g.I visited with 3 friends after a long day in our motorbikes, calling late to make a booking. The restaurant was busy but they found room, and looked after us well. The staff were polite and the food was reasonable quality - served quite quickly and we all enjoyed our meals. Overall price was under £20 per head including 6 drinks (in total), which we though was great value for what we had. If in the area again, I would definitely eat here again.
j. i.Found this hidden gem after a long day of rock climbing and were happy to stay open a bit longer for us. The food is exceptional and very well priced . The service was also extremely good and very friendly, with the waiter helping to explain any questions we had . The drinks selection is very good also and fairly priced , I spoke to a local on the way out and he said it’s the best Indian restaurant around and I don’t doubt him ! I hope to come back again very soon.
R. M.Cozy and welcoming Indian restaurant located in the heart of Whitchurch Village. Excellent parking adjacent to the establishment. Great customer service and staff are on first name terms with many of their customers. Wonderful prices and great selection of alcoholic beverages. Spacious seating and can accommodate larger groups.

Food is fantastic and the best quality every time. Any day. We have ordered last thing in the evening and sometimes as soon as orders are being taken. We have never had a bad meal here.

My wife and I are self isolating, the meal was ordered, was ready within minutes of my arrival and brought out to my car. All safely done and the food was first class. Would totally recommend this excellent restaurant and hope they continue in the future

L. S.Booked a table for 7.30, eventually sat down at 8. Our order was taken at 8.30 also ordering wine, we had to ask where the drinks were quarter of an hour later. . . . Still no food though. Eventually at 9.45pm the food arrived three of the meals were correct the fourth one was completely wrong. They offered to take it back but we were all so hungry by then that we just accepted it. We called for the manager and he agreed to deduct the price of the drinks. The staff appeared to be more interested in cooking the takeaway meals rather than serving the Restaurant customers, won't be rushing back !!

e. p.India gate has some great quality curries. The care taken in their food is obvious and the flavour is great and consistent.
They are often generous with their orders and give extra chutney and poppadoms.
I highly recommend them for take out or eating in.
a.Both me and my wife visited this evening to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary, we had tikka masala and chicken korma , quality of food was as per usual excellent.
Cant highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys good Indian food , better than anything you'll get in a packet from Asda's! 10/10.
