Swift delivery, always arrives piping hot and always correct with generous toppings (we have very specific order requirements) tonight looks like WE made a mistake with one of our pizzas (my girlfriend allergic to cheese), although we always order with no cheese tonight looks like a mistake on our part! Rang up to see what they could do and after speaking the manager he agreed to send out a replacement - amazing customer service and saved our night! Many thanks and be ordering again very soon!

There are delivery options but collection deal £9.99 for any pizza is hard to beat on smaller orders.
Ordering over phone- operator is sometimes hard to understand (when you arrive and see the same person is seriously multitasking it is quite impressive!).
The website isn't loads easier to use though.
It is great to see the kitchen in action from the counter. Orders are consistently ready for collection at the agreed time.
Customer service could just be better by having the person serving you make better eye contact and smile. But it is efficient.
z. k.Staff could sound a bit more enthusiastic. They always seem like they could bite your head off at any moment but my pizza has always been on time and my food is always warm. Tried to order today and had a very rude person on the phone. Got my postcode wrong 5/6 times. Didn't sound like he had a clue what he was doing which is not reassuring to a customer. When I said I'd leave it. He said what do you mean leave it in a threatening manner. I told him I didn't want to order. Stop hiring chavs and people with zero manners it's awful.

M. C.Ordered online which was very easy. App enables updates on order status. Order was ready at collection as per the app. Food quality was good. Only slight reduction in star rating is due to potatoe wedges that are always on the soggy side for me. Prefer more crispy.
M. B.Pizza is my weakness i can say and isn't is just rough when you wait a whole week for 1 pizza and someone doesnt make it right? I was that customer untill i came across the store manager ZAHID. He took out time on the phone to listen to what i really need on my pizza and today it has been 11 weeks i am the happiest customer when he makes my pizza. And the store still fails to deliver me the same kind in his absence. Thank you Zahid for working at dominos... you make it worth the wait. :)
2.I really love the idea of Domino's pizza!!!!. I have made many a pilgrimage to this store but never been in. I have however found 20pence outside before(great days) would highly recommend you to take a walk on by who what you may find from this amazing Italian cuisine.
A. A.Price is quite high for pizzas. You can get similar quality pizzas from other places on normanton road but dominos is dominos. Always enjoy their pizzas
E.Pizza is not test as good as a promos but good delivery in time! I always Oder online and never had any problems.
