Absolutely love creamies, probably one of the best dessert places in derby. Their quality of food and standard has never dropped. Been a regular customer and always will be. Nice to know they've expanded their menu and now have started doing burgers, pizza, and so much more variety 😋. Please do give them a try if you haven't you won't regret it 🥰

Hi,I dnt normally do reviews but I have to say I was well impressed with the quality of the milkshakes.So basically going dwn Normanton rd onto scoops being not open thort ok let’s try dessert Hub I’m nt a fan off no choice but was also closed than thort let’s try this place tell what this is going to be my reg Milkshake place hats off 5* Def deserved.Ordered 4Milkshakes and they spot on.Keep up the quality and customer service👌

I haven't got any experience with the customer service, but I've ordered take away from there twice and both times had problems with the balance in flavours, the measurements or quality in stock seem to be inconsistent. The first time I ordered coconut gelato, forrero rocher gelato and milkshake. Unfortunately, the coconut had ice christals in and both forrero rocher products seriously lacked flavour (but not texture) which was a bummer considering I was craving chocolate. The second time (dispite my doubt i ordered a second time under my brothers influance who swears by them) was just and I ordered a pistachio and kulfi milkshake with chocolate sauce (Not mixed in as decoration) (Now most of the time I find chocolate a bit sickly apart from when I'm in the mood, but I really don't mind a nice accent with a cleaner flavour) I don't know if it mixed in delivery but it was just sickly chocolate flavoured with a salty hint the the pistachio. I just wanted a decent late night desert.

Creamies desserts are amazing😍, the strawberry waffle with belgian chocolate and vanilla ice cream is sooo fresh and fluffy😋😋😋. The chocolate cookie dough was perfectly sweet and hot. If your interested in quality and money's worth. I highly recommend this place.😍😋👍👍👍

This place is excellent. Its the service that brings it up to a 5. The gentlemen couldn't be more committed to customer service. We went into the small store this time round and he was lovely in making the desserts as quickly as possible and even though I was short of change he let it slide. Their deliveries are also quick and you get a 10% discount if you order via their site directly. Definitely a place to order from if you want high quality desserts

Omd the oreo waffles with strawberries is fantastic. The waffles is soft yet spongy. It's the best made waffle I have had. It's been 7 days now since I first had my waffle since then I have consumed 8 of them.
