Great food at a good price, came out very quickly and staff where friendly. Gets very busy so make sure to get in before the rush. Can get very noisy too but overall a good experience.

Poor service on our visit. Table for 4. Two meals served and almost eaten before I complained about the remaining food. My meal came to the table barely warm..sent the plate back only for it to placed back on the table minutes later..it was the same plate of food. Then hot food arrived so I had to transfer the food onto my plate..I had ordered mushrooms..at £1:85 I expected more that one cold mushroom. Send it back. When leaving we were asked if everything was to our satisfaction...alas no..I was refunded £1:85 for the mushroom...a bit of a disaster for a birthday meal.. won't hurry back.

Staff well versed in Covid procedure Track and Trace with our phone was explained and the lad talked us through it . Excellent customer service. Staff are always cheerful and attentive. They are either really happy at their work or good at pretending. Food is usually comes quickly. On the rare occasions that something isn’t right with a meal they are good at fixing or replacing it. On a more selfish note : please bring back sweet potato wedges and the mango and lime marinade!

Rejigged seating means virtually no room to manoeuvre about. Try to get one of the first tables in, nearest the order counter but even then folks will want past you

Nando’s Duloch park Dunfermline is fantastic. Food is great as is service, staff wonderful. My friend and I go for lunch we are both disabled. The staff give use every courtesy, they hold open the door take time to show use our table. Take order at table and help us by getting us glasses of water. We have returned to Nando’s for lunch several times and we will continue. Being disabled has barriers, the barriers are down by the staff. Thank you all the staff we appreciate your friendly and helpful nature.

Went for dinner and got a chicken burger in the limited edition smokey sauce, can't remember the name, begins with c. The chicken was lovely, nice and spicy, chips good and the rainbow slaw was ok, drier sauce wise than I imagined but ok The 'buns' they use for the burger though are just awful. Too hard. Can't bite through the bread, dry as well, struggled to even cut with a knife. Would not recommend.

When we arrived there was a short wait for a table. Our details were taken and we waited in the car for a text to let us know when our table was ready. We got regular updates and a countdown then after 15 mins we were at our table. Great idea! The ordering process was quick and simple. The food was good, hot and portions were big. Good value for money and friendly staff. The only issue was other people wandering around without masks on despite the staff making it very clear that they should have a mask on when not seated at their tables.

I don’t know why but ever since this specific Nando’s started the reduced service it just hits different. Food piping hot, super tasty and all round brill. The imitator wrap I had last night was incredible. 10/10 on Friendly door service too.

We got the meal platter, you get 4 pieces of chicken, 1 large or 2 regular sides and endless cold drinks for only £20.95. you get to choose how spicy you want your chicken, we had the lemon and herb it just melted in your mouth, they also do a boneless platter and lots more

The staff were extremely friendly and happy to interact with our 1yr old daughter. The service was super quick as well which is always a pleasant experience when eating out with children. All the food was well cooked and had plenty of flavour with the exception of the peri fries which had far to much flavouring on but that's the same at all nandos that o have been to.

Visited Nandos tonight. I have a food intolerance and had a good look through their allergy book. This was well laid out and I found everything I was able to eat. On placing my order I told Kevin about my particular intolerance. He asked if I had checked a particular item as he thought it might contain milk. Great customer service. Some places make you feel bad about asking but not this Nandos 😁😁😁😁😁 Shout out to whoever cooked the chicken it was lovely and juicy as was my grandsons chicken strips.

Food was great. But the restaurant it's self is very dirty. Dirty window ledges,dirty backs of the wooden chairs. Caked with grime and the toilet sink was minging!! The whole place could do with a proper spring deep clean.

Staff are friendly and remember you if you frequent regularly. The menu is the same as every other Nandos but the food is hot and usually very quick to your table. Would definitely recommend.

Never used to like the ordering system until I googled what to order. I now feel like I have missed out on the nandos craze and will have to return more often. The only downside is its normally full and you could be waiting to sit in most nights.

Its got servers who bring your spicy chicken in 15 to 20 minutes. Its got bottles of sauce ranging from mild spice to agent orange. Its got booths. Its got tables. Its got young people on dates. Its got old people with kids. Its got chicken. I love nandos. My kids love nandos. Nandos.

Without doubt our best experience of Nandos. The staff are very friendly and look happy. That shows in the service they give as every time we have been here, nothing seems too much trouble. The meal was lovely it was the 90 minutes wait for a table sitting in the car that was unnecessary, the virtual queue is not good, you should be able to phone and book a table like you can do everywhere else.

Nando's is always great. Go most fridays for a takeaway, which I collect. Food always great. Only frustrating thing is being asked to queue having already ordered and paid online - and the website claiming that queueing is not required when ordered online.
