A. H.Really great service ordering from H. Gunton's online shop. We ordered at the weekend and our order was delivered Tuesday morning. They have a great selection of Tiptree products available to buy online which aren't available at the big supermarkets.
L. J.Just one of those precious, special places where you can spend hours looking and buying. Great shop, fantastic stuff, and a place you wouldn't want to miss even if it was just during your daily walk. Nice coffee and sandwiches.
h. c.Traditional family deli which is a Colchester institution. As it is an old building the aisles are narrow so it can feel crowded at times. You can find most things there, from chutneys and honey to all sorts of dried lentils and beans plus many types of flour and grains. The cheese counter is excellent, as is the freshly ground coffee you can purchase. Hampers can also be made up as gifts. A real independant store

K. J.Found the website via Google when searching for Wicklein Lebkuchen (if you know, you know) which has been all but impossible to find at anything other than extortionate prices since brexit. Ordered two packs at a wonderfully reasonable price, (postage was more than fair also) and two days later they arrived, packed very carefully.
Absolutely thrilled. You've made my Christmas!
