The best place for sharing I've ever been, the food was just amazing, and from the 7 different dishes we ordered, I can't think of one I could have skipped. All were perfectly balanced with the contrast of flavours, bringing unexpected …

Might be a bit spenny for lunch but the dishes speak for themselves! Popular, so booking a table is recommended even for lunch, we were lucky enough to be able to slip in. …

If you’re two Americans with a hearty appetite, three appetizers and an entree to share will do. The crab soup (served in a crab shell) and the lamb are fantastic. The ambiance is great (minus the music that didn’t seem to match) and the service is attentive.

Went to Noto with very high expectations and was totally blown away. Every single item was our new favorite. Such a great combinations of fresh, delicious ingredients. Best meal we had in Edinburg by far!!

The best meal out I've probably ever had.
Ambience was amazing sitting by the bar. Waiter/bartender was really engaging and friendly, the cocktails were lovingly crafted and delicious and the food was out of this world. Have already booked again! 100% go !!!

A truly delicious and stunning dining experience. We ordered almost everything on the menu except the salads and a couple small plates. Every dish was so well composed and tasty. Highlights from each section are the crab, hake and chocolate mousse

We had lunch at Noto. After a few heavy meals this was the ideal break.
Fusion of Asian and British/European cuisine.
We had the crab with melted butter dipped in sourdough. Was great and creative.
Aubergine tonkatsu was also excellent.
Hake was cooked very well however the star of the show was the lobster noodles which was fantastic.
The service was generally ok. Would be nice if they served bread at the beginning as it is at the higher end of the range of restaurants.
Time between starters and mains was also long.

A soulless, paint by numbers experience.
Overall, a disappointing meal at Noto. We had a bar seat as we'd had to move our booking and I was grateful for that as the one shining light was the excellent bartender who was charming and very good at paying attention to us despite it being a busy bar service.
The overall feel of the restaurant and the food was joyless. We ordered a number of small plates and most came out lukewarm and overseasoned. No ingredient was allowed to shine with a heavy hand on sauces that meant you struggled to distinguish what you were eating. The overwhelming feeling was that it was all style and no substance.
I can't in all honestly recommend this as a place to visit if you take any joy in good cooking.

We had two meals here, and both were absolutely fantastic experiences. Service was excellent both times; the staff were very friendly and made careful note of the various allergies we had. The kitchen were even able to make some small changes to one of the dishes so that my partner could eat it, which was lovely. The food was exceptionally good; I especially enjoyed the crab and the hake, and my partner absolutely loved the steak tartare. Honestly couldn't be more pleased with our meals, and I'm confident that the next time we're in town we will come again!
