One of the best kebab spots in Colchester. It has some good chicken wings too, moderately spicy! Give this one a go if you're new to the area. There's no eat in option

As a girl who loves her food & is very willing to try mostly anything..... I gave Rose Kebab ago as it's hugely popular as whenever I pass delivery drivers are collecting on a regular basis. So now it's my turn to try it... Ermmmmm now as I stated before I will NOT say anything bad or negative about anyone's food. Rose Kebab is just not for me for my own personal tastes & reasons. It could be that someone had an off day when I visited or they were running low on something, all I will say is never again. I gave them 3 stars as the takeaway is very clean & the food is inside a display case that makes it all look very nice. Do try for yourselves, you're experience may be different to mine. My wife and I just finished our kebab meals. Doner and Chicken shish. Absolutely first class; freshly cooked; delicious and thanks to Levi, delivered in good time. We don't often order a home delivery take away but when we do, Rose kebab and deliveroo are a cracking combination 👌

Ordered the Kebab Feast through Deliveroo app to get £15 off first order. Rose Kebab has been the go-to Kebab House for well over 25yrs. The helpings are always decent and salad crispy fresh.. enough food to feed 3 adult's with leftovers. Nice touch by them adding extra pitta bread and everything kept in heat proof containers.

The very best kebab shop in Colchester!! The service is friendly and fast. They are very good at what they do. Very good value for money. The food is delicious, they use only the very best ingredients/meats and the chilli sauce is freshly made and not squeezed out of a bottle with a long shelf life. I made the stupid mistake of going elsewhere for the benefit and ease of others, once I’d opened it and seen it, I refused to eat it, threw it in the bin and drove to Rose Kebab for my usual delicious mixed shish. I strongly and highly recommend the place to anyone and everyone. Keep up the amazing standards and excellent service guys! Thank you very much and bravo 👏🏻

Exactly what it says on the door, a kebab shop. Not a fish and chips shop that also does kebabs and you can tell in the products. No thrills, no glamour just good decent food. Been using this venue for 30 years now, tried others but Roses always first choice.

Relatively cheap kebabs for the amount received. Found the place on Deliveroo first and it is my go-to kebab in Colchester. The staff are very nice and always friendly. The offer a wide range of foods such as kebabs, burgers, wraps and many more. The chips are especially good and fresh. My children’s favourite is the doner box with chips and the portion is always generous and good for them to share together

It's ok, but very basic, no clay ovens, as I expected, limited choice of grill. Not even chicken doner there. And lamb doner is from factory, not made at premises. It's just for very hungry person, or who never had proper Turkish food. Lady there was very nice though.

The best takeaway we've had in a long time, chicken burger perfectly cooked, donner kebab no gristle or grease. Onion bhaji are lovely although they do have a kick to it. All in all great service and fantastic food. We highly recommend.

Popular local kebab shop selling kebabs, burgers etc vegetarian options available. Open late and the food was enjoyed by everyone. Seating available and the place was nice and clean which is amazing considering we went after midnight. Friendly staff generally very pleasing.

I have been using Rose for a number of years.. for that late late bite on the way home from work (on call) at silly o'clock. Fresh salad, on the chick kebabs always!! It seems to have changed hands a few times but the service is Kwik and the munch is good..Perfect for us late nighters.

Always the best. I walk 15mins to go and get a kebab from rose and it's worth the half hour journey every time. Staff are lovely and know what I want and how I want it. The quality of meat is perfection and you can really taste that in the meat. A large donna or chicken kebab from here is to die for. Chips are lush too and the donna meat wraps are definitely worth trying and they are so generous with the meat and filling. The garlic sauce is beaut. 10/10 from me.
