Enjoyed a lovely meal here with the family. Their courtyard area is a lovely and quiet outdoor place to sit. The food was great. I had the truffle and buffalo mozzarella burger which was great. Their calamari was also super tasty. Overall, a nice restaurant to visit in the Colchester area.

My partner and I finally got round to having a "date" after months and decided to try Prezzo. Food was fantastic 😊 couldn't eat it all so it was put in boxes for us to take home, we didn't even have to ask. Daniela was very smiley, friendly and attentive without being pushy or annoying. Came for a meal a few weekends back and it was blown away by how lovely the restaurant was and that everything on the menu sounded amazing, it was difficult to decide but I went with the chicken alfredo tagliatelle and do not regret a thing. My partner ordered the oak smoked salmon penne which I also managed to get a bite of and that was just as good! For starter we also shared a balsamic vinegar and cheese garlic bread which was also to die for. Will 100% be returning

Really nice meal with family, but want impressed with the food. Way too much pasta and not enough meat and sauce on the dinner. Personally won’t be rushing back. Just got home and reviewed the bill and there is a 10% service charge been added. Watch out for that if you go there and that hd just put a dampener on what was a good night.

I really like this restaurant. We went with friends on a Sunday night before going to the cinema. It has a good atmosphere and is well planned. The food and service was excellent. We'll worth a visit.

Food was really good. Restaurant was nice and quiet. Waiter was really nice and it wasn't too expensive. I had the spicy prawn and basil pesto penne which was so light,a little spicy and had more than enough prawns. We all enjoyed our meals.

Nice food, great service, & usually pretty quiet at lunchtime. There are better options in town, though. Menu is pretty limited, so check they have something you like before committing to it! The lunchtime menu in particular is really poorly selected (not all vegetarians like mushrooms...). Four stars for excellent service and consistent food quality. It's not exceptional but it is reliable.

Staff are so nice the food is great i suggest getting pizza or spaghetti bolognaise they are my favourite. You get a choise of brocli or peas but you can have them both this is on the childrens. Desent sized pizzas on childrens i was hungry ate the childrens pizza and i was full by time i had finished it.

One of the best layout inside of Prezzo. Top notch staff from waiting to the chef. The manager I guess made the welcome personal and this alone made the sitting down process a happy one. The food was well presented and tasty. Chef looked happy in his work.

Just used Buyagift 3 course dinner voucher today and was so pleased with the quality of the meals. Excellent and flavoursome. The menu is limited but you can find something to have. Everything was cooked to perfection. Very happy. Service was quick, very friendly and efficient.
