Like a kids playground inside...no where to sit every table nearly taken up by kids. No option other than to take out. All McDonald's need a time limit on table occupation times...too many restaurants getting used as a youth club.

Its a hit or a miss here either you get great food or not so great. If you use the drive through be very very careful to make sure they have given you the correct food, straws and any sauces. Nothing worse when you get home and realise they have gotten it wrong.

More often cold than warm, not the best mcds, would rather drive a bit further and go to the one at queensferry. Staff are always friendly and service is usually quick.

Great service and good selection of burgers, drinks and desserts. Staff are always helpful and the drive through is usually punctual. Occasionally you might have to wait in a parking bay for your food.

I visited on Thursday the 29th and I was amazed at the level of service that a McDonald's worker by the name of 'Joe' provided. He was very helpful when I believe he was on his break but still directed me to the restaurants toilets. This level of service was very welcoming from a McDonald's employee, despite him and his colleagues being on his break. Thank you Jo, you saved me from soiling my pants.

The staff are amazing, and the service they provide is first class. This restaurant has an excellent range of choices on the menu. The ingredients they use appear to be of the highest quality, and cooked to perfection. Even with all of the qualities I have described, the pricing is quite reasonable, making this restaurant an excellent choice to dine with friends, family or even potential business partners. I highly recommend this restaurant, and can’t wait to visit again. In my opinion, a Michelin star is now long overdue.

It's a typical Micky D's 🤣 So, just received my delivery and it was ALL wrong!!! Customer services was not much better to be honest. This has happened too many times now, atleast this time I got a refund... Well partial refund should I say, which doesn't help with hungry kids... Last time I use this I think!!!

The food is just the same although the seats and the floor are covered in food and drink The service is very good but it still doesn't make up for the mess. There is a drive through and a car park just outside, and if you want to make a day out of it you can go to the cinema or the bowling. Which is just across the street

I usually like McDonald's food, it is a very rare treat for me to attend this fast food chain. But recently the food hasn't been quite the same as it normally is, I can't describe it but it just tastes not as good as what it used to be.... And each time I come here, i tend to order a strawberry milkshake, and each time. My milkshake is only filled half way.... when it should be filled to the top. However I do love the mcflurrys. Very tasty. But has been lacking in the amount you are supposed to recieve

As always, great value fast food. Super fast service, just order at self service pods, you'll need bank card though no cash accepted. Popular with youngsters for meet ups. Free WiFi and tablets for younger children to keep them amused. Popped in for quick bite to eat after movie at Odean cinema.

I am not a big reviewer and people tend to review when there is a problem but you know credit where credits due. I got served by a lovley woman called Lynn Dunlop today and she was kind friendly polite in turn making my day a little brighter with her friendly service. She took the time to notice I was on my own with my little boy and went out her way to add little helpful touches. Again great service today by a great worker.

Theres tons of fast food there and they are a great cause if you go bowling there and you need to wait go for a bite at chiqito's and if you dont want to pay the cinema prices for a drink take a coke from the mcdonalds you just finished eating at. Its great!

Oh oh. Made loads of mistakes, kept going back (three times) to rectify the order. As they say, "you have one job", well these guys had one job, and failed.

No complaints about food or service inside but only about car park. Signage on ground for lanes does not start early enough which means if you want to park you have to also wait in the drive through queue when it is busy. This is due to the organisation of the carpark and the location of the entrance. At busy times people that have to wait for their drive through orders do not have enough waiting bays, this results in people parking anywhere they can which also means that people park in the disabled bays due to lack of spaces! As a disabled person this then makes my visits increasingly difficult. The improvements inside from the refurbishment have been great but massively let down by the carpark issues.

doing soo well staff were prompt in serving food polite all well I then ordered a cone with a flake just as the young girl called my order I witnessed her touch the flake maby to stop it falling out but it didnt appear to be.not a glove in sight. all previous efforts now seem a bit wasted buy poor handling I the no idea where those hands have been or what they may have previously touched. needless to say the flake went straight in the bin!! all good apart from that tho almost 5/5

The new self service layout is great they've had that on he continent for years so great to see Dunfermline catching up. The only thing is it is not clear where you should queue after ordering as everyone seems to just be standing around randomly

Manager complained about my granddaughter wasn't wearing a mask as she stood there with a viser on and no mask does she not know that it is not pr otection unless a mask is worn I work for nhs so I know my granddaughter is only 8

Always cold in here. Toilets are super tiny. Theres 2 cubicles, but you can only really fit 1 adult and a child in at the time to wash hands.

It's generally ok, but there is a very high chance that if you are going through the drive through, you are going to be parked up... Don't rely on getting through quickly if you are in a rush (I have been parked / delayed MANY times...)
