Amazing service and lovely employees. Went out of their way to ensure I got my order that I had accidentally ordered at another place. 5 stars.. Burger is very good albeit is slight expensive but huge in size for my stomach so could easily share with 2 if ordering fries and drink. 5/5 for taste and 3/5 for value.

Was bored from McD burger, and decided to try the Five Guys. And I didn't regret it at all. Burger was delicious. The staff/ service was good.

I am not sure if it was the colour scheme but the restaurant looked dirty however table I sat at clean. Food was of reasonable standard tasted good but you were paying for it. For a fast food outlet prices are on the full restaurant side of the spectrum

I took my family here for the first time. The queue was out the door, but it really didn't take that long to order or receive our food. The Food, First Class! I had a Bacon Cheeseburger, it was splendid. The four of us shared two Large Fries, one regular and one Cajun. They were terrific portions. We also had a couple of Shakes. I love them because they are actually made with ice cream and properly thick! But, if you like a bargain, the juice is a bottomless cup. So that is also smashing!

Was expecting so much more from this place. The burgers weren't horrible but they are just standard burgers and for 8.95 for a cheeseburger on its own definitely not cheap. A little underwhelming in my opinion

I think It is the best Burger in town. Tried the cheese burger with 2 additions, the meat was juicy and tasty and fries were crunchy. I would try it again and again.

Best burgers, best chips, best shakes, consistently good. The only thing I'd change (which I know would be tough) would be having some decent vegan options available, it would make life so much easier with the missus being vegan

I'd particularly like to point out a lady called Nini. She was such a pleasure to speak to and had a super sweet smile and made my visit fun. She made my friend and I wonderful milkshakes. Nini, you are awesome.

Visited the new shopping mall at St James Centre.Wandered lonely as a cloud that floats on high etc etc. Eventually succumbed to hunger pangs and selected this venue.Good bacon burger, chips and milk shake but a bit pricey.However an experience not to be missed

I had a fantastic experience at this Five Guys. Staff were very welcoming; the restaurant was spotless and I was served what I would have to say was the best tasting burger I’ve ever had. Employees didn't pressure us to leave when they closed, allowing us to finish our meal. Visited 10/08/2021

While out shopping we decided to try 5 guys, I've never been there and I was a little apprehensive, the place is very nice, the staff are very cheerful and friendly. We got our food delivered to our table, from a Stuart, who was so polite, he checked we had everything we needed, The food was lovely, we would certainly recommend this place. Thank you.

Visited 31/7 at lunchtime. Lovely friendly staff whether helping us find a table or taking our order. Juicy burgers cooked to perfection. Definitely be back :-)

It's okay You get plenty of fries but our burgers weren't cooked properly and the place wasn't the cleanest. The money we spend really wansnt represented in the food we got Free refills on drinks tho! So that's a plus

The staff were friendly and helpful, the service was fast, and the food was good. It's a fast food chain, so don't expect a full restaurant expirience, but its a great place if you want to grab a quick burger and fries.

Went in when the center was just opened so was extremely busy. However I was helped by Patrick who still took the time to help and answer all questions and we ended up having a lovely meal. Will definitely be back and cant thank the staff enough for the service.
