We ordered Half chicken and 5 wings & Sides. Both of them were delicious.
They have dine-in and takeaway options as well. They have a QR Scan Code-based ordering system. Just scan the code and order it with a Table number. They will serve it on the table.
The prices are reasonable. You can visit here with family, friends, and kids as well.
L.Absolutely lovely Nando's; best in Cardiff (and there are a few!). Tony was lovely as were the rest of the staff. Very chill, very friendly, very helpful. Also got recommended this hot sauce which went down a treat. Much love xoxo
S.The staff on the upper level was great. The only thing I could mention that was a bit off was the loud music. It was a tiny bit too loud. Otherwise it was great.

M. L.I went here this afternoon a Saturday afternoon with a friend and was immediately greeted by a very professional and courteous lady.
We were told as it was busy that , there would be a 20 to 30 minute wait.
This actually turn into around 10 minutes.
I wasn't happy with the offered table and the member of staff happily let us sit elsewhere.
The food once ordered came out in no time .
It was piping hot, well sized and delicious.
The staff continued to be courteous and helpful .
I am so grateful for this experience please keep up the good work.

M. L.The 50% discount is currently available mon to wed. Great value for money but going in groups bigger than 4/5 means that you need more than one table I.e. wait is very long. Went in a group of 6 and had to wait an overall time of 1 hour and a half. Once in, food ordering process is very simple on phone using QR code. Food takes a while to come out and you need to request for sauces that you may want, if your need refills on drinks you need to ask worker, cutlery is all brought to the table. Also there was no spicy rice due to the limited menu.... Service is a bit slow but understandable. Waiting staff were friendly and working best as they could. Would recommend if you’re willing to wait.

陳.Went there last week (in the midst of the COVID pandemic)
We got there around 16:30 and there was already a queue to join the virtual queue! They didn’t take bookings until 17:00 so we waited half an hour. We were a group of 6 and were told that the max. p/table was 5 but they could seat us very close together as 2 tables of 3.
We were told the wait would be around 30 mins. I understand that during these unprecedented times it’s difficult to run a restaurant whilst ensuring everyone is socially distant and safe, however we ended up waiting around 2 hours before we were seated at around 18:30
For the last 30-50 mins of our wait we were #1 in the queue, however they were waiting for our second table to be cleared. When seated, our tables were on opposite sides of the room so it was difficult to communicate without shouting. Given our seating arrangements, I think we would’ve all preferred to have been seated an hour earlier on different floors if that’s what was available.
Currently they have a reduced menu, but there are still plenty of options! The food was still great, though service was a little slow/unorganised (eg, the other table got their food but no cutlery for about 5 mins)
I wouldn’t return here whilst social distancing measures are still in place as I think they’re struggling to cope/adjust. However I would definitely revisit when things return to normal
M. T.Gotta love Nando’s. But this one in Cardiff is particularly good because of its location. The service is good and the food is... well, it’s Nando’s, so it’s the same high quality as most of the branches around the country. But if somehow this is your first time reading of Nando’s - the food’s great. Try the hummus.

Didnt have any of the sauces I wanted apparently they had run out, also didnt have any straws, crayons for the kids took about 20 mins to be brought over.. food was ok, not the best nando's I've had and my sons corn on the cob was very burnt on one side (on the plate so we didn't see when brought over) I would eat here again I'm sure it was just a bad day for them

They generally allow you to have precise control on the spice of your meal, from unbelievably hot, all the way to mild yet extremely tasty exploring fruity flavours and Marinades. This is a perfect place for both couples, groups, even by yourself!
K.Nice restaurant, always clean and tidy with friendly staff. Been here on a number of occasions and food is excellent every time. It can get really busy with long wait times during busy periods, there is often a queue outside on weekends at lunch and dinner times.

Heard it mentioned a ton before i visited and so i thought when i walked past it why not so popped in and fairplay everything was cooked perfectly, the choice of sauces were good (coming from someone who doesn't like spice at all mind) i couldn't fault it.
