Good food reasonable price. We had scampi and chips and pie and chips with curry sauce for £13 food was tasty and hot. They also do grilled fish and kebabs. We moored up at bridge 4 and only took 5 minutes to get there. Turn right after Bridge 4.

Asked for a donor wrap with salad, and get just lettuce, after the woman serving wrote it on the paper, then a mixed kebab in pitta with just lettuce, get all salad on it, then ask for 2 pickled eggs, get home and open it up, and I've been given 2 onions, just brilliant

Can only comment on delivery, food is always hot, good portions, fish has crispy batter. Would recommend. The photo is the smallest size of chips you can get.

This chip shop is one of the best , the portion size and quality of the food is very good. I don't live near by but if I'm in the area I will go out of my way to get food from here. Always very friendly efficient staff , which is good because the shop gets very busy. This takeaway highly recommended.

Went for the scampi as it was a 10 piece deal and only got 9, it was even questioned behind the counter by the staff, but didn’t realise till I got home, hopefully this will be rectified next visit, I know it’s only one piece of scampi but it’s my favourite..

Phoned and ask why they didn’t deliver to Shilton which is next village 2miles away?, all down to postcode apparently, our postcode unfortunately is same as balsall common which is 16miles away 🤷🏻‍♂️ please look at location not postcode, we’d order at least £100 p/m from this household.., review response, proves Just Eat don’t care. alderman’s chip shop, please over rule the post code war as we are literally 2miles away and your losing out of good money from this area!!!.

Best fish and chip shop I've used in years!! The best chips, pork and stuffing to die for, cod roe, fish, fish cakes, pies & pasties, sausages.......all really good and fresh. The place is lovely and clean n tidy and the owners and staff are great. Fun friendly family atmosphere and fab service! 😄

Great chippy, big portions and at a reasonable price! It took me forever to find a chippy that cooks their chips separately to fish (as I'm a vegetarian) and these guys do! They were very busy but staff were friendly and efficient. Only thing is that we're not local so we have to travel about 30 minutes but it's so worth it. Will be coming here again.

It gets pretty busy especially during a Friday evening but that's because the food is fantastic, really good quality at decent prices, friendly staff they seem to remember regulars. With certain foods (usually chicken) you have to skip the queue and ask for it straight away because it can be a bit of a wait otherwise. It has lovely outdoor seating too. It has a kids menu too so it's suitable for little ones as well.

Ok place for take away but for me personally needs lots improvements. Would be nice if they offer quality chicken and fish dishes.All frozen and prepared at factory never give quality like fresh and homemade products with own unique receipts. Also something what is hard to order in Coventry would be nice to see on menu -personally i wish to have choice and order original freshly made burrito or tacos.
