Really really good pizza 😋, fresh clean tasty toppings on a crispy fluffy just right base & crust. The nachos also super tasty and with real nacho cheese dip. Finally found a place that knows what tastes great. Love this place and the staff are super friendly and lovely too. More than highly recommended

We enjoyed our meal. We ordered nachos and quesadilla. It was a good portion of food. The only "but", I wish they have more spicy sauce and real soft tortilla tacos. If they include that in the menu I will give them 5 stars. (I'm mexican I want hot food and tacos 😅)

After a busy business i was staying in a local Derby hotel; I opted to eat from Amigo. Within 15 minutes from ordering I ate instore the incredible taste they so happily served up. From the atmosphere and great service I received it is really obvious the team truly love what they do. I can very much recommend Amigos for anyone visiting Derby.

Friendly staff esp craig , lovely food. Came highly recommended from the hotel Aston Court just a couple of mins walk away. Never had authentic enchiladas before and these can be made mild or hot. The pizza was delicious also

Ordered from Amigo's three times so far and everytime the food is of exceptional quality. The spicy wings and strips are cooked perfectly with the right amount of crisp. I really enjoy the dips, especially the pineapple salsa and guacamole. Pizza always tastes fresh and is piping hot when delivered (I recommend the Memo pizza!). Overall cant go wrong and is very reasonably priced. Looking forward to trying the burritos next! Delivery staff are always friendly professional. I think I found the best Mexican food in Derby! The oven baked burrito with beef is absolutely great, I've waited for a while but it was definitely worth it!! And their enchiladas with rice and salad, delicious!

The owner and the staff are super, super friendly. The staff were kind enough to give me free dips with my meal. I called up before placing the order, as I've never had Mexican food before. The owner talked me through the menu, and answered all of my questions. The price is slightly high, but the quality of the food is splendid. I even got a voucher code with a discount. I honestly would rate this a lot higher, if I could. This is now my new place to go... Thanks!

First came here 5 months ago was amazing experiences I had ,I called yesterday again and the food was delicious, Anyone who has been know how welcoming the owner is back that up with the most wonderful food and it really is great. He still does a mean pizzas however his Mexican food is beautiful, I had a burrito and stuffed pepper promise you will not find better in either of the countries of origin of the dishes. Nothing is too much trouble for this man , if I could give him 6 stars I would, it’s been too long since we last visited but we will definitely be back a lot sooner next time

Very nice food overall, with large portions. Large portion of free rice with tacos, which was also nice. Very good burger, tacos and quesadilla but chips were underdone slightly. Prices are little high but worth it for what you get. Delivery took just over an hour, which isn't too bad considering how far we are from the restauran . Overall very nice and will order from here again!

Ordered a beef burrito from Amigo, with pineapple salsa and guacamole. (24 Dec 2019) The burrito was AMAZING! The guacamole was so good that I could eat the whole pot on it’s own. The pineapple salsa was okay.. it tasted too oniony for me, it wasn’t a tad bit sweet at all. (I have a slight suspicion that they gave me a different sauce by mistake - because how can everything else be 5 star and 1 sauce miss the mark?) I wouldn’t buy the pineapple salsa again (If that was really it) but give me the burrito and the guacamole any day! Would I recommend this to anyone? Course I would! - A million times over. All I can say is, those that died without tasting Amigo, never tasted good Mexican food. It’s legit worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY!
