C. R.Spacious place with nice coffee and cakes. They usually do a vegan cake as well, although it would be great to see them offer vegan food options. A very good cafe to study at. I think this place has quite a bit of potential, if it redecorated the inside and added more plants this could really elevate it.
v. s.Lovely spacious cafe , warm and friendly staff , great choice on menu , always loads of choices for all diet type ! Always accommodated to my wants , nothing has been to much trouble ! Definitely recommend 5 star service and food
I. A.Opened in the heart of Durham and my regular go to cafe for hot drinks and tea cakes. Great location with amazing views from top floor, very bright and clean cafe. Service is good and staff are always friendly. Highly recommend!
J. D.Overall its a big improvement from its previous life as esquires. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the menu selection is full of variety. I ordered a decaf cappuccino and a slice of the vegan jaffa cake (recommended by the batista who served me) and she was right to recommend. I would happily pop back when I next venture into Durham
