Ordered food for six using the self service terminals at the front of the kiosk. We were only waiting five minutes for the order to be fulfilled. Enjoyed it as well, just enough in the children's portions to ensure they were full but they didn't waste anything. Good sized adult portions too.

Still takes way too long to get served here. It's a city centre location, and the service is so slow! If it wasn't the only place to get KFC I wouldn't go. The staff are kool, just not enough of them! Food was good tho, still ill always think thrice before going in.

You can visit once to find out, but I didn't really like it. It seemed unhygienic to wipe all tables with one cloth, trays were cleaned with the same cloth instead of dishes. If you really want to eat, it's OK, but I won't go there on purpose.

Customer service is very poor, attempting to rush my ordering process, also staff are very inpatient and also not approachable, overall s bad experience. My chips were also cold and were not very enjoyable.

Decent among KFC chains in terms of batter crispness and juicyness of chicken. However like most KFCs pretty slow service.
