Absolutely phenomenal burgers. Best way to recover after a hard run - Bacon Super Double with Smash Sweet Potato fries. Tasty, fresh juicy burger bursting with flavour - and the rosemary on the fries is just 👌🏻. Mac and Cheese bites were just great - and all washed down with Mezzo Mix on tap! Staff were amazing, helpful, friendly and welcoming. . Restaurant was super clean and tidy, and the toilets were nice and clean too. Cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic burger, Both the grilled and crispy chicken was moist and tasted delicious. 2 burgers, 1 rosemary fries and 2 drinks set me back around £30, so more than reasonable. Will definitely be back!

😋😋 Nice plate of food! Portions are massive so you will not leave hungry. Comes out fresh cooked, roasting and delicious. Kids meals aren't too varied which is a little disappointing however they still got grub and were happy.

Pleasantly surprised! Just wanted a quick bit and did not have a particularly high expectation, but I was pleasantly surprised. Smart, clean premise admittedly it was quite new. Pleasant young staff though some seemed a bit inexperienced. Reasonable menu (for a burger joint), simple ordering system. Food came quickly and hit the spot. The crucial question - yes, I would come back!

Great veggie and vegan choices. Treated as equal to other food types which is refreshing. Only gripe is I wish it was served on a flat surface (rather than metal baskets) as it's tricky to cut on, but that's the tiniest issue.

Simple yet very satisfying, more than just a fancy version of other Fast Food and Burger restaurants. This is what I can imagine those were before they became overly corporate. It is well worth spending the extra! The staff were friendly and the service was completely efficient. I specifically recommend the Chocolate and Oreo Milkshake.

Smash Burgers are ridiculously good! Had the Bacon Super Double burger - brilliant burger. Also had a vanilla shake which was also great, though it comes with cream on top that I would have liked the option to do without. Can order in person at the counter, or order online via the QR code on the menu and sit back and wait for your food. Definitely going back at some point.

Absolutely outstanding establishment. This is the second time i've been here and it didn't disappoint again. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the food is at an extremely high standard. It's 18:30 on Friday and a little busy and the food quality hasn't dropped! By far one of the best burgers I've eaten in a long time (if you knew me then you'd know I've tried many o burger) 10/10 and a definite visit.

First time visitor here and would definitely go back. The burger was a good size and tasty, although mine did seem a bit dry and could have done with some more sauce. I had smash fries which were a nice change and were freshly cooked and hot. I only gave 4 stars as the price is quite expensive for a takeaway burger, but sometimes things are worth paying for.

Burgers were fresh and tasty, and some unusual (but good) choices on the menu. Great to see so many custom options and bun choices. However... the prices! For 3 burgers, 1 fries, 1 onion rings and 2 drinks it was just short of £40!! Our expectations had been raised when looking at the menu and we figured - having never been before - it was worth a shot even though it was expensive. We decided to treat ourselves, expecting outstanding, 5-star burgers. They were good, but not worth the price. Repeat visits will be restricted to once in a blue moon, I'm afraid. Staff were great. We had problems using the app to pay, so had to go into the restaurant. They took our order at the till, even though it was meant to be collect only. Full marks to the staff!!

Prices seem a bit more reasonable, and burgers are 2nd best in town, next to Monterey Jacks. The Christmas burger was a disappointment (horrible sausage patty) but every other meal here has been very good. Shakes also deserve a mention.

The burger was bang on, the fries got a bit sickly after a few n the prices are high but overall the burger was really nice and the staff member who served me was very nice too.

Excellent service and signposting when it came to new cleaning and tracking measures. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the entire experience felt safe and very hygienic. Food was amazing, so much choice for vegan and vegetarians. It came out quickly and was nicely presented. Coffees were nice too. Overheard a manager/supervisor tell the chef that their presentation looked good. As someone who also works in hospitality, I thought it was nice to see appreciation for the staffs' hard work. Server came over to ask how everything was and all the staff were very pleasant. Will definitely be back.

Extensive menu my only gripe is that all of their vegie & vegan burgers patties are the same 'beyond meat' type which is great if you like the taste and texture of a meat burger but I know many vegetarians that don't and there are so many alternatives available, seems like a missed opportunity, Only one of their two drinks machines was working and that one was clearly out of C02 as all of the drinks were flat. There was a mix up with our order (we ended up with an extra burger on our order, if I had ordered through their app then i guess this wouldn't have happened but one of our orders required the removal of some of the toppings so it is easier to speak to someone to get that right as many online ordering setups don't allow for this kind of customisation). I probably should have noticed at the time i paid (you have to pay up front) but i had braced myself for a large subtotal for a party of 4 so the additional £10.50 was lost on me in a haze of 'wow that's expensive'. The confusion of the additional burger arriving was initially met with a bit of confrontation from the server which i was a little surprised by, it was eventually resolved though and the extra burger was refunded before we left. The food was a little on the cold side but very nice, disappointed by the flat drinks though, it was brought to the attention of staff when our food arrived and was told they would look into it but by the time we left (and we had refilled our drinks after we had eaten) it was still serving flat drinks, got the impression they didn't have the ability to recharge the CO2 which, to my mind, they should have turned it off and offered their bottled drinks as an alternative. I also think that there should have been an offer to refund the drinks from our bill or provide fizzy bottled drinks as a replacement. In the end the bill was around £68 for 4 burgers (3 of them doubles), 4 regular fries and as much flat drinks as we could handle. Can't say it was great value but we will probably be back as the food is good and you can't expect perfect service every time. If the drinks are flat next time though i will be asking for a refund.

The food is great, love the burgers here. Unfortunately the service is not very good. Most of the employees don't really seem interested in being there, I get that, but don't be rude to customers. Got told it would be a 40 minute wait, as tables were all waiting for their food, a blatant lie because we could see the empty trays and within 5 minutes, 3 tables got up and left. Definitely need better staff and service!

It's OK for what you get. It's a little over priced and the staff don't seem to know what their duities are, to walk about on their phone or to serve the huge line. The foot is ok, nothing to write home about. If you want a burger that is not a Mcds or a F&B, then this will do.

I was in Perth Australia in 1/11/2019 and dined at 8 Napkins restaurant and had THE BEST double cheese burger in my 58 years. Smashburger double cheese burger is on at the very least a par. I dined in the Dunfermline store on 7/6/2021 and will be returning on 11/6/21. Fingers crossed it will be as stunning. 🤞🤞 In response to the owners question I returned on the 10th 1 day earlier than expected and it was as beautiful as before. Your staff are a credit to your company. I was pleased to find out you have another in Glasgow. The bigger burger brands are cheaper and I am not saying your prices are too expensive what I am saying you pay more for better quality and in my humble opinion your food is unrivalled. I hope you show your staff including the chef's this review. Keep up the good work. Billy👌👌👌👌

The add-ons for your burger are amazing. Blue cheese. Expensive for a burger but worth it. Smash fries are also great. Order from your own table, connect to their WiFi or you will have to go outside to order.

I do really like it, but a bit hit or miss for vegan options. Fantastic that they are trying to cater for as many people as possible and alternative burgers are great. More than once have gone in and ordered with friends and while their food was partially or completely done been told they are missing an element of the vegan option. Today was told there was only 1 alternate patty left for my classic triple double but they could put other things on instead, got my order home and there was no substitution for missing patty in addition to no sauce or cheese. Very dissapointing. When the food is done right it's very good for the price, highly recommended fried pickles.

They do "Smash Chips" - their version of French fries coated in olive oil, rosemary and garlic, which I didn't have but tried my wife's. Mistake... Food envy! We loved it. And we'll be back.

Originally went in on a whim as was in the mood for a burger and the McDonald's queue was backed out onto the junction. I was blown away by the quality of the burger and have returned on several occasions when the wallet allows. The burgers can be a bit messy to eat. It was very busy and we had a short wait but that was absolutely fine as it's obviously very popular. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very shocked by the prices though! We all just had a burger on its own because to add fries and a soft drink it costs £5 extra! The burgers alone were between £6.75 & over £7 and they were the regular size. It was an extra few pound more just to increase the size of the burger! Burgers were lovely but not large enough to justify the price. We drank water from the machine so at least that kept the cost down but definitely way too expensive even though they are lovely burgers!

Nice semi-upmarket burger chain with mild retro-diner decor that for once isn't annoying. The quality of the burgers is very good: meat tastes of something, fresh salad, loads of nice fries. It's a bit on the pricey side but not off the scale -- it's better quality than McDonalds & friends, so it costs more. Nicely designed kids menu colouring etc, too.

Had churros for dessert, these tasted like they'd been cooked in old oil which had been used for fries, etc. Also lacking enough sugar and/or cinnamon to cover up the bad taste. Really nice place! If you love a 5 guys burger but don't want to do the 45 minute journey I'd go here! I customise mine every time and tastes just like the one I order at 5 guys! Fries are good and kids meals are also a hit! My hubby loves the shakes although more choice of flavours would be great! Staff are very friendly and after the service I received yesterday (being a fussy customer and wanted my burger built a certain way) I'd defo go in to eat! Was excellent! Thank you :)

Nice venue, good variety of seating types from booths to tables of various sizes. Counter service great, you can watch the screen and make sure your order is right. Good choices for vegetarians and gluten free buns. Drinks dispenser very cool with loads of choice. Food was on the table within 10 minutes, nicely presented and hot. Gluten free bun was a bit dry but other buns fine. A tad pricey for a burger and fries at around £12 or so which is why it got 4 not 5 stars (although our meal was free as we were there on a training day) I'd definitely go back for special occasions though!

Great meal, and great staff. The burger I had (the triple bacon triple double) was absolutely lovely. The extra large option is somewhat deceptive as there really isn't any noticeable difference between that and the regular. The staff weren't really all that helpful in explaining what the actual difference is (incase you are wondering the patty is supposedly 1.5 of an ounce larger) but I'll let you decide if you feel that it's of any significance. The overall service is good and the staff are polite and helpful to a point. The milkshakes are amazing, I would recommend the oreo shake if you are into that sort of thing. If you're not then the refillable drinks are great. The churros could be given an easy miss due to their strange aftertaste and lack of flavour in the forefront. Overall the restaurant is good and I would recommend a visit but just watch for the xl options as they are a bit of a rip off.
