My son and I came here on a Saturday evening at 7.45pm We was offered a seat straight away and offered to order a drink. We had a glass bottle of coke each and a glass, lovely to see a "proper bottle of coke" We both ordered beef burgers with sides of, cheesey chips and onion rings. The burgers were both really nice and the chips in cheese were lovely too but my favourite was the onion rings in beer batter, they were perfect. Please see photos.

The gluten free bun was actually so good and the burger itself was so tasty! The fries came from a dedicated fryer and my item was marked gluten free when it came out! 🍔😄 OH AND THEY DIDN’T CHARGE EXTRA FOR A GLUTEN FREE BUN!!! How freaking nice that was…

The food was nice, the fries were perfect. The buns could have been better - they were not toasted or warmed up so halfway through the burger was getting cool. The knives wouldn't cut the burger buns, and the restaurant did not have serrated knives for us either. The servers were very nice to us. The couch was comfy but the chairs were uncomfortable. We left the establishment with full stomachs and were happy.

Update: my second visit was in the restaurant and it was really nice. My original comment about the chips still holds. I'd say the food was better when served fresh and hot compared to takeaway. My only concern was the booth seats were worn out and patched with different fabrics which looks a bit shabby. Overall, I'd recommend this Byron branch. We actually really liked it for a takeaway. The burgers and the chips didn't arrive all soggy and wet which is rare for takeaways. The burger was well seasoned and overall delicious. The chips were nice and crispy too! We're giving 4 stars because the chips were a bit too salty with the seasoning, dried out trying to finish them. Overall, still an excellent burger chain and we would order again for a nice takeaway.

Great tasting burger with a novelty twist. Sense of humour adds to the atmosphere, and staff are also fun and friendly. Quite pricey for a burger however reasonable value overall.

1st time in this burger joint. I must say that I found very nice. Juicy burger very good🍔 beef slightly seasoned🧅onion rings , warm. Toasted bun. Mac and cheese nice and googey. Loaded fries🍟 with bacon and melted cheese. And to wash it down with a nice bottle of organic cider over ice😋🍺

Top quality dine-in burger! Textures are perfect and the burger is always properly cooked when I come here. The Spanish waiter (can’t remember his name) is very nice and accommodating. The prices are good as well. Also would really recommend the new spicy burger, if you’re used to spicy food then it’s not that spicy but flavors are very nice.

Without question the best restaurant I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. The burgers are phenomenal and they have got a meat version and a vegan version of every single burger on the menu- and the vegan burger tastes amazing! The side dish (sweet potato fries) and dessert (butterscotch popcorn & caramel on chocolate icecream) were just as great. We will most likely visit Byron again tomorrow or the day after, it's just that good.

The food is amazing, as well as the staff. They’re always so kind and prompt, always ask about any dietary restrictions or allergies before you begin ordering, and are just genuinely amazing people. This is one of my boyfriend and I’s favorite place to have dates because the food is incredible (if you’re around in December, get the gingerbread milkshake, you won’t regret it). Great place to visit, very friendly staff and the food arrived quite promptly. Also has a great atmosphere suitable for all sorts of different occasions, however for the portion sizes the prices are quite extortionate. Situated in the city centre means it's very well accessible and has plenty of other entertainment venues.

Truly one of the best burger places I've ever been to, and thats comming form a real burrger buff. The burgers are absolutely out of this world and the staff is super friendly. They also serve a wide variety of beers witch is a major plus in my book!

The food quality is really good but the price of booze is really steep (a 330ml bottle of Peroni for over £4, really?). Didn't appreciate the service charge too because the service was actually bad despite the high quality of food (I had to ask for someone to take our order after waiting for over twenty minutes). There are better places to eat on Lothian Road so it's a pass for me, but if you find it's the only place to eat if it's busy go for it.

We came in on Saturday 6/11 and were greeted promptly. The place was quite busy but we were found a table quickly. Our order was taken and Robbie recommended the Hepcat to drink. The food was absolutely lovely and the beer went down well. The main reason for leaving a review though is to let you know that the service we received from Robbie was absolutely first class. He was obviously quite busy but still made time to chat. I actually work in a job where customer feedback is a huge part of what we do but I'm terrible at doing the same for others. On this occasion I can't not leave positive feedback for how well we were treated. Thanks Robbie and watch out for those Kirkcaldy roundabouts 😉
