Sunday, ordered chicken biryani. 'As it comes', two chapaties! Pleasantly surprised! The rice was nicely seasoned with tiny fresh jeera seeds & another aromatic type - & real tamala/tejpat, 3-vein bay leaves. Makes the difference. The gravy/curry sauce was spicy enough for me... it too had fresh aromatic flavours. Chapaties hot, soft & complimented the meal. I had half.. cooled down the rest was equally delicious. Cook did well. Next time ☺ maybe straight lamb curry - or Kasuri methi gosht. Friendly attentive guys!
