J.So I’m not bragging but I consider myself a bit of a sausage roll critic, I go as far as to say I’m one of the best at it too. So when I stumbled across Jane’s pantry I was ready to put my skills to the test. Walked in and was greeted by a lovely bloke by the name of Mark. Long story short I ordered a sandwich and a sausage roll to “eat now”. Let’s just say I’m lucky I had my boots on because if I didn’t there is no question that my socks would have been blown clean off!! If you like a crumbly pasty then look no further. The flavours coming from this sausage roll where so good I had to take a seat and calm myself down before I bought the entire stock. Needless to say I got another one on the spot and even another to take home. Service, quality, cleanliness, and just generally 10/10. Amazing lunch spot!!

T. B.Best sandwich shop in the Colchester area, came here after a disappointing breakfast and was not let down! The choices of breads and fillings is out of this world, there is a huge queue and it's easy to see why! Fantastic service fantastic sandwiches. Cheese and coleslaw on granary roll filling inches thick the roll fresh baked size of your head! Lovely place how to do a sandwich shop proper.

The brownies are dangerously good, and the sandwiches on fresh baked bread with a generous portion of quality fillings genuinely make me happy to go out of my way to drop in to Jane's Pantry.
Standing room only, but I am pretty sure you call call your order in ahead of time.
I've always been served quick enough not to feel the need to order ahead.
My colleague is certain they also heat their drinks with some form of magic, as his drink is still far too warm after a sizable journey to work.
p. n.A Fantastic sandwich shop the best sandwiches in Essex and wonderful cakes great coffee what more could you ask? Well how about friendly staff and excellent value for money. Give them a visit and judge for yourself.
N. M.OK but lately the filling are getting smaller and smaller when u spend nearly 4 quid on a sandwich and the filling is 2mm thick it kinda pissea u off!
