J. S.Amazing food and fast and friendly service as usual here. Loved the Massaman and katsu curries, and wok fried greens are to die for, as is the mango and coconut creme brulee! Just fantastic asian fusion!

R. C.Adequate. Fusion suggests a mix of influences from different cuisines however Fusion at Ramside provides well known dishes from Japan, Vietnam, China etc. Food was quite sweet, not really authentic. Wine list well priced but uninspiring. Service was odd, clumsy even. Would not go again.

L. D.Great service. Nice food. People in bathrobes in the restaurant look somewhat unusual but it's okay. Unsure where is the entry to this place. I ate in the bar section 2 times, but I think the proper restaurant section was behind the bar walking from the hotel. Not much logic in it in my opinion, confusing and bad zen.
A. L.Afternoon Tea- service was very slow despite only 3 tables in. Couldn't see the bar for empty glasses from the spa. Was presented with the food but the wait staff didn't explain what anything was so it turned into a bit of a taste test. Savoury items were lovely. Scones came with a pot of marmalade which was very weird. Asked for a side plate and was told it was under my tea cup, which was a saucer. Was given a giant spoon to eat a tiny cheesecake in a shot glass. Overall food was decent but it was like they didn't understand the concept of afternoon tea and service was slow.

The only reason I won't give five stars, is because they allow the spa customers to dine here whilst wearing flip flops and robes. It doesn't feel appropriate when it is otherwise such an upmarket dining experience.

H. J.We ate a 2 course lunch here as part of a spa day. The food was fantastic! I always try a chicken satay starter at Thai/Fusion restaurants and this was up there with the best! The Honey Chilli Chicken was very tasty - lots of chicken too. We decided to pop back mid afternoon for coffee and cake - the Chilli Chocolate Brownie was delicious!
