Stopped off on our way up the road and loved it. Tried their spiced orange hot chocolate it was amazing very sweet just what I needed. Also got one of the cranberry and bacon hot dogs and it has to be the best hot dog combo I've ever had. Ordered a box of six donuts to take home and the apple crumble ones are amazing. They also have one with a chocolate igloo on top filled with confetti that was great.

I love Tim Hortons! I'm so glad they'd opened a new spot in Dunfermline by the Odeon! I like the variety of pastries. I had a grilled cheese sandwich and I wasn't too impressed. But any doughnut is delicious!

Usually a fan of Tim's but was very unimpressed with what I got when I visited on Wednesday. Friendly staff, but £9 for a burger that looks like it was thrown at a wall and about six unevenly cooked 'lattice fries' is a tough sell.

Went for breakfast on Saturday morning. Had a breakfast wrap and sausage and egg muffin meals Good, tasty on a par with a McD breakfast however some aspects could be better first thing in the morning and no salt or pepper out. I don't drink coffee however my wife says hers was excellent. A very relaxing place

Parking spaces available to the rear of the property. Wheelchair accessible entrance and plenty of room to move around. There are a variety of seating options with highchairs available. Staff are very helpful with smiley faces. I would certainly recommend this restaurant based on this visit.

Food has been great first few times I came here but has recently went a bit downhill. The evening seems to be a shambles for customers that want to sit inside. Half the restaurant is blocked off by chairs (understandably they're not very busy so it makes sense to do this for cleaning) however the staff on the floor seem to just clean this area only. The rest of the restaurant is filthy, there's nowhere clean to sit for customer's still being served meals and the bins are overflowing. I've been a few times and it's been the same every evening visit. Put off now.

It's ok. Hubby absolutely love their black coffee. But I find everything else far too sweet (I don't have a sweet tooth). I love their french vanilla coffee when I make it at home but when I ordered them here, it's just super sweet for me. Daughter loves their Ice Cap, she said she prefers it over Starbucks' Frappuccino.

I would have given this place 5 stars but there's room for improvement. I went a few weeks ago and the litter was really bad in the car park but they've now sorted that. I went another day and the toilets were really bad and three out of four of them had no toilet paper. No good if you're a girl or if you have IBS etc. I also find the coffee extremely expensive and I do like the experience of the Canadian aspect but some of their food average and they don't offer healthy alternatives but I still give it 4 star it's just room for improvement.

All I've had here is the breakfast stuff, and it's easy to compare to McDonalds mcmuffins, which are legendary. Tim Hortons does do a fake riff on the mcmuffin, and it's not the same and when you have it first, you're like, we'll it's not McDonalds. And it's a disappointment. But then you have it a few times and realise it's not supposed to be the same, it's less salty, and less greasy... slightly less delicious, but still, Tim Hortons does breakfast, and for 3.49p, I ain't moaning.

Busy, busy, busy. When we arrived, there was a queue right up to the front door and the counter is at the back. So be prepared for a wait. Other than that, good service, great product. Theres a drive through as well and plenty of parking out the back.

I love Tim Horton's doughnuts. For me, the coffee doesn't match the food - I'm not a fan. Nearby Costa and Starbucks do coffee better (and cheaper). Service at this particular branch can be poor. Even when it's been dead, I've had to wait ten minutes or more for a coffee and 6 doughnuts. Seems poorly organised. This place should be good - it's big, and it's a great location. I don't let the negatives detract from the doughnuts 😊 and you shouldn't, but there's definitely room for improvement. Sep 2022: a very similar experience. Service was a bit quicker, but didn't come with a smile. The customer experience is one feeling like a nuisance until you sit down and enjoy your order. I really want this place to be good, but it's still not there.

It wasn't too bad. Donuts are nice! Got a caramel coconut latte. Which was just a latte! Not a hint of either caramel or coconut. We sat in and it's nice new and fresh. However it lacks atmosphere. No music and just feels a little cafeteria ish if that makes sense. I'll definitely be back just might avoid the coconut latte! 🤣

Really enjoyed the Smoky Maple Burger but that's as far as it goes unfortunately. Their fries are not too bad but our ones were overdone meaning they were way to crispy. To complete the meal you can choose a drink but there isn't many regular drink options such cokes, fantas, etc. Even though we picked Coke Zero they didn't have any left so had to go with normal Coke - paid over £2 for a 500ml bottle. We also got a box of mini doughnuts to try a variety of flavours as we couldn't decide. We didn't get the selection of flavours the menu and receipt advised us we would get and they were all horrible. All had the same background taste of ginger or something like that. But the most unpleasant thing of the whole experience was how dirty the place was. The tables were all sticky and there was nobody cleaning the tables after customers, meaning tables were full of leftover food and packaging. The floors were dirty and sticky. I'll save you the description of the toilets - just will say DO NOT USE. Absolutely disgusting. There was also a bucket of cleaning water in the middle of the walkway into which I actually ended up walking into and spilled water all over the floor and myself gaining attention from everyone. Even though everybody looked at me no employee came to check, remove the bucket or wipe the floor. Felt like I needed a shower after eating at this place.

Fairly mixed opinion of my first visit here - drive thru and service all good. I went floor the classic burger as a good way to sample but it was poorly cooked - the burger was just cooked but with no nice outer charring and the cheese not melted but the flavours were ok - hopefully just teething problems The donut I had was fab and I would maybe just come for coffee and donuts next time
