A. L.Just been to the KFC drive through and had possibly the best customer service from and fast food outlet ever! Guy on the till was fantastic and the young lad at the pick up hatch too.
Food back to how it used to be! Keep it up guys. And thankyou. 👌
A. C.Always quite good service but a little disappointed with promo offers,went on two separate occasions for 9 piece bucket for £5.99 and asked for mixture of thigh,breast and drumsticks but only had thigh and drumsticks, nicely cooked but not all what I ordered.
L. T.I like the fast chicken food 🍗 probably full of too much salt and stuff we can’t even pronounce but god honestly does it taste good. It has a drive through so we don’t even need to get out the car. Drive up to the window sometimes someone is there sometimes they speak through a speaker...😂 the staff are generally polite and food is fast! Not the worst KFC I have been too. Location easy to access. They are pretty much all the same really!
G. S.Decent food, very greasy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was clean. The service was slightly slower than I'd have liked but it was reasonable for what we got. Fairly priced, a good enough place to stop off for a quick meal.
H. H.Spotless inside. Really really lovely staff. Such a much better experience than the Newport Road branch which is nearer home. I shall use this KFC from now on. Standard food menu. Delicious food. Served quickly. Was only disappointed the rice boxes and salad boxes have been removed from menu.
What a difference in staff attitude! Really regained my faith in KFC.

Also I ordered 2 extra large fries....do they do large fries as they were the same size as the deal fries?
The food was good though... Don't really want to take the meal apart to count the items when at the collection/payment window.
Staff need to be a bit more on top of preparing the orders
S. H.The food you get is KFC, it's KFC. What I cannot fathom about this branch is their inability to fill an order correctly?! Now I'm just one person. Statistically it should be near to zero they get it wrong, but a moderate estimate would be 60%. Even on uber eats, its unbelievable. Not sure what's going on in there but check your bag if you're drive thru.

M. P.Great food as usual, super staff working flat out to keep up. Sadly so much KFC litter outside the building when there was plenty of room in the bins, that's bad on the lazy customers who left it there
M.Not the best experience, the girl on the till was new and struggling, 4-5 colleagues of her couldn't be bothered to help her,took nearly 10min for the payment. I couldn't believe and its never hot, just warm though I specifically asked for HOT

W. R.Very fast service at this KFC drive thru. You can expect the usual queues but the staff were very efficient and polite asking for more time and thanking customers for waiting. They had all their Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on with their PDQ card machine on an extended pole, thus observing the social distancing guidance.
B. Q.Food good (incredibly slow to arrive though) but the place is dirty! I find most KFC restaurants the same which totally baffles me.
D. M.Just wish you improve the chips. Very disorganised people looking lost and dithering about. Waited ages for my order.

R. T.just went to KFC drive through, western Avenue was shocked to see no PPE at all on any member of staff. About 6 people in the back kitchen, no social distancing, no gloves, no masks or aprons, quite bad actually seeing as they should be following guidelines. Not even a hand sanitizer in sight.
Won’t be returning in a hurry.

B.Strange place. Ever only one person taking orders, payment and serving at drive through so often a delay. Also no means to scan loyalty card and contact-less often not working! Don't go if you're in a hurry!
