We had dinner at the steakhouse tonight and it has been pleasant. The restaurant is located inside the Hilton Hotel building and it is really elegant. The staff is polite and helpful and offered an excellent service from the beginning to the end. The menu didn’t offer too many choices to be a steakhouse, the strawberry daiquiri that I ordered was really nice but I would say a bit expensive, while the food price was fair. The starters were amazing (we had the squid rings and half a portion of mac&cheese) but honestly the main is the reason why I didn’t give 5 stars. We both had the signature fillet steak with king prawns and bearnaise sauce, which was served on a slice of toasted sourdough which was way too hard to cut even with a steak knife. Also I hoped the sauce would be on the side but was actually on the steak already. On the other hand, the steak was cooked perfectly. I was probably simply expecting the steak to be served a bit differently considering how elegant the place and the service was, maybe I would suggest choosing something else from the grill section.

We went for dinner for our 3rd wedding anniversary and I cannot praise this restaurant enough. We ordered fillet and ribeye, they were so tasty and they arrived so promptly! Service was above and beyond with special mention to Faisal who had fantastic manners and was so attentive and knowleadble he made our celebration truly amazing! Thank you to all the team for an amazing night :)

Really nice food, and not over priced either. The staff were lovely and really attentive and didn't rush us at all. The whisky was very reasonably priced and there's quite a good wine list. Food arrived quickly too.

Great food. Great service. Lacking in atmosphere so deducted a star. Not sure if it's because it's in the hotel or because it's quite an open plan set up across the bar etc but can feel quite empty. Also deducted a star because we wanted to add a tip on to the bill but were told we couldn't. Luckily had cash for the staff but would have been highly embarrassed if we had to leave without leaving a tip.

Our initial server, Kym, was absolutely fabulous, excellent at her job, but after her shift ended no-one tended our table for over an hour. The afternoon tea was good, the environment is clean, spacious with nice design. However, the service post Kym, was awful and we decided to leave. In no hurry to return.

Visited for an afternoon tea. Staff really helpful and pleasant but the afternoon tea was less than inspiring. Sandwiches were hard at the ends and not chilled. Cakes were mixed but some didn't seem homemade. Hartley' jam portions with scones surely Marco can do better!

Really lovely food, cooked to perfection, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that we ate around 8.30pm and when our food arrived we were the only diners in the restaurant. This would't have been a problem but for the fact that the restaurant manager was directing his staff to clear the tables around us (even the ones directly next to us) and reset them for breakfast. He then kept checking on the progress of us eating our food, and I might add, not very discretely either! We felt pressured to eat quickly and leave. It completely ruined what should have been a relaxed and convivial dining experience. Such a shame.

Absolutely fabulous! I had the curry and my husband had a steak. Couldn't fault anything. Staff pleasant and efficient. Pity the bar in the Hilton wasn't the same. Wanted to finish thr meal with a coffee and brandy but bartenders didn't seem to know what they were doing and that was with very few people in the bar!

The service was excellent, the food very good and the ambiance was fine. My only concern is that the prices on the menu are a bit high for what it is - a chain hotel restaurant - although ’deals’ seem to be readily available (we were on one) making it decent value. Well situated so might find an excuse to go back.

My partner, Mother and I ate Mother's Day lunch here last Sunday and we could not have asked for better. This is the second time we have eaten here recently and we cannot not fault it. The food was delicious, service second to none by our waitress, on both occasions, Gabriella and value for money. There is plenty of variety on the menu, well cooked and healthy portions The surroundings and ambience are very relaxing and right up there with Michelin starred restaurants we have dined in. Very attentive staff without being obtrusive, nothing was too much trouble and we could have remained there all day if we had wanted. We will definitely be back.

The restaurant is within the Carlton Hotel. The chef made my granddaughter and I the best steaks we have had. My granddaughter had a sirloin and for me a rib eye both medium done. Beautifully charred on the outside and melt in the mouth inside. Service was professional and also friendly. We'll be back for more for sure.

4 of us went here for dinner and had a fantastic experience. Despite not finding our reservation (we are unsure if it was their fault or my sister in law's) they found us a table. Service was fantastic and I felt the staff went above and beyond when they realised we were celebrating my birthday as they gave me a free glass of wine and put candles in my dessert! Steak is upper intermediate. However, the French fries that came out to the side were cooling down whether they were made or not. I would recommend it here at Eurobicycle or ... Please don't expect too much. 50,000 won, nothing more or less. (Original) 한국인들한테 당당히 말한다. 여기는 유명 쉐프의 이름을 빌린 장난감 가게같은 곳이다. 몇몇 직원은 인종차별성 대우를 하고, 스타터는 형편 없었으며 퍼스트 와인으로 시킨 로랑페리에는 오픈한지 한참됐는지 꺽인걸 주고..그걸 숨길려고 딸기를 넣어서 준다. 샴페인에... 스테이크는 중상급. 다만 사이드로 나온 감자튀김은 만든지 좀 됐는지 차갑게 식어가고 있었다. 유로자전거나라에서 여기 추천할텐데... 너무큰 기대는 말고 오길 바란다. 5만원짜리, 그 이상도 이하도 아니다.
