Very clean space and decent staff, we thought the lunch menu was great value, food service was a bit slow(It wasn’t very busy). Food was good, lunch menu quality as expected(good with regular portions). We enjoyed the roulade out of our dessert menu and the wings were nice! Expect service charge on your bill (10% it says optional but you aren’t told), and the toilets didn’t flush. Worth a visit if your out and fancy a quick nice value lunch.

Visited to celebrate a new job and had a great meal! We opted for the set menu, which is great value for either 2 or 3-courses. You really can't beat the quality of the food for under £20 a head. They also cook steaks to order, and I was very happy to receive a truly rare steak which is often something that can be messed up.

Another wonderful evening here with family. The food never disappoints. The fillet steak cooked medium rare is a firm favourite of mine. The rest of my family loved their chicken burgers and mixed grill. The starters were amazing again, I had the chicken hot wings and the rest of my family had the baked camembert, bread board, calamari and tomato and mozzarella salad. The staff particularly the lady who greeted us and the lady who took my phone call when we were stuck in traffic and delayed were especially lovely, understanding and welcoming. We also had a really nice waitress who served us from the main course. We would definitely come back here again and would recommend it.

We popped in for an early dinner before heading to cinema. We had a set 3 course dinner for £10.95 which is available between 12 and 6 pm. Tap water is served in a lovely bottle and we didn't book but still got seated. We ordered calamari, vegetarian tart, steak and chips and warm brownie with cream and ice cream. All delicious and just what we needed. Tip was added to the bill 10%.

Me and my bf were sad to see that Hudson had rebranded down the road, so we looked for another steak place and came across Middletons. The fries were nice (tasted somewhat nostalgic?) and the steak was good, ribs had a nice sauce and the chillies on top worked really well with the sauce, and the peri peri chicken was nice and juicy :D

First visit for us to this restaurant. We went with some friends who are regulars. We ordered the fillet steak, we asked for it to be cooked medium, inside it was indeed medium but somehow the outside was almost over done, I couldn’t work out how that was achieved. That aside the food was very nice indeed. The service was excellent and had a real personal touch to it. As mentioned before this was our first visit but the service was such that we was made to feel like regulars. Service was just a touch slow, however this was probably due to how busy they was, which was really good to see. We would definitely return as we felt the whole Overall experience was very good. Price wise it’s not our usual establishment, a little pricey for us but fortunately our friends paid with loyalty points they had built up.
