We had a drive through lunch here to avoid the self service ordering screens which now seem to be a feature in fast food outlets. We enjoyed our food in our car in the carpark. The carpark has sufficient spaces We are disappointed with KFC's policy of not providing the option of purchasing regular cola as we do not like the taste of diet fizzy drinks and do not consume them. We paid a visit to the accessible washroom. Although there is a fairly level access into the restaurant negotiating the entrance doors with a wheelchair was a little difficult. The washroom although clean and modern lacked a handrail on 1 side of the toilet making access on and off it difficult.

Typical KFC. Standard if food and cleanliness ok. Wait time was over ten minutes. Looked like orders and drive through took priority.

Went in at just after 5pm while on holiday. The shop/toilets was really clean and the staff were friendly While we were in a member of staff came out and cleaned up after others had leaved. Which I don't see much I'm my local kfc's

Haven't eaten their food, for they do not offer Halal chicken. Sadly, they are missing on the big market in Dunfermline and surrounding areas, for not offering halal chicken. I would be the first daily customer if that would change. The refreshment and small upgrades recently done, we're well overdue. However, that doesn't speak it the sense of the quality that I can not tell more about.

2 of the 4 ordering screens broken. Of the 2 working ones our one you practically had to punch to register selections. Menu interface is poor. You can't edit your order you have to delete items and add them again to change anything. Having said that, staff were very good (if busy) and food hot and tasty.

Went here at lunchtime and half of the self-service machines had ran out of printer paper so this extended the wait to order. The food did arrive quickly once ordered though. The food was typical fast food quality, difficult to complain for the price and convenience.

Half the menu, wrong hours displayed for Drive Thru on Google. I do like KFC and the food at this particular location is good but I'm disappointed by the steps KFC have taken as well as the lack of keeping customers in the know. Maybe that's my fault for not checking the actual website?

i had a few bad experience at KFC but not here, not at this one. every time the wraps are hot, salads are fresh and rice it s perfectly cooked. the personal here are very kind and helpful. restrooms are very clean. in this area of Scotland, this KFC restaurant it's my favourite and i will recommend to everyone who wants to enjoy a good meal.

First time I've been in since the self serve terminals fitted. Much easier to order now and see the full menu. Generally only get take away but restaurant clean and tidy. Service good, staff helpful.

I really don’t like to moan about people’s businesses on Google but how KFC has gone downhill. It doesn’t taste like it used to, the restaurants always seem to look tired and unkempt with greasy finger marks everywhere and if you dare to go in after 7:30pm there is always something on the menu that has conveniently run out. This time it was the ice cream. No big deal I suppose on a cold March evening but we all know it’s because they cleaned the ice cream machine early because they want to go home early. On a plus point, the new style fries were good but if your name was built on good chicken and nice clean restaurants then maybe strip out the menu and go back to doing what you used to do and do it well. Such a shame as I used to work in KFC many many years ago and I can’t help but feel it’s bordering the worst of the big food chains now. I hope things change but I think it’s owned by one of the big corporates now so probably nothing would change for the better.

I have always been particularly fond of fried chicken, and KFC in particular. This shop is easy accessible and offers both sit in or take away. The staff are quick and efficient, your order is filled quite quickly. The only downside to KFC Dunfermline is that they don't deliver.

What can I say, It's KFC?..the hunger and tastebud management centres of the universe! Im a huge fan of KFC...and when I say huge, just ask my bathroom scales! This particular restaurant came under some strong critism, including from myself, when it first appeared in Dunfermline. The staff and management then left much to be desired. However, the current franchise owners seems to have revamped and sorted out most of the problems and Im happy to eat there again instead of having to drive the extra 4 or 5 miles down the A92 to the Kirkcaldy franchise which has never presented me with any reason for critism. Enjoy Dunfermline KFC folks...but be vigilant patrons!
