Reviews of Fife Leisure Park
a. b.
Absolutely loads to do here. Lots of food outlets, there's something for everybody. A couple of hotels, a gym and a cinema complex. A huge garden centre with a butches inshore and ample parking
P. H.
Recently updated KFC. Been a mixed bag with self service machines not always working, delivery and drive through prioritised.
The food is as expected and the place is clean and tidy.
It us an improvement on what it was like, but could still be improved.
C. J.
If you just absolutely love having one item missing from your order and having to drive back to get it EVERYTIME, then this is a great place to eat!
E. S.
Great place to visit .lots of variety in goods.
.Can easily spend a few hours browsing..and nice coffee and cake
S. n.
A large shopping area mostly consisting of restaurant chains. There is plenty of parking but if you don't park near where you want to be, it can be a bit of a walk. Local bus service stops here. Stores include a Starbucks, Tony Macaroni, KFC, McDonald's, Nando's, Smashburger, Dobbies and more. There is bingo, mini golf, a gym, Odeon movie theater, and accommodations available here. Busy at the Dobbies end on weekends.
M. M.
The Mecca of Dunfermline/Fife/Scotland. Such a handy place with everything you need for a full day. Food, cinema, activities, car wash, Bingo, Gym/Swim, Hotels. All served by buses, loads of parking too.
M. E.
It's a leisure park so mostly concrete car park but has a good range of activities and food places. Bowling, pool and mini arcade in the Bowling, Odeon cinema, crazy golf.
KFC, McDonald's and smash burger fast food. Couple of pub style restaurants with hotels attached. Nando's and other similar restaurants.
It's not a holiday spot but OK for a visit.
H. H.
Wide range of eateries, car park tight. Clear signs off motorway. Great place to stop after long journey.
J. W.
Brilliant everything there for a great day out even if the weather is bad still loads to do and great places to eat there is even a premier inn so you could stay if you are visiting etc.
I. W.
Decent selection of stores in the retail park. Cover most if not all your shopping needs without having to drive for miles.
V. D.
What can I say! 🤣😂 It's the only place in Dunfermline to go to. It has a cinema (odeon), a Bannatyne gym, a KFC, a McDonalds, a Starbucks, a Tony macaroni, a Costa, a Tim Horton, an adventure golf island, a pizza🍕 hut, a Franky & Benny's, a Nandos, a Hollywood bowl etc
L. R.
Store is a bit messy and it would be great if they finally fix the door, but other than that food was good
J. L.
Went to the Sweet chestnut for lunch but it was not fully functional which was disappointing went to brewer's fare where the service was good with good value.
R. H.
A good place and I realise that there are shops not too far from here but where are shops??? Shops can be leisure time as well and it's nice to be doing projects from shops.
D. F.
Big leisure park with cinema, bowling alley and restaurants. Decent range of stuff, lots of parking.
J. J.
Quite a lot to entertain you...drive thru's..and bingo, bowling, pictures, garden centre etc
M. K.
Fantastic retail park thee best in Britain! Xx
M. F.
Great selection of restaurants, gym, bingo, cinema etc all in same area.
P. W.
Ok place. EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE to eat here especially if you have a family.
E. W.
Went to McDonald's. Quite quiet and food piping hot. Makes a change..
G. B.
Lots of options for food and drink, parking is plentiful and bus connections are decent. Cinema is pretty good for it's type and age.
G. M. C.
Amazing view to the nature
Staff very friendly
I enjoy going there relaxing and thinking
C. J.
Leisure park with a number of eateries, a cinema, gym and bingo. Even has it's own premier inn. I will forever be gutted that Chiquitos closed down, however it only gives Taco Bell an opportunity if they ever decide to look north of the forth.
S. L.
Had a great time with my son playing golf both inside and outside. Was a great laugh we had
S. S.
Nice selection of shops with ample parking. Shame there isn’t more sit-in diners.
D. T.
Friendly and helpful staff, the self order kiosks are ok to navigate round and the food is what it is.
J. S.
Great place to go a bit expensive but a good nightbout plenty around
F. M.
This is a nice spot - lots if choice if you're looking for a meal and things yo do as well. Close to major roads and part if Scotland's newest city.
S. E.
Gym, bowling, bingo, Dobbies, and several places to eat. Plus a place to stay. Plenty of parking and even some rabbits to keep you entertained.
m. o.
Pizza and bingo can't go wrong.
Lots of different places to eat, I like the Bella Italia. Cinema, bingo and bowling so good stuff to do to.
j. l.
A grate place when they get your order right. A bit of a wait every time we vist mostly fue to just eat delivery people waiting to pick up orders.
C. S.
Great place to go with the family...fun games for the kids, great food from the food vendors to munch on while having fun at affordable prices...
S. T.
Great range of shopping and free parking
N. M.
Everything you need in terms of food. McDonald's, Greek Gyro, pizza, Italian etc. A big plus is the ease of access to the area and the parking availability. Great place if you are undecided too.
P. W.
Area needs gritted very poor foot conditions.
Not very safe.....
C. H.
Always check your order if going through the drive through always missing something
T. A.
Always great place for food and entertainment.. dobbies just next to it
C. A.
This was a great place to stay and eat as you have everything on your door step all you have to do is decide where your gonna eat
j. r.

F. N.
Wasn't much open as I was only there for jury duty in the odeon .
A. M.
OK leisure park, dobbies, KFC, odeon, bowling and pool, bingo, crazy golf, macsonalds, Tony macaronis, nandos, pizza hut, carvery/Hotel doughnut shop, Starbucks, soft play inside brewers fayre and think a couple of others so caters for different tastes. Not on the cheap side
C. H.
The adventure golf was a scream. The staff were very helpful. The café in Dobbies does an excellent vegan chocolate cake. I have to applaud the two members of staff that kept Pizza Hut open even though they were run of their feet I still got a very good pizza.
R. W.
We only went to the hotel but it all seems pretty good
N. M.
Cinema , food places and entertainment eveb bingo place 😀
g.
visited here on my second journey up to dunfermline. had no idea this was here first time around, found it when i came up again and had lunch at tony macaroni's. lots of other restaurants and takeouts to choose, many choices for entertainment- large odeon cinema, dobbies garden world, adventure golf, 10 pin bowling, gym etc however the buildings looked rather in need of refurb on the outside. all in all, this was a good visit that offers enough entertainment to stay here for the whole day!
L. H.
Nothing much to write about here. Only stopped off here to visit KFC on my way home as I was hungry. Seems to be a lot here in the way of places to eat and there is a cinema too. Think I also spotted a ten pin bowling place as well. Will write something a bit more detailed if I am ever back this way.
P. H.
Food and bingo what more could you want! Oh yes Dobbies love it a bit pricey.
:-)
V. C.
Typical fast food outlets, cinema is ok, but overpriced, plenty parking space, bowling is good with small arcade area, with a few decent machines.
R. F.
Great place , gym, bowling, bingo, cinema . Plenty of parking indoor golf 🏌️, plenty restaurant perfect for family fun for kids.
N. T.
Excellent value breakfast, similar to McDonald's. The coffee is really fantastic.
R. B.
You could spend a really good day here plenty to do the ODEON Cinema plenty eating places Definitely worth a Quality 💥🦍👍
S. M.
Great variety of food outlets and leisure facilities
F. F.
Shops are great. Traffic management is very poor. Areas of fast foods and filling station are a nightmare to get in and out at busy times. Need to sort lane issue when coming out of the filling station and requiring to turn right at roundabout to head for duel carriageway. Your at the mercy of the other drivers letting you in lane. Also need to sort out lines going in and out of the fast foods
J. B.
Plenty of shops. Easy to park.
A. M.
Good place it has loads of places to eat so whether you like a McDonald's or a KFC or something a bit different it perfect to visit there is a cinema a ten pin bowling an adventure golf and for the adults a bingo hall and gym also for the gardener's a garden centre it's worth a visit.
G. D.
Lots of different places to chose from to eat. Fancy coffees too. Cinema, bowling & bingo too. Lots of parking spaces.
D. S.
A visit to Sainsbury but a lot of other shops and eating places in the same place and is host to brand name sites like M&S Currys B&Q etc. Lots of public visit this park.
C. N.
Great place with all that I wanted around.
C. B.
Adventure Golf Island for Whisky Barrels. Visited here to get a whisky barrel to use for rainwater collection in the garden. Plenty barrels available but some have cracks so would never hold water. Took about 20 minutes to compare them all and the staff let you view the ones on the gold course too. Found a good option and bought. The staff will help you load it into your vehicle if required. You'll need a big boot / van though. Think it cost £40
P. S.
Great travel links around Fife. Golfing great for children, plus odeon cinema across from their. Plus plenty of eateries
J. F.
Great parking loads to do 4 drive through s 2 carvery pubs 5 restaurant s crazy golf and bowling alley and bingo.
K. D.
Plenty to keep you occupied here and plenty places to eat out as well , go there quite often and never been disappointed
J. I.
Plockton is beautiful, even better in the winter when its quiet .
T. W.
Love the cinema and Costa obviously, the Costa is often quite busy in general in the mornings and some evenings, picks up at the weekend with the cinema trade mixing with the regulars. McDonald's team are efficient and speedy especially during these times.
I always take my rubbish home with me which not everyone seems to do, the reduced bins (for covid reasons I assume) are often very full and there's usually a poor member of the Mds team chasing it on the other side of the carpark.
When it was open, the bowling arcade has so many different games and the bingo hall is spacious yet lively. Thoroughly enjoyed the golf as well and there is currently an array of food trucks parked in the golf car park! Really good choice.
Smash Burgers good and they regularly have deals on. You can click and collect at the moment and when I ordered it was ready in less than 10 mins. It was midday on a Monday (even called to be really specific about how my egg was done).
Sweet chestnut is nice enough, found the yorkies a bit greasy.
Dobbies is amazing. Great team in the garden section, great team and selection in the restaurant too!
Can you tell I come here often?
G. C.
Good range if leasure outlets. Plenty parking.
J. F.
Good choice of eating places and leisure activities with plenty of parking
T. 5.
Good selection of food and day out
M. A.
Good place but as a disabled person I couldn't find a parking spot for me. Just out of interest I very slowly walked to the cinema. I noticed that at least 50% of the disabled bays were taken up by vehicles not displaying blue badges. On leaving there were again a lot of different vehicles not displaying a blue badge and parked in the places. I will have to take this into consideration before returning or booking tickets for anything in the park again. Sad really.
A. S.
Plenty to do and for eating you can't beat the variety of this place, fantastic.
J. W.
Enjoyed a great new movie at the Odeon. Great staff and all round great cinema but I found it to be a bit more on the pricey side. Lots of restraints surrounding the area along with a mini golf and bowling right there as well(if I remember rightly the bowling wasn't very cheap).
M. S.
Frankie and Benny's was a good restaurant to visit.
L. M.
Fast service great chicken
S. “. C.
Love this place, staff are brilliant, place is clean and tidy.
M. F.
Shopping was ok but food court was very poor. If you want something to eat I'd recommend you go to Morrison's or M & S
G. M.
Have a great selection of places to eat and things to.
j.
I was visiting kfc, the carpark has a dedicated lane for mcdonalds drive thru as it is very popular with a member of staff guiding you in to mcdonalds and keeping the traffic flowing. All other fast food resteraunts dont seem to be as busy with there drive thru customers. Kfc can get a little backed up but nothing there staff cant handle. The bins around the liesure park are always full by 5pm but thats not a huge deal as i take my rubbish home. All in all a pleasent experience.
L. G.
Great place to go with friends and family. A good selection of restaurants, some cafes, some fast food; a cinema, bingo hall, crazy golf, bowling alley and gym.
A. H.
It'd good went to arcade in bowling place I good at it fun went to Tim Horton chips chicken pieces mayo fun I have a milkshake stew Berry pink
g. b.
Good place to meet up with easy free parking at the door. Medium size play area kerps the kids happy and a menu with a pretty good choice.
Prices reasonable to high for the quality but worth a visit
D. H.
Usual culprit shops retail park shopping. Also a cinema. Bowling, Morrisons supermarket and plenty food outlets. Good access from A19 and A66.
W. F.
Plenty to do here with bowling, cinema, garden centre and lots of chain restaurants. That said it's pretty similar to most, so an average review. Got and extra star due to the fact that you can always park, even if it's a short distance from your actual establishment of choice.
B. M.
Went for the food! Good mix of fast food or sit in dining Not sure if cinema and bowling are still open but I hope they would be
T. T.
So much to see & do.
H. S.
Tony macaronies for munchies with my friend. Place was busy. Good atmosphere. Staff were lovely. Food was so so. Brushetta pate slightly on the charcoal side. Steak tasty. Pudding - larger than life portion size. It was reasonably priced. Good company, good catch up.
T. D.
Canny stop off good food
M. C.
Lots of different places to eat. Cinema, Bowling alley , bingo hall & crazy golf. Dobbies garden centre.
M. M.
It's great for doing my weekly shop in the one place, for ease of parking try not to visit at busy times
K. O.
As the name indicates its a Leisure Park meaning that you'll find plenty of places to have fun and to stuff your belly with food afterwards.
K. M.
Great laugh perfect for the family
K. H.
Plenty places to eat. We were visiting Dobbies Garden Centre had lunch it was lovely, nice shop to browse round. You are allowed dogs in garden centre but not in shop
M. N.
We visit here now and again whist in the area. Mainly for meal time. The Brewers Fayre here is one of the best. We have tried the other restaurants here but we keep coming back to the Brewers Fayre. Good amount of food, great taste, great value and very pleasant staff. For entertainment there is Ten pin bowling, snooker and pool. A fitness gym with swimming pool. Not tried any as getting little to old for these things nowadays. But they are here.
A. M.
Busy but good parking mostly food outlets but the mini golf course was very busy and the bowling alley was busy as well
Y. S.
Great leisure park filled with numerous restaurants to the point you are spoilt for choice. Also has a mini golf course which is half indoor and outdoor, a gym, a cinema, bingo and bowling. Can easily spend an evening there.
K. W.
Nobody wearing masks despite high covid figures just now
S. H.
Fantastic family day out at crazy golf. Exceptional staff and great to bond with family
H. C.
2 pubs, 1 with accommodation, A hotel, garden centre, cinema bowling alley and various eateries and coffee places.
K. T. B. C.
Super golf course and delicious eateries. Thumbs up!
L. P.
The service was not the best, it felt like using Covid as an excuse, no straw, napkin, salt with the food. Once you sit down, mask back on go back for the basics. Chips were luke warm, so having to go back for salt, napkins, straws & a fork made them even colder by the time I got served.
L. H.
Nice KFC
o. “. Y.
after long drive from york and rather disappointing end of the wide lanes of the M1 in Newcastle ( the M1 should be four lanes from London to Edinburgh) and a hideous wrong turns around Edinburgh.PS ( Edinburgh need it's own M25 ) finally we've been awarded a nice break at Fife leisure park Nice place and happy friendly staffs at Macdonald thank you. Xx
I. F.
Finding eateries is not a problem at this centre. There is a wide range with quality food and service.
J. W.
Whether it's going to the gym or having a meal this spot has many options. I often come here for a movie and meal. The Odeon is open till quite late and there is usually somewhere to go eat. Bowling is fun and Frankie and Bennie's is amazing. Lots of memories made here so swing by and make some yourself
G. P.
Stopped at Dobbies for a snack. Ended up having the Senior Citizens Special.
At £7.95 it was good value but the backed potato was a bit hard and the tuna a bit on the dry side but on a brighter note it was very tasty
I. M.
Good range of fast food outlets and an odeon cinema
O. U.
A good place for your leisure
D.
Good parking with loads to do. Whether your looking for some place to eat, go to a gym, play some crazy golf or even stay at the hotel. A decent place to spend the afternoon with the kids.
D. A.
Range of food outlets from the usual fast food outlets and other less well known names. Gym (Bannantines)and Odeon cinema
J. T.
Some decent shops and the absolute worst car park anywhere in the world. If this was planned, the person responsible should be sacked
B.
It's got crazy golf, it's got 10 pin, it's got pool, it's got a gym, it's got a cinema, it's got an arcade, it's got bingo and you can eat at McD's or grab a cheeky Nandos or a Pizza Hut (there's pizza, pasta, fried chicken, Chinese, burgers just about everything) and 2 difference coffee shops! If you want something to do or something to eat I bet you'll find it here.
w. p.
Good choice of restaurant to suit every budget from Mcdonalds to Pizza Hut to Sweet Chestnut carvery.
Also a massive bingo hall, Adventure Golf & Bowling Alley with arcades.
A. H.
Quite a bit of choice for food here, McDonald's, Nandos, Pizza Hut, Tony Macaroni among others.
The bowling is always a good time and has the added bonus of arcade machines and pool.
The cinema is what you'd expect from a cinema (Odeon).
G. A.
Good selection of shops coffee shop McD lots of parking Huge Next Pet shop Halfords B&Q Boots M&S foodhall Sainsbury
G. E.
I often stay in Dunfermline when I work in Scotland, the hotel I stay in is close the leisure park. I find it handy to visit if I need anything from the Asda superstore and there are loads of other stores on site and a large pub/restaurant. It always seems very busy so I guess it's a popular place for the locals.
R. C.
A fantastic showing of Jurassic Park Dominions tonight with the family.
L. S.
Some of the facility is looking really tired and could be doing with a tidy up. However, the staff were very friendly and we had a great time in a relaxed environment
a. r.
Great fun for all well laid out staff very friendly and helpful
P. C.
Lots of fast food places, some cheap, some expensive, but few proper restaurants giving you quality hot food at good prices.
S. H.
Got a car valet, a good walk about & took the granddaughter to Dobbies as needed feeding
S. M. L. D.
It looks dull. Can't deny it's easy to find. Looks like a mix of chain eateries surrounding an overpriced cinema, a bingo hall, bowling alley and a dobbies...oh yeah and a crazy golf portraying Jack Sparrow as a Fifer....who knew? There's room to park. Nothing too far to walk to- even in the rain. My kids like it here- and it all works well. Park eat play ...even machines available to refill your wallet. Easy to moan but if it wasn't here we'd lose a lot-and Edinburgh is just too far when you can get it here. We've done a few kids birthdays here and the feedback was fine. Nothing too classy. If we could get babysitters my wife and I would love a nandos and a movie here some evening. C'mon I'll pay cash people....
B. M.
Lots to see, do and especially...EAT!
A multiplex cinema, ten pin bowling, keep fit health spa, crazy golf, hotel complex and a really nice garden centre.
KFC, McDonalds, Nandos, Chiquito, Tony Macaroni, The Sweet Chestnut, Pizza Hut, Frankie & Bennys, Bella Italia, Brewers Fayre, Smash Burger and Starbucks. I prefer fish. There's an aquarium in the pet shop in the garden centre 😉 and a chipshop less than half a miles drive away and many others within the locality.
If you want to eat but none of the above makes your mouth water 🤔..there is a great restaurant in the garden centre with a reasonably priced wide range of food and fabulous cakes and coffees...mmmh!
T. K.
Favourite place to go for a quick bite to eat or a coffee. Looking forward to Tim Hortons moving into the old Chiquitos.
R. M.
Packed and popular (on a Thursday night) modern, clean and safe. All ages there.
Visting Dunfermline on a business trip for a few days and went to the cinema (there is also a sports club but the local Carnegie public centre is pretty good and there's lots of other excercise choices). Had a meal beforehand at one of the many choices of chain restaurants and food outlets. We chose Frankie & Benny
I felt it was over priced compared with Berkshire where we live. Maybe it's the only place around. That would explain the matinees on some days without evening showings.
M. D.
A very interesting place with lots of eateries, places of entertainment, hotels and so much more. A perfect day out for the family especially if a good family film is showing at the cinema.
J. P.
Great place to take the little people on a dreary day . The interior is looking a little tired now and could do with a spruce up .
B. M.
An easy to find and easily accessible leisure park. You will find a mixture of restaurants, bingo, cinema, gym, mini golf and garden centre here. Many car parking spaces including plenty of spaces for blue badges.
G. H.
A number of restaurants to meet various dietary choices at very reasonable prices. Very large parking area. Variety of entertainment venues- Bowlplex, Odeon Cinema and Carlton Bingo. In addition there is a Bannatynes centre which has a pool and there is a good sized Dobbies outlet. Good bus service if you don't want to drive.
M. B.
The sweet Chestnut is a must! Ask for Andrew. His banter is spot on
M. M.
My first visit to this park quite interesting and l saw a lot of wild animals and birds as well as surfers the Loch.
S. K.
Foods great but fix that drive through, get a Gardner in to properly clear the place up its a tip haha also sort the end of the drive through as people keep kerbing their wheels on it.
P. L.
We went to dobbies garden World. Very good. Lots of variety of stock.
L. B.
Great place to shop
M. B.
A modern leisure park. Plenty of car parking. Plenty of (pay) things to do, plenty of placed to eat & drink, even a Premier Inn if you need to sleep!
Just no character. None at all.
m. M.
Was in dobbies.... had to go through the all the other shops selling things to get to plants tho and when we got to the bit we wanted they didn't have what my hubby wanted but we got some lovley winter plants x
C. H. (.
Many fun attractions and businesses to go to.
M. R.
Wasn't to busy got parked in the area we needed to go
C. H.
Not the most exciting leisure park but we visit for the Greek Food Truck at the Adventure Golf. We can highly recommend their food!
C. W.
Good mix of retailers from cinema, eateries & garden centre
B. P.
Lots there .plenty choice of food places .plus other establishments i.e.crazy golf..bingo.. cinema..
V. G.
Good place. Loads of eating options with plenty of parking. Great place for Cinema as well. Not that busy but still happening enough. Recommend visiting.
L. C.
Dobbies garden centre has a lovely selection of both home & gardening products and also has a small Sainsbury food hall
G. T. (.
Easy to get to and lots of good places to enjoy, including bowling, cinema and different cultures of food 😀
L. M.
Me and a few friends had a few free hours recently, and so decided to come here to spent it. The wide range of services and establishments, for both leisure and food, make this a must visit for anyone lacking something to do during free time
U. P.
Odd that wifi is provided by individual shops . I would have expected to have to connect only once. We have to reconnect several times as we walk through the Mercat. Except that there is no wifi in parts of the shopping centre. The experience could and should be better. Of course I would had hoped that the free street wifi would have covered the main shopping centre .. but alas not.
Otherwise, it's good to see the Mercat doing a good trade with peak period queues at some shops. We all want to see these shops do well.
M. N. (.
Love Scotland fife visit Scotland 2/3 times a year to visit my mother we always stop to pop in to fife leisure park we also refull petrol Asda I get my Scotland Table don't sell or have in England/Leeds and harvester be tufa I meals and all you can eat salerd and the prices are Good

J. S.

M. H.

I've only been to McDonald's drive through and there's been a long queue, but actually dealt with quite quickly.

Very busy and tight car park. Extremely busy. McDonald's drive thru causing issues when busy as it queues out on to the main road.
K. H.

Plenty of parking and you always get a space no problem.

Located just off Junction 3 off M90 motorway (Halbeath), The Leisure Park is opposite Dobbies Garden Centre which is where we were visiting. The Park has crazy golf, large multi screen cinema, plenty of parking. Also Premier Inn, Harvester pub, Nandos, childrens play area, couple of Italian eateries, Frankie & Bennies, not short of places to eat, let the kids have fun then off to cinema! Dobbies garden Centre opposite the Leisure Park one of biggest if not largest in Fife has good gift shop and plentiful choice of your garden needs. Very large cafe but gets bysy @ weekends.

The Fife Leisure Park is a generic location, not a single attraction.
It currently has several restaurants & fast food outlets, a Bannatyne's gym, an Odeon cinema, a Carlton bingo hall and a covered, pirate-themed crazy golf course.
There are 2 hotels and a Dobbies Garden Centre.
There is plenty free, off-street parking.
The park is adjacent to Jct 3 on the M90.
Several local bus routes serve the park.
Express bus services visit nearby Halbeath Park & Ride.
