I got the wrong order was not happy. BUT!!! The customer service to correct the mistake!!!. Is by far outstanding. Jade is lovely and basically forced us to order a full free family meal. Thank u it happens but I only want 2 ribs and milkshakes again. Highly recommended

Can not compliment the food enough from this place! My personal favourites are the loaded fries and buffalo Mac and cheese! The sauces they use are just unreal. I've ordered from here the last two nights in a row now and I'll definitely be ordering again! ❤️

Have ordered from here many, many times and have never had anything other than phenomenal food. Granted, they get busy at times, but that is understandable because of the quality of the food. I always pre order if I am going to want it at a busy time.

We picked up a takeaway from BWR, we got an Ultimate dirty fries and a ribs and chicken wing meal deal. It came to 25 quid, so not going to be cheapest take away, but you do get a lot for it. The ribs were very nice and the meat fell off the bone, chicken was OK. The ultimate dirty fries was a random choice as it was a bit different... in the whole it was quite nice, albeit perhaps had a bit too much sauce...? (Perhaps better to have had some on and some in a pot to add if wanted?) Will visit again at some point, but will be sure we are very hungry now we know what to expect!

We love Burgers Wings and Ribs. The vegetarian dirty fries are my go-to comfort food. However they are incredibly hit and miss. Their delivery times have been getting better but half of the time the dirty fries are missing ingredients (tonight my order had no barbecue or cheese sauce, just mustard) and honestly it's disappointing. Please work on consistency or take items off the menu if you don't have all of the ingredients. I would've ordered plain fries if I wanted plain fries.

My sister and I popped in for a lunch time catch up after hearing people at work rave about the place- I understand most people do takeaway but the little secret sunspot on north hill was a surprise! Daniel the manager was so lovely and friendly, we had a burger each and shared the dirty fries, we were even lucky enough to chat with the chef who was so accommodating and helpful! The food was awesome! One of the best burgers I’ve had. Already planned it in for the next cheat day!

Ordered wings and the dirty fries and was very impressed. Food arrived well within the estimated delivery time. The chicken wings were good but the ultimate dirty fries were something special, I’ve never had anything like them and I will definitely be ordering them again. Would highly recommend.

Burger wings and ribs is an amazing hard working company who produce great food. I remember when I first saw them with only a double decker bus and have extended there business majorly in a space of a year. You pay for great food and they have great menu! Would recommend to everyone. I haven’t stopped talking about it and I can’t wait for the clacton one to open !!

Literally the best takeaway in Colchester by far, we’ve ordered from here a few times now and every single time it’s perfect! Mixed bag, the food we got was good, unfortunately they missed all our chips, I tried to call and message the restaurant but no answer. On ordering we have a delay in pickup by about half an hour, such a shame should be so much better.

This is instagram-worthy food - highly recommended, especially if you're visiting in person. Very very generous portions, the sauce is delicious, and the service is speedy. Incredible food! Been following them on instagram and finally took the plunge and ordered, was not disappointed! I got the dirty fries and the double decker burger and it was so much food! Not cheap but definitely great quality fresh food so would pay it again! Hands down best take away i’ve had (and i’ve had alot to cheer me up during the pandemic lol).
