Great burger with even better fries! Huge portions, so definitely would recommend sharing fries! Loved being able to choose my toppings and the burger was cooked and well wrapped to keep warm. Also - the milkshakes are incredible!

Top spot in Derby centre for a burger, good food dead Freindly staff, easy in and out, really clean place. Popped in after the cinema and was so decent, go back every Tuesday. The cheeseburger, with everything.... Just yum. Malted milkshakes, with extras for days. The fries are on point and damn tasty too. X It's a credit to its surroundings and well placed within Deribon centre. It's my destination of choice for a Tuesday take out. Really good work guys. Decent

I watch a YouTube channel called " beard meats food" , he's a competitive eater but his go-to is five guys , he has always raved about just how good the food is so last time we were in town we called in . As we had had eaten not so long before on this occasion I was not hungry but did try what he calls the " beard shake " oreo , peanut butter and bacon .... this is incredible!!!! We called in today for food this time , I had the bacon burger all the way , cajun fries and of course.. the beard shake . My mrs had a little cheeseburger, normal fries and a water . It came to just over 30 quid, which for a burger and fries may seem a little pricey but.... it was so worth the money , freshly cooked to order, piping hot and delicious 😋 thanks five guys, highly recommended, loved it 👍👍

Great fast food establishment with good customer service and great quality food. The price of the food is slightly on the high end, but you are paying for a good quality burger and the size of their fries are always big. The hygiene of the place can be improved and on some occasions there has been a few tables requiring cleaning and sanitising but these were from peak times. I would recommend going with friends and family. Would go ahead for their milkshakes!

I didn’t realise something so “untidy” could taste so “good”. My first experience at Five Guys and I will return! Food was great and the staff were incredible! Brand new cafe opened up near Puny Dukes. We had some great coffee/hot chocolate and breakfast baps. Take a look and support a new business ! Think the courtyard seating will be lovely in the summer.

Just went for some chips, first time eating from Five Guys. I was wondering about the bacon option on their milkshakes, so I asked Chad, my friendly server at the time. Chad and I went on about all sorts on the menu and his time at Five Guys. It was a surprising experience as most fast food workers don't seem to have the enthusiasm but Chad had the real care and genuine good vibes about him. Even though it was late and approaching the end of a likely long and hard shift, Chad was still a lovely chad.

Once you get used to the system of ordering the extras the experience is great. Tasty burger with a generous amount of cheese. The fries are excellent, crispy and thicker than the usual, and I liked the skin left on. Don't be tempted to order a large size though! The regular size was too much for the 2 of us.

The Good: Service friendly and good flexible topping options. Particularly enjoyed the mushrooms. Double stack of burgers was delicious. I didn't try the chips. Could be better: the tomatoes, whilst fresh, we're under-ripe and didn't taste good...had to remove before eating. The buns are very soft and the steam generated from the heat of the burger within the foil wrap made the bread soggy. Whilst I usually love cheese in a burger, on this occasion it made the burger very greasy. Very expensive... £24 for 3 stand alone burgers. In hindsight, wish I'd ordered a Hamburger with fresh onion and pickle to cut through the grease and no tomatoes! Had heard great things about Five Guys, but on reflection, not particularly superior to other fast food burger outlets.

I love Five Guys burgers but this restaurant always gets something wrong. In the 5+ times I've ordered here since opening, majority of the orders have been wrong. Every time I seem to be missing the bacon or cheese that I paid for and is on the receipt. I've never had it happen at any of their other restaurants. Please get your employees to focus on what they're meant to be putting in the burgers.

Good fries, good burger, absolutely fantastic milkshake. The food portions were huge for the price, and the milkshake was thick and flavourful and delicious. The only problem was that there are no walls so it's a bit loud and the seating is a tad uncomfortable, but the food and drink more than made up for it.

If you like burgers then this is the place to be. All fresh ingredients and no frozen beef makes for the tastiest burger. Yes it's expensive for a fast food chain but the quality and favour cannot be questioned. This place puts most restaurants to shame. Of all my friends I have introduced to five guys every single one is in agreement - best burger in the UK! My only gripe is the paper straws which in a thick milkshake just don't cut it.

My first experience with Five Guys after being told about it by a few people over the years. Just a shade over £35 for two burgers, chips and shakes which to my mind was just too expensive. The burgers were good with the patties very tasty. Milkshake very good. Chips ok and nothing special. Self service and wooden seating wasn't particularly comfortable. Enjoyable, but given I can get a restaurant meal for not much more I would not rush back.

Great burger but at £9 a burger they would have to be! Had 2 burgers 2 shakes and two fries and the bill was nearly £35. Which seems a bit steep. It is a whole lot better then McDonald's but the question is, at three times the price is it three times better?

Honestly the best burgers I've had in derby. I went with high expectations but honestly didn't know what the fuss was about everyone was raving so I had to try it. Finally tried it and it was amazing. The burgers are really good and it is definitely worth the price. Good portion of chips me and my partner got a large between us and it was still too many for us. If you want a good milkshake recommendation. Salted caramel and Oreo. Honestly amazing. I had to bring it home to let other people try it.

They knew it was bound to be busy due to the government scheme but they only had one girl on milkshakes, who was not doing the orders in order but pulling out of order the ones with just one or two milkshakes, so orders number 82,84,87 is were all done before 78!! So our food came out in good time but we had to wait a good half an hour for the shakes! Ridiculous system. Poorly managed.

Fabulous burgers, great taste and loads of choices. Kinda like the Rolls Royce of take out burger. Fries were exceptionally good but go for a small portion, unless you eat like a horse as they are huge. The peanut butter milkshake is a must for any peanut butter lover, not too peanut buttery and smooth as silk. Delicious.

First time eating here. The prices are totally extortionate compared to the likes of McDonalds and Burger King, but really that's not what you should compare them to - think of Coast to Coast or even Nando's and it's about the same. I only had the basic Hamburger, to try to save a little! With a small fries and Freestyle Soda it came to £13. Again, not exactly a "Value Meal". But the quality was there to be tasted, and it being a quiet Wednesday afternoon it was all cooked to order and was bang on the money. I'll be back.

It was my first time there and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The burgers are extremely tasty and the fries are great. drinks are refillable so you can help yourself to as much as you like. Very clean and tidy resturant. If you are concerned where the food is sourced they have a board to tell you where there potatoes are from locally. There potatoes are cooked in peanut oil so if anyone has an allergy to peanuts heads up. Every burger lovers dream place. 5/5 stars.

Attended 5 guys after 4th July 2020 when covid rules are allowing restaurants to have dine in eating. They had made changed to the way you order you now get a table number and your food is bought to you. The drinks machine is still available with hand sanitizer next to it. Sadly the sauce dispenser has been removed and you will have to ask for pots of sauces. Quality of the food is still excellent and the staff that served us were friendly and helpful.

Our first visit was really nice but very expensive. I had a 'bunless' small cheese burger which came sandwiched in a head of lettuce with mayo and mushrooms and it was DELICIOUS!!! Hubby had a hotdog and we shared a 'regular' fries (which our assistant recommended, better/cheaper than two small portions) and both had milkshakes, I had whipped cream on mine and it tasted like pureed strawberries, it was sooo moreish!!! Yes, I would definitely go back but wish it was less expensive, at the end of the day it's burger, fries and a milkshake not cordon bleu?

Absolutely love 5 guys, can tailor your food to your needs. Took my 16 year old son and we didn't want drinks, was served by Kyle, and he didn't pressurise us to get drinks either which can sometimes happen in places!!! We were also able to share chips as the portion was so big making it more affordable which is always a bonus. There are no toilets in store other than a disabled one, however they are close by if you know the intu centre. However, for visitors they may not so a sign maybe to locate the nearest toilet if there isn't already one? (mum of 3)

Love it - best burgers. Love the fries and choose your own flavour drinks. So many options for toppings on burger or hotdog. You can choose to go bunless and it's like having a salad with ground steak. So pleased that 5 guys in UK now as I used to have their burgers on a regular basis when I worked in Alexandria. All I need now is Chick fil a burgers and I'm all set. Oh and Tony Tomas for beef ribs.

Ok I had heard alot about Five Guys being amazing from American friends over the internet, when I saw Intu had one open up below the cinema I had to try it once, and boy are these expensive, I honestly could make a better one at home for 20% of the price for a burger, homemade chips and a drink, granted I would allow for like twice what I'd get at home for service, labour etc but £10 for a burger that to me tasted more like a £2 patty, £1 bun etc and say £3 for labour and it being cooked there and then. Granted I only tried one meal there, and the quality is definitely better then say McD/BK but it felt a little too overpriced, granted if they ever do drop prices in the future I'd treat it as a premium burger place that I would treat myself to if I had money to burn, It's not a place I'd get my lunch/dinner whenever I visit Intu.

Absolutely the tastiest, well put together burger ive ever had- bacon & cheese with grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, lettuce, pickles red sauce & mustard (the little range means you get 1 patty) forget that go normal size you get 2 patties,, shared a large fries between 3 of us (plenty) and each had a milkshake (again amazing) I had banana topped with whipped cream, ok it came to £40 for 3 of us, but so what,, you get what you pay for & its worth it imo P.s wife had peanut butter shake, daughter had cherry (both lovely)- so guys in short if you want a great burger, fries & a shake go to five guys
