Taste is average. It's take out with no real ambience to dine, but price is expensive for that. Bella Italian with great ambience is lower in cost and more tastier.

This has been my usual chippy for years, I don't get fish and chips very often but Eatalias is always my first choice. Never been disappointed, and the staff are friendly and will always cater to my requests for extra sauce.

One of the best pizzas I have ever had from a takeaway. I ordered the la bomba and I can honestly say it was incredible. The leith burger was also ordered and to quote Samuel L Jackson...'this is a tasty burger'. I will definitely be ordering from Eatalia's again on my next visit to Edinburgh.

Very nice. We had a mixed order of 2x fish and chips and 2x pasta, all 4 of is very satisfied. The Android app proved to be problematic for ordering as was via the website on the phone. Website on a laptop did the trick. Haddock and chips up there with the best.

I have gotten fish n chips here many times and brought my fiancé and a friend for fish n chips A few times. It is really delicious and their brown sauce is my favorite! The family who owns the shop is so friendly and happy to make a recommendation of you can’t decide what you want. Lovely place.

I love this place. Im new to Scotland from New Zealand and the fish and chips here are done way better than back home. The best i've found is right here at Eatalias. So much so I make this almost a weekly indulgence. The Brown sauce is great with it and the deep fried burger and Pizza Slices are great too. Always greeted to a friendly and prompt service.

I just got chicken nuggets supper, the nuggets were only 5 ! But, they were so succulent and delicious and large- i decided it was worth it. The chips were the right side of golden , and every single one of them was tasty and perfect! Usually chips come with a percentage of inedible hard bits.. Not these. I scoffed the whole thing. Fast delivery... Hot on delivery. Highly recommend.

My favourite fish and chips in Edinburgh. Dish is tasty and it will fill ones belly, both fish and chips are crisp. I've use to order my carry out there and it was packed in neat box with extra layer of protective film to keep all the deliciousness inside.

Clean take away, welcoming staff, enough space to handle a small number of customers in waiting but not many, though the place is a small shop to be fair. The speed of service was good with the food being freshly cooked to order and very enjoyable. I will be back for more.

By far my favourite chippy! The pizzas are amazing - completely different from what you'd expect from a chippy pizza, and the staff is super lovely, we always enjoy having a good chat with them while we wait for our food.

Eatalias is one of my favourite chippys on the walk. Run by an extremely friendly and personable family, and part of the Vittoria Group that runs most of the Italian Places in Leith at the moment - but lets them operate with their own distinct style. They also happen to have some of the smiliest serving staff I have ever seen, who always remember a familiar face. Their pizzas are brilliant quality, prepared right in front of you and fresh as daisies(or something else really fresh when daisies aren't in season). I'm a fan of a good ol' chicken nugget supper which never fails to impress. My partner likes a good fish supper and hasn't had a bad word to say about them yet. The marker on Google Maps is wrong, and this chippy is actually on the walk just beside Vittorias restaurant, up from Tesco across from McDonald Road. I also think their chippy sauce is better than most places, it's a complex art...

OMG I've been living in Leith for tears now and I've had a few chippy. I have to say with all the chip shops in leith, Eatalia has got to be the best one of all. Totally delicious and nice staff from Eatalia so for recommended walk by all the other chip shops you see in leith/ leith walk and head straight to Eatalia best one going
