Our first visit last night and from the start we thought great Lovely building and really nice ambiance. The food itself was plentiful and started off great with the starters 👌 we had a curry each and shared a rice that was enough for 4 people and a lovely garlic bread. Sadly both the curry dishes let it down for us and for the table behind us that also complained and sent them back. From the reviews I’m guessing the chef either was having a bad night or the cleaner was cooking. Would I return !!! Probably yes as it was such a nice lovely setting.

One of the nicest curries I've had in a long time. The lamb in the Rogan Josh was some of the softest melt in the mouth meat I've experienced. I'm pleased I attended the leaving do to experience such a beautiful meal. I cannot recommend highly enough. I will definitely be returning.

Eaten here a few times now and the food has been amazing every time, very consistent. Really friendly staff make it a really nice experience. I’ve just had a takeaway delivered by Just Eat tonight and that was spot on too. High recommend!

My husband and I were in this restaurant on Sundays, the food is simply delicious, I love Indian food, I have been to various restaurants but I have never eaten such a delicious Fish masala anywhere. The service is also very nice 👌

Visited last night as a surprise meal from my other half, when we arrived we were treated warmly, and shown to our table, after being asked if we'd like to have a drink at the bar first. The decor is refined and the atmosphere is friendly and accommodating. We were asked if we'd like any drinks once seated and were left to browse the menus. The food was delicious and not too heavy, and portion size was perfect. Will definitely be visiting again.

Went tonight as a last minute idea. Lovely service from start to finish. Food delicious and some different ideas to the norm. I had soft shell crab starter which I would definitely have again. We shared a sizzling plate which came with nan bread and curry sauce. There was chicken, prawns,salmon,kofta. All lovely and very tasty. I would love to go back.

Tasty and great quality Indian food with great service. Food was spicy as you would expect with Indian food but you can always ask for less/mild spicy if you prefer. Staff is really on point, always coming to you at the right time. Good portion for regular dishes. A big thank you to the staff

Very good indian food, staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. Great selection of classics and special/unique dishes. Nice to see vegetarian options available for every main dish as well as the classic meats. Decor is lovely and place is spotlessly clean. Also a great selection of drinks including cocktails and mocktails Only reason I did not score 5 stars is that alternative milks were not available (ie soy milk) The staff member I spoke to didnt know what soya milk was?

12/10 ..... Absolutely the best Indian meal I have ever eaten. Visited tonight with the family, and from entering the establishment a great welcome , immediately seated at our table. Drinks and Cocktails duly arrived, the staff were professional, pleasant, throughout. The menu was good with an excellent vegetarian section. The portion sizes were generous , and the quality of the food outstanding. Fragrant and tasty, and even though there were 7 of us it all arrived simultaneously,...... impressive. Compliments to the Chef indeed. We did not feel at all rushed during the whole time we were there. Thanks to the Maitre- d who was very attentive. This establishment is highly recommended by us and no doubt we will be visiting it again.

Great if you LOVE dairy and SUGAR. Avoid if you want 'authentic' Indian or anything close to authentic. Hard to give it more than 3 stars. Staff very attentive and welcoming. Clean and cosy ambience. But... the waitress (who was extremely kind) could not answer any question and really did not understand Indian food (!). The starters AND 3 mains we ordered were supposed to be very different (on the menu) but in fact they were nearly identical, FULL of cream and with unbelievable amount of added sugar which you could taste. The meat was tasteless but tender, drowned in the sauce. The vegetables were straight from a frozen bag, tasteless and cheap. The pilau rice was oily and with lots of artificial colouring. Definitely not going back there...

Been there twice and will say food at this place is 7 out of 10. First visit found hair in rice and both pilau and steam rice were old, lamb Jalfrezi wasn't gud enough. Second time order sizzler found lamb kebabs were hard and not fresh 100% sure. All I want to say when some one spend money, food should be worth, both quality and quantity were poor. Please please serve fresh food it doesn't matter if you are busy or not, bin your old stuff or serve it to homeless. Suggestion from me as a customer. Thanks

After a long time due to COVID-19 we returned to our favourite restaurant. What a delight! The food was spectacular. My son has dairy and gluten tolerance. No problem they cooked for him. I had the best Margaritas ever! Thanks go to Luciano he was fabulous and made our return such a special one.

Lovely restaurant! Good location with a 15 minute walk to the town centre. Staff were lovely and accommodating, managed to squeeze us in as a last minute reservation and when we were the last in the restaurant we weren’t rushed or made to feel awkward! Food was lovely and we paid just under £40 between two of us so a good price range. I will definitely be returning!

I've been to loads of the top indian restaurants all over Bradford and other areas such as akbars.. lalas..thaal..and many more as I love indian food I can honestly hold my hands up and say so far this is the best Indian I've ever been to 100% and I would highly recommend

A solid Indian restaurant experience. I have visited 3 times and have found every dish that I have ordered to be rich and flavoursome. The selection is less varied than most Indian restaurants I have visited (but still broad) and the drinks menu is excellent. The atmosphere is generally good though something about the decor makes the place feel a little cold. The bar decor (the floor space is split into a bar and restaurant) however seems to capture 'cocktail bar' quite well. Would certainly recommend.

Quiet, elegant, understated and seriously good. We visited on a Wednesday. It's possibly busier on a Friday or Saturday. Reasonable bar. very good Indian food with a Punjabi flavour. Brings to Doncaster a sophisticated Indian restaurant. Highly Recommended.

Beautiful food. High end Indian inspired dishes rather than just an exclusively curry-based menu. Very smart decor & keen staff. It all makes the choice of location so unusual as the surrounding area isn't great, not that you would know from inside. I'd recommend reservations despite the place not being that busy when I have been. This is mainly because a drink at the bar seems to be mandatory before being shown to your table. I'd have one anyway if the staff asked rather than being made to "wait for a table" in a less than full restaurant. Still, very enjoyable overall though & will go again.

1st time here and what a delightful place the food is lovely along with great staff. The decor is 100% everywhere even up stairs on the way to the wc. No expense has been spared you could easily forget you was on Wheatley hall Rd and think it was in a city. We was going into town later but decided to stay in there bar which is modern cosy and better than anything in town. 1st class keep up the good work.
