which is time consuming.

Lovely food but the restaurant was really cold as the air conditioning was on. Asked for it to be turned down/ off but nothing was done.

It's ok, it's funny how somewhere with such funky furniture and decor still manages to feel corporate, bland and generic. Staff were friendly, food was good, decor and atmosphere were meh.

First time here after many attempts.......wait 45 mins not a problem with a nice bottle of Sauvignon Blanc to enjoy. The service for such a busy place is excellent and the food was top notch.....we will be back.....Eamonn & Linda Cardiff

Pork was over cooked, mentioned it to the staff and got the meal taken off the bill. Wasn't expected but it was nice of them to do so. Thank you

A small selection of cocktails compared to my last visit. Think it needs to be Henry's next time. Okay if you like gin.
