Can I just say the Staff in there never get any appreciation for what they do! The staff go above and beyond. They give out the best service as they possibly can, it was my daughters birthday not long ago and the young lass that was behind the counter paid for my daughter to have a cookie to wish her a happy birthday that’s made my 7 year old daughter have a smile on her face. I have been to loads of kfc and this is by far the best one. Staff always make sure that they have time for their customers and always look after you. Couldn’t ask for a better service

Ordered by app and food arrived very quickly on arrival. Good social distancing in place. Good menu was restricted but still plenty to choose from. Restaurant starting closed at the moment and take away only. Will definitely visit with app ordering system again.

Friendly staff and plenty of parking. But coffee machine not working, obviously not the end of the world. However, the toilet flusher was broken so toilet was a bit of a stink and the toilet itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day.

Attention to detail, ordered beans and gravy sides. Bean came in two tubs and one was overcooked and dried out. I had to add little water. The chicken tasted great and one must of been 6'2 tall. It was very large. The chips are disappointed again. Not many KFC I have come across where the chips have been nice and KFC have a problem on there hands since changing over from their original chips. Fast service and food served hot. Downside I feel food is more salty at this KFC than others and feel very thirsty next day. I still miss pepper and why KFC STOPPED serving/supplying to their takeaways I am not sure (don't need to explain that the salt is the bad one out of the two).

After visiting this KFC on a few occasions, I've come to the conclusion that it is pot luck as to what service you get. One time you order on the app to collect you get your food fairly quick, the next you wait 15 minutes when no other customers are in the restaurant. One time you go you get a friendly staff member, the next time a really miserable one who doesn't want to be there. Also there always seems to be rubbish over all the tables and floor if you go in the evening, even when it's not busy. If you got these things right, this place would be much better and would be a nicer place to visit. We tried this KFC to see if any changes have taken place. Yes we waited 25-30 minutes for our food. The emphasis seems to be Just Eat, deliveroo customers, rather than the ones in store. There were plenty of staff, yet the service is so slow.

Very average. Long wait time for service, restaurant a bit of a mess. No rice boxes any more, no napkins or salt at easy access. Chicken absolutely dripping with grease, I get that it's fried chicken but it wasn't good. Me and my partner both will pass on this from now on

Not really much to say about large fast food chains, this is one of their better outlets. Chicken burger was good, as was dippers but very salty, the chicken thigh piece had a broken bone in, hopefully not a sign of the animal welfare conditions but I don't imagine it's the Ritz where they are raised

A small KFC outlet, no drive through but surround by plenty of parking in the Arnison Centre. Beware the 4 hour parking limit via ANPR cameras ro avoid a parking charge.
