Food is typical KFC and the staff are pleasant enough, but it might be the slowest example of 'fast food' in Edinburgh. Don't even think about grabbing a bite to eat at lunch time. They put a bigger focus on deliveroo orders then people inside the store.

When I was the I had a problem with the self service screen it wouldn't print my reseat, there was a very nice worker that tried to get it out for me, he looked for my number but the paper was stuck I said it was fine but he didn't hear me then he made it clear that he was deaf,I said ok he showed me were to stand for my order, his name was Justin and he helped me down stairs with my food as I was in with my daughter and granddaughter, he was very helpful with napkins and wipes too he is a very hard worker you are lucky to have him, I would like you to let him know I was very grateful for his help. 🌞

Justin have a very excellent customer service. He is very friendly, kind hearted and full of postive energy staff. I mean, all the staff are great but Justin is one of a kind! Foods lovely, serving is plain and simple, but Justin has a fantastic aura ❤️ This is one of the reason why we keep coming back this KFC. We like chicken, but KFC make me love chicken more. I love the food but the real highlight of my visit every time is the very bright and kind man who attends to the shopfloor, I dont know his name and I don't think he speaks (just so that can identify him, sorry not to be rude), but his energy is just so amazing and he's so thoughtful with his customer service, an absolute joy to interact with, always puts a lasting smile on my face and makes me look forward to coming back :) I wish him all the best!

Had an offer voucher and went there to get. Friendly staff along with good atmosphere. Got enough help about a problem there. Enjoyed their kebab and got a small pack of chicken wings for completing their survey about my experience, their food quality and taste etc. Was almost happy to rate them 5 star but for in dining me personally didn't fully love the structure. Though I was thre for take away. Their food are of great taste and I like to get again definitely. In spite of all these I liked the place and chicken lovers may like the place heartedly.

Ordered our meals from one of the screens. Went to pick it up from the counter and was told that the coffee machine was being repaired so was asked to pick a different drink. Later the nice member of staff came and told us that the machine was fixed and gave us a free tea and coffee. Fantastic couldn't be more helpful.

Visit 1, there was one guy obsessed with mopping the floor and talking while customers had to move other people's rubbish to get a table. My order was lucky to have a dozen lukewarm fries and a lightly packed "box" of popcorn chicken. To call this a Banquet is over selling it a bit. That would be like calling a Mini a Rolls Royce... Visit 2, same city, different location. Our drinks were just dumped at the side of the counter and the order not called out. I could have still been waiting for all the staff cared. The seats were too close to the tables making it hard for those who are differently abled to sit comfortably. The tables were very dirty and the security staff seemed more interested in chasing each other than doing their actual job.

Recently opened restaurant so in a good condition. Three self serve digital order boards, otherwise queue at counter. Very limited space, so gets quite congested with people ordering, and everybody else waiting for their orders to collect, not very well thought out. Some seating on the ground floor, but the majority of the dining area is in the basement.

Justin is a customer service God, made our KFC experience very very positive! :)

Chicken is breaded well. Sadly no option to de-select ice on self order machines as the staff really try to persuade you to use it if paying by card. Colonels club works seemlessly. One gripe is for a brand mee restaurant, not enough staff to make sure tables are cleared for new visitors. Had to clear table myself.
