Would have given it 5 stars but these days Normanton food is greeting very pricey and portions are decreasing. I'm not really into taste more of a quantity for money person. Anyway food was great customer but unfortunately portion sizes in Normanton really bad these days. Have to order two meals to make it a full size portion.

Came here as our second choice as our first choice was closed. The burger was good for what they charge. The chips were slightly better. Ordered this on a whim, had the grilled chicken. Medium and Peri chips. Basically a cheaper nandos. Great food, great prices overall very nice. Will be ordering from here again! Thank you

like the food always good most times but ordered food for the family and as always there phone service is awful never listen to calls properly got the order wrong wen your paying nearly 50 60 pound for food you expect your order to be correct and also the layout of the food so much sauce on the burgers got all soggy and falling off only one chilly tub and 9 people were eating loool was we supposed to have 1 dip of our chips and then pass it on ? lool even when I've come to collect food and I've listened to them on the phones taking orders always in a rush to get off the phone and then they go in like there Michelin star order takers gets me so annoying but this happens all over normanton

Love this place. Me and the boys went down after we drove past it a few times. Never had a takeaway like it. So tasty, friendly not rude staff, clean, cosy atmosphere and so cheap. I had a spinner and some lemon and herb chicken and the nice staff guy gave some extra wings to try which is always a bonus. We now go back every 2 weeks after we play footy- its grilled so healthier than the fried food out there. No hesitation in giving 5 stars to these guys.

Tasted good. Halal. I had flames original spiced burger, with chips. Through deliveroo. The chips/fries were nice and arrived warm. I could not taste any salt on chips. The Original flame burger of medium spice , contained lettuce, a slightly spiced mayo and with a grilled chicken. The burger bap bread was nice and soft with a floury top. I had a fresh apple juice drink, which was nice. But as an adult I couldn't manage to even finish half of the bottle of drink. So it would be nice if they had different sizes of apple juice drink. I would also like the option to have just mayo flavoured burger without any spices. It would be nice to add the option of onion to the burger also.

I have worked here in the past and have to say that this is one take a away that takes pride in hygiene. Food is delicious and is always fresh. All ingredients are labelled with the dates when opened and are discarded if they are unusable. Flames homemade burger meal is the best burger on the menu. Depending on which staff member is on the grill the burger can either be cooked to perfection or grilled a slight but too much. If eating from here and you dont like well done burgers make sure to mention it to staff. All staff are friendly and are willing to accommodate. Never had any issues with eating here and will continue to do so. Ome of the best places to have grilled chicken in derby for a reasonable price. Portion sizes are also decent for the amount being paid.

I had to wait 25 mins to wait for food which made me little uncomfortable. But when it arrived and I tasted it, it completely made me forget about the waiting time. I ordered the wings and strips platter with three sides and a burger. Everything was top quality and cooked fresh. Staff was friendly and pleasant. I really enjoyed it and if i do visit derby again I will be definetly visiting this place.

The food is amazing iv had lots of different types of food of the menu and it is amazing! Want a quick cheap snack to keep you going then this is the place hands down!! The only reason i am giving it 4 stars and not 5 🌟 is because unfortunately the customer service is bad! People are waiting and waiting for their food its ok when its not busy but when it is they can take up to an hour just for a chicken wrap! From what i see they only have 3 people and 1 person making the food when there should be at least 2 or even 3 when its busy! Overall amazing food cant fault it but the service has got to step up their is always someone asking how long for the food in their and they never seem to keep their promice when they tell the customer 5 mins. Example... They told me 5mins when infact i had to wait for 20mins for a 🍔 hope this review helps people 👍

Best food in town! Fresh grilled food available here. Can take some time but that's coz it's all grilled and made fresh. The taste is amazing better than nandos. Tried everything off the menu and can honestly say every item taste really good. Come and find your own favourite dish.

Visited first time. Reasonable food. Ordered chicken tikka pizza which was nice, fries tasted good, only disappointment were the chicken wings which were soft and a little soggy instead of crispy.

HMC certified establishment. The food is relatively cheap. Although most of it is standard, it's mainly fast food as opposed to gourmet burgers. The place was clean and tidy. Extremely busy around Iftar, quietened down soon after, most orders seemed to be collection's. The staff were polite and accommodating, even though my order got mixed up in the process

Food is always tasty. Definately the best tasting piri piri flavours of the smaller chains. However what i cant understand is the tiny chickens i have recieved on more than one occasion. Chilli flames charge a premium price which is fine however selling baby chickens for £8 is a rip off. Improve your quality control on the chicken sizes or lower your prices.
