Good but not wow! First impression, decor/ambiance was somewhat dated. Service was casual & friendly, starter was good, main excellent but the pudding, didn't do it for me. Based on the prices charged, I was expecting a bit more, perhaps an amuse bouche or even some nice crusty bread. Some highlights with the food but a bit disappointing overall.

The food was brilliant! Not your average menu with lots of twists and flavours, they chef has taken the time to think about the fusion of flavours. The service was great. We will definitely be back!

Safisticated and extensive menu, great atmosphere and staff. Food was great and coffee was very good . I advise to book in advance as most tables were booked on a Sunday. Prices are higher than pub or chain restaurant but I would say reasonable for offering. Loved the place.

Delicious! We stopped by here for a bite to eat as the sun was out, didn't have a booking but got served without a problem. Staff were fantastic and very friendly. We had a dog with us so sat outside and the staff even brought her a dog bowl of water, excellent. The food was fantastic, truly delicious and a great choice. We had the chicken schnitzel and the Club sandwich. Good value for money. We would highly recommend visiting here to eat, you won't be disappointed. Probably worth booking to ensure you get in as it was busy.

Food was OK however the small portions and the price put this restaurant towards the bottom of my list. Fillet steak £38 + two bowls of vegetables @ £4.50 each then sauce @ £3.50 made the whole experience disappointing. If that wasn't bad enough £15+ added to the bill for service charge that wasn't asked if it could be added on. Hmmm we could have had seventeen meals in Wetherspoons that's just as good with decent portions.

The food was good, nothing special. One of the dishes wasn't great. Overall it was okay. We were told there was an optional 10% service charge added to the check. When it was time to pay, that extra 10% was already included in the final price, so that we were forced to tell the waitress to remove it. That passive aggressive strategy was not nice and gave us no choice. Dishes were already expensive enough.

Food was delicious but drinks massively overpriced! £9.50 for a glass of wine and £4 for soda water and lime. By the time you add the service charge the wine is over £10. It's a shame as this has actually put me off returning.

Great place with good food that isn't the usual boring stuff. Everything was freshly prepared and cooked well. The menu system with the QR codes could be a bit more obvious/simple. It has an ordering function but it's not in use so you order with the staff directly but use the QR code to view the menu. Staff were lovely and had an excellent set up for social distancing. Definitely will be back. Price is fair for the food, quality is way up there and price is only just above the mark for Dunfermline.

Love this place. Good range of food and beautifully cooked. Nice range of red wine, can't say anything about the white as I don't drink it. The restaurant isn't huge but they have used the space well. Lunch menu is excellent as is the dinner menu. Price wise it is worth paying a little bit more but it is not extortionate.

Lovely anniversary meal here. Warm welcome, excellent friendly service. The food was delicious, cooked to perfection and well presented. The atmosphere was really nice and the proximity to The Glen made for a lovely walk home. Highly recommended.

Amazing food. We went for the lunch menu and the food here was well above what I expected. Not your normal run of the mill restraunt. The taco starter was lovely if expensive and all the mains were amazing and good value for the quality of food. Very impressed. The only small critique is when you sit at the lovely table at the window the staff come up constantly very close to the table so they can see what's happening in the beer garden area which is a bit of putting.

We found this restaurant on Google. We were attracted by the excellent reviews and weren’t disappointed with our two course lunches. In particular the prawn starter & squid starter were superb as was the ‘signature’ desert. High quality food in a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Before we realised, we had spent 3 hours over lunch chatting to our friends ! Altogether it cost the 4 of us each £30 for 2 courses with soft drinks & coffee (including the well deserved tip). Will definitely be back ... soon I hope !
