Definitely my go too for a smash burger in cov! If you are not feeling a beef patty then you definitely will not be disappointed with their fillet Burgers, there nacho burger is amazing! Always great customer service and help. Keep up the great food guys 🙂

The brother behind the counter who might be the owner is an absolute legend. We came in to order our food to break fast, we wanted the food just not too late but not too early either. Of course that's a tall order considering they have to make food for themselves to break their fast too but all things considered they got the food out in good time but the fries went cold. But 5 minutes before breaking fast the brother asked if we wanted new fries so it's fresh when we break fast. Man this is type of service you want not to mention that the food was banging too. It's a shame there's only 5 stars because this place deserves 10.

Wow the smash burgers are something else here!. The beef patties were juicy and full of flavour, the patties were the right size and were caramelized to perfection and they were not greasy at all. The wings were freshly cooked and had the perfect char and seasoning. Really great dining experience, the staff were friendly and I was served quickly and the food was piping hot. Definitely worth visiting this place.

Mouth watering beef patties. Fries which I literally have eaten off the floor of my car as they fell down due to heavy breaking. Well spiced sauces. Highly recommend if you want a good burger!

Had delivery twice and really enjoyed the burgers each time. This time we came and ate in and the delivery burgers didn't do them justice! Such tasty burgers and even more so when you eat them as soon as they're made. Favourite burger place in Coventry for sure. Really lovely service too.

Had an OK experience after many other reviewers indicated they loved the burger quality. Found the chicken steak bit dry but the beef patty was good. Ordered ahead, reached 30mins later but still had to wait 10mins for pickup. Will give it another go and try the smash patties as so highly recommended by others. Also hope owners would try to use environmentally friendly packaging in future. Currently too much plastic coated paper packaging which can't be recycled. Looking forward to upping to 5 🌟 on next order.

Been to a lot of burger places but BRGR LAB has by far the BEST! smashed patties and chicken burgers in coventry. Their loaded fries is also amazing. Affordable prices and excellent customer service. Branding is on point.

After an unfortunate incident yesterday regarding the delivery driver I left a bad review. As I now understand it was not down to the restaurant I would like to change my review as the food is amazing and the incident that happened has been very quickly dealt with by the manager. Food is really nice however they are very slow, I've ordered in advance and still had to wait an extra 30 minutes for my food whilst walk ins had got food before me. No apology for the wait which I find goes a long way, however the food is great place just needs to work on customer service and speed and they would get a solid rating.

First time trying out the lab, have driven past it many times but decided to give it a go and I wasn't disappointed. Freshly made tasty burger and fries and to top it off a nice Ferrero milkshake. Definitely worth a try if your in the area.

Ordered 4 burgers : the nacho burger, 2 tower burgers and a regular fillet burger. The nacho burger was delicious and the chicken was very good in all the other burgers however there was an issue with the burger buns. On some burgers they were very hard like they were frozen or stale. So i had to end up eating some of the burgers by taking the bread off. Apart from that the fries were decent. They also didn’t include and dips in the bag which would’ve been a nice touch

I've been to soooooo many burger places and had many different burgers but this place tops them all. The beef is cooked to perfection, the chicken burgers are juicy and the fries are just the best. This is truly a hidden gem in coventry. A must try.

I have been in love with this place for a year. Always recommend it to friends. The smash burger and the nacho burger and the curly fries are amazing. However, in my latest order the food was so cold, there was no sauce in any of the burgers. Complimentaty sauce was excluded and the fries quantity and packaging has changed and i did not care for it. Change it back please

But customer service is not so impressive, I ordered over the phone and arrive after 30 minutes to collect my order from shop, I waited another 10 minutes in the shop to collect my order, no one asked me in these 10 minutes about my order. They need more training in customer service.

Stop being bare tight on the fries, especially when a meal can cost upwards of £10. Potatoes are bare cheap and so is the bag of fries u buy. Ditch the fancy packaging and put that money back if your pocket and my belly. Brand image matters when u have a number of franchise, but for a local joint it doesn't really matter. We just want to get what we pay for. I want to go bed with a full stomach, not half hungry.

One of the best burger places! We come from Nuneaton just to get these burgers! We're regulars the quality and the consistency of the taste of the burgers has always been the same. Every time we have ordered never disappointed us. The smash burgers and the peri peri chicken taste beautiful especially the wings! It's not over priced either! Great customer service and highly recommend it!

Me n my wife picked the burger lab. because it was 4 mins away from where we live - awsome burgers! We had double patty burgers with cheese and chicken n fries box - the beef patties were the best iv had - we also had the ferrero roche desert in a glass jar( nice touch!) Been here few times the staff are very friendly. One of my daughter is a fussy eater but she has given it a thumb up that's says alot about the place. If you a big eater go for the Mega Lab Burger. it's is a shame that you can't eat in. The colour skim yellow and black go so well together. Give it a go what have you got to lose a few pounds
