Ordered a chicken kebab & it’s usually lovely with the exception of yesterday’s dinner. I ordered my usual chicken kebab & onion rings. Onion rings lovely as usual and the kebab tasted ok until I came across several bits of raw chicken. Contacted the restaurant & they did apologise although it wasn’t very empathetic. I was offered a replacement kebab although when you’ve came across raw meat, that’s the last thing you want. Will avoid this item from the menu in future.

Once a While I order Hot"N"Spicy Beef Burger but it was not spicy. I called the shop and complaint about this , and very kindly I was received special discount and a polite reaction was taken towards me. You are really respect your customers. I like your Burgers and would try all different Burgers in Menu.

Update! Hadn't been in for many months but was stuck for a meal recently so gave the place another try. It's been completely revamped inside and the menu is expanded with more choices, all improvements. However.. the same terrible women populate the counter🙂. I cannot recommend strongly enough that you go to watch this cabaret! I ordered and was given the classic indifferent, borderline rude service I remembered from before, but as I waited I got to watch the worst customer service outside of a sitcom unfold before my very eyes.. Although there were other amazing interactions, I keep replaying the scene I watched of a man being ignored for maybe 6-8 minutes when he was the -only- customer waiting to order. After he finally snapped and finally asked if he could actually order now, he was soundly berated by the staff for being 'too hard to see behind the counter'😂. Where most counter staff would simply defuse the matter with a simple apology, they actually took umbrage with this poor sod and explained in thin-lipped monotone that there was no need for his attitude when he mentioned this was ridiculous. A la faulty towers, they stood and actually argued (quietly, but with increasingly pursed lips of indignant fury) with this man who's only crime was to wait politely to be called to order. At any point a simple apology, no matter how insincere, would have fixed it, but it appears these women can't face this humiliation and were left no option but to berate a customer instead. Exit one customer, confused and incandescent with rage, vowing never ever to return! I exchanged a look with the guy working the grill.. I saw the pain behind those eyes as we listened to the car-crash customer service, and he at least tried to apologise to the customer as he was storming out. Perfect theatre, a tragic snapshot of life and their place in it, 5 stars, must see. Original review- I never eat the chippy-type food, just the kebabs which are made by a great team in one half of the shop. Unfortunately you have to deal with the chip shop side to order and pay, which is a miserable experience. I'm not one for over - the - top customer service, but some of the unhappiest people in the country man that counter. The thought of dealing with such human misery is genuinely enough to stop me going any more, combined with the really quite steep prices there. Recently the quality has been slipping too, and I just don't want to give my hard earned cash to this place any more.

We collected tea from here on our way home tonight. Four different meals, all absolutely amazing! Not all dripping with grease like many other chip shops and we all ate the lot! It was our first visit here, although it's been recommended by friends. We'll definitely be back!

So I came towards Takeaways .So I found a great one in around and that is your takeaway . Variety of dishes in menu. I'm so into your kebab calzones they are so delicious.
