Maybe not the most photogenic burgers but hellish good value for what you get, amazing taste and you can see why they've been operating for so many years. Will definitely be back (although glad we didn't get a meal or added chicken with our burgers!). Very satisfied pair, usually big eaters 🤣

It was okay. On the plus side, friendly staff and the food is fine/reasonable value. No major complaints. But... the burger was pretty average and of a Burger King quality rather than something like a Five Guys. The pizza was basic. Low grade cheese and pretty standard cardboard base. It was also ready nearly 10 minutes earlier than requested so not piping hot when I collected it. Cardiff Pizza Company do better pizzas.

Love this place so much. The fries and onion rings are always cooked to perfection and their pizzas taste awesome. I always have garlic on mine and it is the best. Orders always arrive on time or early and are piping hot. My favourite pizza place.

This place is better than BBK now. Really friendly manager and staff, always really quick to make the burgers too. The milk-shakes arent good, but apart from that the burgers are really delicious!! The burgers are fresh, nicely balanced, and VERY filling! A great option if you want dinner for a fiver get a 1/4lb with mushroom, bacon, blue cheese. I would have given it 4 stars because the milkshake was a let down, but tbh it deserves 5 stars for the burgers, service speed, fair prices and friendly staff. Don't go to BBK because the staff are useless and it takes 45 minutes to make a burger. Uncle Sams is way better!!!

Slightly more expensive than some of the other local burgers, but makes up for it in quality. Likely the best burger around and the chips are really nice as well. Staff always friendly and orders prepared promptly.

Been going here for nearly 20 years now. I was a regular when I lived in Cardiff and still visit nearly every time I meet friends back in the Diff. Awesome old school flame grilled burgers, toasted bun and piles of relish. My favourite is the Boston Burger, comes with pineapple and bacon. LOVES IT!

Has always been my favourite burger place in Cardiff. Still as good today, as it was nearly 30 years ago. Portions are generous as well.

Could do with an update and fresher newer menu. Not been to Uncle Sams for 10 years and still same decoration with brown stools for waiting. I called in around 10+ years ago and their chilli burgers were much better then. Small portion of fries and flat burger. Menu could do with updating and fresher salad etc on burger. 3 out of 5 for me as it's ok, but wow could do so much better.

It is a truly Vile and disgusting place to eat from however I will always return for two reasons the first being the share value of some of the deals that uncle Sam's ordered and the second being have fantastic the burgers taste although greasy oily and distinctly having a fried feeling to them the actual food is delightful and uncle Sam's never disappoint at 11 or even at 1 a.m. to give you the perfect meal to keep you sustained throughout the night
