Easy the best cod n chips I've had in 20 years, quality chips in clean oil fresh tasty cod with perfect batter. I've waited to post this until I've had 4 meals. As we know some places can be hit n miss. But 10 out of 10 each time. Keep up your great work. And friendly service See you soon Jack

I have just been looking at the comments and complaints about this chip shop I was really set back and even thought it cart be the same fish & chip we use every week. I am a disabled lady and phone my order in every Friday without fail. As the shop was so popular that I am not able to stand so long in the que. We have never had a bad meal no matter what we have. The meal is never fatty or greasy it is always hot and ready on time for collection. I worked catering for a lot of years I find the hygiene standers spot on. The staff are polite friendly at all times. I left them a very good Christmas tip which I wouldn't have done if I wasn't satisfied. Carry on the good work Mrs Travis

I like this chippy. Fish n chips are to a good standard. doner kebabs are awesome, not too greasy but yet, not dry. My favourite is the 1/2 lb cheeseburgers. Best advice I can offer, phone your order in and collect it when ready, Saves waiting. The staff are friendly and efficient. Never been short changed or anything like that. Good Job :)

It's an average chippy nothing special but it's not bad. The only thing i find strange is they put chilly sauce on the salad not the Donner Meat.

So lucky to have the best chippy in the borough IMHO right at the top of our street. Brilliant staff, always pleasant and friendly. Food is top notch always. Eleanor makes the best chips ever!

This place needs a recent review and tbh I don't know what the bad ones are on about I had a battered sausage and chips and it was really nice, batter was good and the chips were good. The staff were also freindy and good with social distancing rules
