Nice restaurant, with a good atmosphere. You’ll find a lot of youngsters here due to the cinema and local bowling place. The staff are very warm and friendly. The food was served up with little wait. We ordered a Beanie wrap and a imitator burger. The wrap was nice as it always has been. However, I cannot say the same about the burger.. unfortunately it tasted like seasoned rubber in a bun. I would recommend this Nandos however stay away from the “fake” dishes.

Loved our first visit to a Nandos. Our waitress was nice and welcoming, as we were newbies talked us through the menu too. Ordered by the app, food came quickly, and was lovely. Not too much for hot so had the mild, tried the orange and mango chutney (lovely). Will definitely come back.

Used whilst away for work, right next to premier inn, were well prepared for people eating alone (lots of people here on work in the week). Always great service for click and collect, and the food is always perfect and well packed. Definitely loving the amount if sauces you get by default so you can try them, and to help the staff serve you efficiently and safely. I had to knock a star off because it looks like people are using the area to hang out and take nitrous gas- there are empty cannisters all over the car park, and that need some attention

Nando is a really nice place to eat. If you want nice spicy food, welldone chicken and really really really nice chicken (I said chicken twice), you have to eat at Nando's. I'd avoid the burger though ..who makes burgers with baguette 🥪😒 Other than that..all good. Would eat here anyway anytime

Arrived with group of colleagues at 4pm on Monday, food was served 10 minutes after ordering it, waiters and waitresses were friendly and attentive at all time, and restaurant is clean. Reason for 4 star is their rest rooms needs to be cleaned more often as there was toilet tissues all over the floor when restaurant was not that busy.

It was alright. The pitta was very tasty but the sweet potato and butternut squash side wasn't roasted and the cubes were actually quite hard. The restaurant was really busy so service did suffer a little for example one of the meals came wrong but understandable considering there were people queuing out the door. All in all it was pleasant but I do think nandos is overpriced for what it is.

Problems with cleanliness, especially sauces are ALWAYS greasy and hands are very sticky after using them. The online ordering method is disgraceful; why am I paying full price for half the service? Entering credit card details, opening up a Nandos account etc. just to eat a burger?

We went in following a visit to the Showcase Cinema and it was my sons 1st time going to a Nandos, we eat them at home so he kinda knew what to expect. We didn't habe to wait long, we were greater by a member of staff who advised someone will be with us soon. We were then shown to our seats. When placing our order we had 2 different types of vouchers, 1 of those we weren't really sure if we could use in 5he restaurant or not but the staff did check all options to see hmif and how it could be used they were friendly, helpful and patient. The food came out really quickly, the restaurant was busy but it wasn't too quiet either so it was good. The food was great, most importantly my son loved it! His plain-ish chicken pitta went down a treat. Shame that Nandos don't have the Plan-ish grilled chicken pitta on the children's menu. Overall a nice experience and we will visit again, with or without going to the cinema first.

Nice enough place to be fair. It's a bit strange these days, you have very little interaction with the staff. They show you to a table, explain that you order on the app, bring your food and very little else. I had a chicken burger or some sort (can't remember) but the bun was so hard and stale i couldn't really cut it. The restaurant was nice, clean and looked after, bathroom was a bit of a state, looked like it could do with a serious clean for a start.

Will keep that part of my previous review saying the food is generally good and background music doesn't intrude on conversation. Updated decor which is a big plus and better ambience. Fitted with electric blinds which augment the lighting. You can now order from your table and service is more efficient with more staff on hand to help.

Upon arrival, fast greeting and seating and upon ordering a platter for me and my partner it arrived within 10 minutes. Absolutely fantastic food as per usual as we sometimes order from the Rugby branch. Will certainly swing by here some other time as it's close.

Good branch which can get extremely busy between 5pm and 7pm. However service is still extremely quick and staff clean, seat and serve tables really quickly. Despite such high turnover, its kept clean and sauces are returned back to the central area quickly meaning you dont have to awkwardly look for them.

Pretty standard Nando's experience. The only gripe I have is that a few of the staff wander around aimlessly, looking for busy work, and don't consider where they're going. They often get in the way of people going to the drinks machine.

When you go to Nando's you know what to expect! During peak times there will be a wait for a table. The food always comes out relitivily quick, the starter followed by the main in quite quick succession. If you want something specific you need to be very clear and strong to ensure the message gets back to the kitchen clearly, make sure you hear them tell the chef. The food is always nice and pretty consistent. I would not describe the food as gourmet but it is one of my guilty pleasures.

Never disappointed at Nando's, allergy requirements taken very seriously by staff. As soon as you mention "allergy order" the manager took our order and sees the order thru to serving. This is the routine every time we visit. It means a lot to that staff are fully trained to deal with allergy and the food is always delicious. See you again soon 👍

Over hyped. My first trip to any Nando's and I wasn't that impressed. The food was OK at best. Glasses for the drinks were straight out of the washer so too hot. Service was good and the staff were friendly but won't be hurrying back to any Nando's.

Overall the food was ok for the price. I don't go to nandos for a particular reason and that is because the chicken seasoning is strickly skin deep, remove the skin and its completely bland. If they sit you in a corner make sure to decline because requesting table service eg a drink refill due to covid restrictions was a total pain.

I expected a reputable eatery like this that has a lot of customers patronizing them should not be lagging in ensuring their rest room is cleaned at interval through out the day. Staff seem overwhelmed with work. So there was no time/chance of relating with their customer.

The queuing process is quite tiresome so be prepared for a wait. It isn't immediately obvious you have to scan a QR code to join the que either. They could tidy up the surrounding areas of the building considering people are waiting for long periods of time. The staff were very polite and helpful as well as clear with expectations. I did have to mention the lack of toilet paper a few times which no one seemed bothered by, despite several staff loitering around. I am still not quite sure if the food out ways the waiting around. I suppose if it isn't a frequent occurance it is fine. But I would have thought that a booking system would be much better than expecting your valued customers to wait up to 2 hours.

This is a nice place to eat, but sometimes silly and avoidable mistakes happen. Today my friend got a salad but asked for extra houmous but got halloumi cheese instead. Also my friend asked for no avocado but it was in the salad. The member of staff helped to fix the food and was very quick to go and fix it. First time visited Nandos at showcase, the first impression was wow! The restaurant looked really nice and spacious. The down fall for me was that when you walk in ,it's confusing you don't know what to do or where to go. There is no such as welcoming waiter like in the normal restaurant you get. Nandos is always a consistent experience, this one no exception. Love the food, like the vibe their restaurants give off but I do wish they'd turn down the music a little so you can have a bit of conversation, and wish it wasn't always so busy.

Great Nandos and recently refurbished, now 24% more cheeky than before. Located near a Cinema, bowling alley, coffee shop, hotel and a few other restaurants. 2 minutes from the M6. Always consistent quality and service, can get quite busy on a Friday night and over the weekend so I would recommend calling ahead if you're in a large group and checking the wait time. Huge car park shared with the Cinema and hotel but there are always spaces available free of charge. If you haven't been before I recommend the chicken thighs with two sides of your choice, you can select the level of spice including a plain option and two mild flavours if you don't like it hot 🌶️🤯 Pick up the free loyalty card and you collect stamps with each purchase for free sides, mains and full meals.

I go to nandos because the children like it but I'm getting bored with the menu. This nandos is easy to get to and parking directly outside is free. Always quick to be seated and never waiting at the tills. Food comes quickly and staff are quick with any requests. Right next to the showcase cinema and bowling which is handy.

I ordered for a pickup over the phone, around 20 minutes the chap said. So I arrived bout 30 mins later, thinking I wouldn't have to wait around pick it up and go. I was told they were just waiting on chips. At the hot counter were two baskets. One of these baskets had my food in it. I waited 15 mins. So when I got home the food wasn't very good to be honest. I suppose that's what you get buying take out food. Maybe I try sitting in next time.

I went here about a week ago with some colleagues. We all work at the hospital nearby, and knew that Nando's offers a 20% NHS discount. Everyone came, armed with their NHS card, but unfortunately I forgot mine! Luckily the staff was more than happy to apply the discount to my bill anyway, having understood that we all worked there, and I was the only one without the card. The food was what you'd expect from Nando's. Good chicken, always a big fan of the corn on the cob and the garlic bread. Good value for money, in a nice little area.

Thought we would try somewhere knew and was somewhat surprised. Service left alot to be desired, rather childish staff and rather unprofessional, wanting to stand around talking and leaving piles of food on the hot plate instead of serving. "Chefs" kept moving sides from one plate to another and stacking plates with food one on top of other plates of food. Hot plate system unhygienic and food was left stood for over 15-20 while we were sat waiting for a table. Food was fine but nothing special. Chicken was cooked fine, a bit soggy on the outside and the "salad" of dirty lettuce and a a tomarto is not what I would call a salad. Reasonably priced for what it is, service and serving methods need improving the most.

Only reason I haven't given it a 5 star rating (and this isn't the nandos fault) it's always busy and waiting for a table can sometimes take 20/30 mins plus. (I guess this always shows how good this nandos is as well) cinemas right next to it as well so perfect location for a film and a "cheeky nandos"

Its a chicken restaurant so don't expect much more. You can have plain chicken, spicy chicken, spicier chicken, a bit more spicier chicken and novacaine chicken and just so you dont get confused they stick a different coloured flag to identify the chickens spiciness. The chicken is served up in various disguises like wraps, burgers etc...so its not all just boring chicken. You can also complement your chicken by adding a side of your choice so its not just a plate of chicken. Options include chicken and chips, chicken and peas and rice, chicken and wedges etc.... You can then wash all this chicken down with a bottomless soft drink if choice. However, the drinks are so fizzy that its impossible to ever fill the glass and you end up walking away with a glass of froth so as not to annoy the long line of people impatiently waiting to get their fill of froth. Did i mention the chicken? Anyway, enough about chicken but if thats what you like (and I like chicken by the way) then get yourself down (or up) to a Nandos near you today!

Arrive at Nando’s to a busy resterant and got told it was a half hour wait so grabbed a wine and waited only 10 minutes ordered our food which cane 10 minute later we’ll cooked and gorgeous x we needed a take out but looked at how busy it was however Aiste came and took our order and bought it to our table not only did she do this whilst delivering food to other tables she did it with a smile and a true enthusiastic approach that shows she loves her job and people . Working in a customer facing job myself I know the importance of customer care and this girl had it x well done Nando’s Aiste is a credit to your team and company make sure you keep her or I might just steal her x

Ah man you can't beat a Nandos This one is next door to the cinema so have a good eve out watchin a film and then go for a munch. Only down side is not very much choice for veggies! Good choice of chicken tho. Queues can be long at times but the bonus is they do a take away service

We went at Nando's for the father's day celebration to have a family meal.the waiting time to get a table for 4 and a baby was 1hour.It is good for a company to be successful but it is also disappointed for customers to have to wait for an hour to get a space to sit.We decided to take away,and i think that was the best decision to make ,food was ready in less than 20mn.we finally celebrate at home with a succulent chicken platter made by Nando's.

Evething is brilliant but for one tiny issue. Nandos do not take bookings at weekends. This means that you need to get to Nandos before 1:30pm for lunch and before 5pm for tea.
