Really nice restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and really beautiful design. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the service was fast despite the restaurant being pretty busy. The food was pretty good too, particularly the cheesecake and the pizzas. Would recommend it!

Although not many choices, food was lovely. Good customer service. We were seated immediately and the order came promptly despite the place being quite busy. We were carefully attended by multiple members of staff and checked on every few minutes. The manager herself came to ask if we had a nice experience, we went twice that day for different food choices as they only serve pizza from 3:30 to 5:30. ( My friend said the vegan burger was amazing )👏👏👏

Was here after the the Squidge in Warwick Art Centre show , lovely atmosphere, food was prompt though the garlic bread is salty and more of base of the pizza dough, the sea bass and the burger lentil were delicious.

It was very very busy yesterday evening when we went as there was an event on last night however we were still seated and served quickly, when served by a second lady...after being told initially 30-40minutes wait by the first! The food was excellent quality and really tasty particularly the pizzas and garlic bread. There are no cocktails available as yet but I am sure that will come and it would be better if they did offer some bottled beer options as it seemed that the ones from the pump were a bit flat. However, we will definitely be going back here and I would definitely recommend to others, I can only see it getting better over time!

Benugo Warwick is a very inviting restaurant! It was an excellent encounter with the passionate team at Benugo. Unmatched service is provided where the people attending genuinely care about how you feel. The cuisine is good and some of the best in the area. Kudos to Marc and his team at Benugo for this achievement. Moreover it's an amazing place to work as a student.

Food was pretty good and came out quickly enough. Good value for money. Some menu items were labelled "vg" for vegan but when checking with the chef they were not suitable for vegans. This led to doubt of any vegan/vegetarian labelling on the menu!

Group of four all had very good sourdough pizzas. Meal took rather a long time - restaurant probably a bit understaffed mid-evening. Very convenient venue for a meal before or after an event in the concert hall.

Went here on a Friday night, there was a jazz band on, with an open mic session. The band is on every Friday between 5:30 and 7:30. Good beer and wine too.

Dropped in for lunch this week. Really good food and excellent service. I really enjoyed my meal.The restaurant is light and airy with plenty of foliage to soften the lines of the building. It was strange that I could not add a tip to my credit card payment as I wanted to reward the top-quality service. It is also strange that you cannot book a table. This is okay at the moment in the holidays, but if there is a big event, for example a graduation ceremony, then you really need to be able to book a table early.

This cozy restaurant in Warwick ART center left a good impression! Hospitable host, I had my dinner there yesterday, host and staff looked after us permanent, very welcoming and attentive. Delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, good wines and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! I will be back here very soon 😃

Very pretty venue and polite staff but needs some improvements. Plenty of cocktails on the board but only two on menu. Need to sort that out, add specials on the board on the menu perhaps. Also slow service with drinks. Very nice once served though

Really nice environment with friendly staff and a nice selection of vegan options. I have a great deal of sympathy for the staff, being in the art centre it seems they're inundated with an endless stream of intitled geriatric customers whose lack empathy would give Ted Bundy a run of his money. Well done to all the staff for keeping their cool! Keep up the amazing work!

Delicious high quality food, lovely staff and a peaceful atomosphere with fabulous decoration! It’s so great that there’s finally a nice place to sit down and eat food with friends and family on campus, Benugo is definitely worth going to. The hot drinks taste incredible, and the staff are so warm and friendly, just an all-around nice experience, I do highly recommend :) I heard from the staff that they have 100 locations across the country as well, so at least I know that wherever I am, I can get a Benugo hot drink!

Yesterday I went around 16:20, begore going I read the reviews and I was unsure but I said I will risk it. Honestly people, the place is amazing! The food was delicious, the ambiance is very welcoming and charming. The menu should be a bit more complex but the manager said it will be updated soon, more dishes and drinks will be added, as far as I know the place has only been opened for a week or two, I think they are in process to make this place even better. In my opinion I’l give 5*. I have spend quality time in here and I left in such a good mood. 1st time in my life in a restaurant when I felt so much attention, I was welcomed and seated quickly, asked if allergies. In addition to this, I didn’t waited to be seated, my food order came within a few minutes. 2 members of staff asked me if everything was ok, they were all so lovely until the very last minute. I will be comming back soon

Wonderful food and tea. I ordered some sencha tea and chilli pulled lamb. The tea was slightly minty and fruity, with the standard green tea taste. The lamb was great, although the chilli was very mild, and could have used a tiny bit more heat. I'd very much like to come again when I can find the time

First time going to this newly opened location, inside it was looking amazing and clean. We were seated and served in time, even if they were busy. I was looking for the restroom and the staff acknowledged me looking around straight away, saying that they will come as soon as possible to our table. The manager came to say hello, asking how our experience was. The food was nice. The only thing was that the menu does not have many choices, but in time I am sure they will add more to it. They opened a few weeks ago and they need some time to fully settle everything. I will come back there for sure for another experience.
