Couldn't expect more, their food and service both are of top quality. We have tried Paneer wrap and Paneer rice multiple times there, these are just out of the world, the freshness of Paneer and perfectly cooking are second to none. I'd recommend to anyone going Derby to try Pepe's!

I am reviewing the food not the delivery. Have been eating at this place for about 6 years. Ofc they made mistakes sometimes with my order like the wrong spice but no biggie as they would just make a new one. The chicken taste is the best i can find anywhere on Normanton Road or City Centre and always fresh, you should know that i tried every single place on Normanton Road and places arround as i am a foody and I always try every place after i move in the neighborhood. The guys there were always friendly with me and never had any arguments. I like going there and chill while waiting for the food then go on my way after i finish eating. I understand the frustration if your order was wrong but chill and ask them to fix it for you and probably they will. That is for my review.

Usually when I visit the takeaway the food is really good and the customer service is not too bad apart from one member of staff. How ever today I have ordered a delivery the food came late and the chips were "refried" I could tell by the colour and texture. It was awful. 3 starts as usually not bad but my first time delivery was nasty plus the delivery took a long time.

I regularly go to eat in, take away and order deliveries from here. The staff are always very friendly and even recognise me and my order half the time. The food is always freshly cooked, hot and tasty although sometimes the piri piri fries lack a bit of flavour on them. Other than this I never have to wait longer than 10/15 mins eating in or taking away and the deliveries always arrive well before the estimated time set. For a high street chicken shop they do a damn good job.

Great food, terrible service. These people don't understand the meaning of fast food, you'd think they ought to have bread rolls and popadoms at the tables, given the amount of time they take to deliver grilled chicken and burgers! I can't fault the food though, the Chicken XL burger is always a treat, especially that garlicly sauce they have!

Have ordered here for a while and can honestly say they are better than nandos. The food is tasty, the chicken is succulent and is not dry and is always hot when ordered and most of all its cheap and you get more for what you pay for. Would recommend pepe's to any chicken lovers! Only small downfall is on busy nights the food takes an hour or so but that's what you get for a popular take away!
