S. N.Well…it’s KFC and has free parking. 😁 The service was fast and friendly, and they had ordering machines that made placing orders easier. It also has a drive-through option where I did not see long queues. The eat-in option is not bad since not many customers had meals indoors when I was there.
S. M.Not had a meal at KFC for along time. Really lovely. Just one side let it down I asked for a milkshake I got a cup of ice it said on the bill a lush. I didn't ask for a lush I asked for a milkshake.

E.We have been here for the second time while attending BMW yesterday.the staff are wonderful ,the food is the best we have had from any KFC anywhere.it was no problem for them to fill my water bottle.i wish they were in my town.everywhere was spotless even the toilets and no mess outside either.well done to the staff

Quite a few of the staff appear to be school leavers, it's nice to see a good work ethic among them.

j. h.Brilliant service. I called ahead to see if they had a Vegan burger as the Meteor was sold out. They put one in the oven for me. I waited about 10 minutes, which I didn't mind at all. Despite being 21.45 they welcomed me. Gave me extra fries. The burger was hot and tasty. They forgot to add lettuce, so took it back and added it. I prefer supercharger mayo and cheese added to my burger. No problem. The service was so good that I think I would drive the extra distance to get my burger.

c. m.We were not aware that the buckets do not come in buckets when you dine in so on appearance didn't look like our order ... the tables were dirty and then when someone did come round to clean misses the tables we sat on I asked for the changing room key and never received it I won't be visiting this place again I will go closer to home.

I got served in 2 minutes at KFC kings Lynn but the food was awful... Btw I am NOT a fat mess who lives on takeaways... Honest!!!

S. L.I love KFC's food, regardless of which particular branch, and this one did not fail to disappoint! The food arrived in a very reasonable time, and was very pleasing to eat, as it was to hear some broken parts of conversations from the kitchen area! Just to clarify, the previous statement is 100% not intended as a complaint in any way or form, on the contrary, it improved my experience at the restaurant!
Would most definitely recommend, and return at my nearest convenience! 🙂
l.Normally when going to KFC my order is never right and staff are usually awkwardly difficult for no reason. For instance they won't let you have two orders but also won't separate the meals into two separate bags. On this occasion I was served by a male called Ethan who adhered to every request with no complaints. Top tier, the lad needs a pay rise.

The zinger tower meal was really nice and warm not like a typically barely warm McDonald's and the latte was filled to the brim and very generous.

T. B.Not every KFC is the same, and this one is by far the best one in Derby. Staff are really friendly and helpful, and quick to sort any errors. I was missing a bag of food when i left. I should have queried it at the time, but I was half asleep. Got back, explained the situation, and they went straight about sorting it, and apologied profusely.
To say that it was completly rammed would be an understatement, but everyone just took it in their stride, clearly the team had a friendly atmosphere about them (or hide a bad one well =P).
Car queue went down fairly quickly, and the lass on the order window was lovely. Thanks again!

D. D.Edit update, my last two visits, gravy has not been an issue, Phew. 2021. We have had a lot more KFCs due to lock down. Food is always good. The odd thing is if you ask for an extra gravy side, you get a response of either a flat No, or a sharp intake of breath, "not sure about that". Chilli bites amazing. Thanks for your hard work guys during lockdown. We are very grateful. 😁

T. W.It was windy, cloudy day. I went to KFC before 10 pm. Inside it was warm and I could hear a energetic melody, playing in the background. This made the wait for the food seem like nothing. The squeaking of the shoes against the tiles and the constant beeping of the machines set a romantic tone in the famous, American diner. The food arrived piping hot and the smell of the freshly prepared delicatessen filled the air. Well done. Thank you

Eventually got served and my Zinger Tower Meal, Corn Cobette and Popcorn chicken was lovely. In fact, much nicer than I expected.

J. F.It's a KFC. It's not brilliantly located being on the opposite side of a fairly busy access road for the surrounding retail park. The food is typical KFC fare, which is fine and consistent. It's prepared to an acceptable standard. The restaurant is reasonably clean other than for the detritus left by other diners. It's not going to set the world on fire, but sometimes you just need a bucket of fried chicken.

P.Slow service. Facilities not very clean, toilets smelly. No staff were cleaning tables during my visit. This compares badly with other fast food outlets such as McDonald's. TOILETS DISGUSTING..although they're the best of the facilities available in the three KFCs in Derby.
I. a. C.Chicken was proper greasy, which isnt a bad thing in my books. Gravy was well hot so I had to take me time drinking it. All in all food was peng but the hygiene of the place. Dutty. Bits of food all over the floor, surprised we found a table that was actually clean
A. H.A good Restaurant overall, chicken can be on the small side. Does offer a drive through. Friendly polite staff, well Maddy is. Has the new ordering points installed, pay by credit card only at these machines. It's quite busy at the moment as the Wyvern is difficult to get to so allow more time to get your order.
C.Lickin the chicken off the spicey zinger i specifically asked not for to have. Later found my ringer has started to sting.er and i sharted in my pants

S. T.When i first visit this place was a joke food constantly wrong forgetting stuff and kept u waiting for ages. The waiting time has improved loads and i havent had to moan about things being forgotten. We come here a couple times a week sometimes more due to kids being junk food junkies but food always cooked well.
P. S.Bought a banquet bucket, but how are you supposed to eat the coleslaw as there was no plastic fork!

C.Like any other KFC, the interior is modern and welcoming. Friendly staff and good chicken. If there is ever a problem with the food the staff are more than willing to help.
