Reviews of wagamama edinburgh lothian road
L. A.
This is one of our favorite chains to have dinner at and as per usual we not disappointed. On a busy Thursday evening without a booking we only waited like 15 min to get a table. The staff were very friendly and the service was great. Once the food arrived it was delicious and we both left satisfied! Well done to the team working that night as I'm a waitress myself and the people who I work with would not have been able to provide such an amazing service! ❤
S. K.
There was no possible to book a table. We had to wait 45 minutes in a queue before we got a table. We were there on a Saturday night. The place was jam packed. The food and service was great. We each got a whole bowl of food with different ingredients and flavors. I had the duck steamed buns and duck rice bowl (98) It was alot of food! The food came quite fast and the service was good. The meal took around 1 hour to complete and since there was quite a long queue, we hurried out for the next guests to come in and enjoy the food and the atmosphere.
A. B.
Food was yummy...music was little loud...staff was really helpful and courteous

Although not my favourite Japanese or Asian restaurant IN Edinburgh, Wagamama always delivers. I had the teriyaki noodles with salmon and they were very tasty. Also, their "Positive" juice is fantastic. Bit pricey for what it is, but a solid bet.
V. T.
the restaurant itself is good, i have been to other locations quite a few times, but this time the food wasnt as good, and they were out of chicken options at around 8pm, which shouldn't happen. the waitress also forgot to bring me my drinks twice.
V.
The food was good and enough portion wise.
Unfortunately the chicken ramen was already sold out at 6pm. My friend wanted the blossom drin, which was already out too. She ordered something else, and that never arrived.
So one star reduced for the service.
D. R.
The Wagamama menu has changed considerably and there are fewer choices. New dishes have been added. I ordered a dish with prawns and there were definitely fewer than there were a few years ago. The service is still good.
S. S.
Friendly staff good food, would have like all food at the table at the same time,
C. F.
Busy 'n' buzzing on a balmy Saturday evening. Loud and spicy atmosphere with zingy flavours to match. As always fantastic food served by an seriously under pressure staff with a smile and a quality slice of top banter. What more coudl you ask for?
C. T.
Fast efficient service. Diverse menu that caters well for vegans.
L. R.
Amazing food, great atmosphere, lovely and knowledgeable staff, would recommend it to anybody

Very nice. Food was quick, hot, and very tasty and the fresh juices are just lovely. Service was great, too!

I have been many times, but this one in particular got our attention. Delicious and nutritious, I couldn't ask for more. Well done to the staff, especially the Czech waitress who advised us and to whom I unfortunately didn't ask her name! Well done Wagamana Lothian Edinburgh. Highly recommended
D. K.
Oh! This amazing place near festival square! Loved this place for service and food!!!! They have good variety of beer and hey are open till 11 pm on weekends. I had the bang bang cauliflower.. I was mind blown such good food. We also ordered the Japanese beer and Raman and 2 vegan dish which was highly recommend. But I am
Forgetting the name. During my 10 days in Scotland I loved the food so much that I went back and visited twice.
G. N.
Superb Oriental food - plenty of choice for vegetarians and vegans as well. The Bang Bang Cauliflower and the Super Green Juice were superb. The Wok Fried Greens was also good, as was the Curry Sambal. Super quick and attentive service. Convenient location close to Princes Street and Edinburgh Castle.
J. W.
Staff went above and beyond to accommodate not an allergy, but just a food intolerance. Food was excellent and as to be expected with a wagamama.
F. M.
Food was really good. Our server was superb - knew the menu well and was very patient when answering questions about ingredients as one person in our group suffers from allergies.
N.
The food was nice and the service was standard, felt a little rushed with the meal. The selection of drinks was quite limited however still had nice options
J. M.
Fantastic food, fresh and fragrant. Chefs need to time cooking a bit better. I was half way through main course before my wife's was served which isn't ideal when yous are out for a meal together.
C. C.
I just came from Manchester for two days and I thought to go to wagamama to give a try.
Very nice place with very tasty food but most importantly I was amazed by the people who work there.
Very warm, helpful, very polite and professional.
Thank you guys I will definitely visit you again!
5 stars!
V. W.
Delicious food, buzzing atmosphere, cleaned my plate, huge vegan options, wide selection of beers, wines and other alcoholic beverages. Delicious smoothies, gluten free and amazing vegetarian dishes. Most meals about £10, not necessarily the cheapest lunch but tasty nonetheless.
F. K.
Excellent food. Great service. Lot's of seafood options.
C. T.
Fast efficient service. Diverse menu that caters well for vegans.

First time at this particular one.
Took a while to be seated despite several empty tables.
But once seated service was quick. Food was great and brought out quickly.
Tasty and filling as Wagamama usually is.
A. L.
Lots of vegan options. It's not one of the cheapest places in Edinburgh but it is worth eating at this restaurant. Very good quality and quantity. Highly recommended!
J. T.
Good food & Service, although I was cold sat at the table.
T. R.
This isn't the best experience. Obviously short staffed. And you can tell the waiter was fed up and was not in full attention. Wrong order got served.
S. S.
Nice and efficient staff. Highchairs and baby changing facilities available. For me the menu is always a hit or miss though, so I always end up going for the same dishes! Boring I know. Firecracker chicken is VERY very hot, and then some more. Proceed with caution.
A.
Food was excellent. Service was fast and everyone was lovely. Great time!
N. H.
I like the look of this place, it's very clean and the seats are comfy and it's nice and warm inside. Unfortunately the food and prices are not up to par. This place is very 'imitation Asian food' where honestly you would be so much better finding an authentic Korean, Chinese, Japanese or Thai restaurant (that do exist in Edinburgh.) I ordered steak bulgogi which wasn't too bad but the steak was far too thick and dry to be like proper bulgogi and it was also £15!! Wow. That is so expensive for what it was. My partner had a duck donburi which tasted like cat food. And it also cost £15. I ordered a side of kimchi and although it tasted fine I got 3 small pieces for £1. And a small coke was £3. Ouch. I don't want to be too harsh because it's nice inside and the waiters were nice and I'd had ramen from Wagamama in Manchester which was good. So if I'd go again I'd just get ramen. But this experience was just disappointing.
S. F.
Pretty good food. Always consistent. Friendly staff. Not too expensive.
S. J.
Amazing! food was delicious
T. G.
Wagamama is currently my number 1 restaurant chain absolutely fantastic food selection and everything including staff and nice place. Really good choice to eat out.
E.
Excellent food, increasing number of vegan and vegetarian options. Never met a staff who was in a bad mood. Today our lovely waitress Josie introduced us to the new vegan meat options and we were over the moon for both the food and her amazing service. Would recommend wagamama 10/10 times.
Y. T.
NOT BAD
s. k.
Food was delicious !!! Vegans/vegetarians not to worry as they got their own vegan menu!
J. C.
Great service. Lovely atmosphere. Great food.
P. T. O.
Delicious food, friendly service. Zoe (? Not sure, in any case a young lady with a big rainbow lanyard) was so friendly and helpful she has actually managed to completely reverse the opinion we had from a past experience at Wagamama in Glasgow. So food came relatively quickly, customised as per request and delicious. Gave a good tip, left happy.
M. N.
I like how the covid measures are respected and the food, everyone knows is amazing. However, deducting 1 stars as i feel they're slightly understaffed. Had to wait 20 min just to place the order
M. Ž.
Absolutely lovely place with a many options for Vegans !
We had Vegan and Chicken Ramen and they were absolutely delicious!
A.
Very helpful and friendly staff, good quality tasty food
J.
Food was tasty, but the waiter knocked some of my food on the floor by accident. He was very polite about it, but a replacement would have been nice!
l. p.
The staff were very nice but it's a Wagamama's, you know that you're getting, no surprises. The food is okay, if a little expensive. If you have no particular place in mind and need something to eat, this is a safe bet.
d.
Friendly staff, lovely food, fab portion sizes.
A.
Good for those who are looking for healthy selections
T. E.
Got a takeaway from here. Food was decent- pretty much as it is sitting in and they do a good job of packing it up into containers. It just seems a little expensive despite the fact that when sitting in, Wagamamas is a reasonably priced eatery. Probably just perception- used to spending £10-£15 pp for a Chinese or Indian takeaway so £15-£20 seems expensive.
Staff were very nice; I had to wait five minutes beyond my pick up time but was offered a seat, glass of water (or another, presumably paid for drink).
P. C.
Reliable "Japanese" food and ramen. Not truly authentic but hey, you know what you'll get. Checks the box.
S. G.
My first time at Wagamama's Edinburgh. Had a pleasant meal and a very tasty ramen. Personnel was very nice and thoughtful. Thanks.
O. G.
Great Japanese food 🍲; hearty and tasty dish, it is a great option and the personal is very polite.
C.
Great food and very friendly staff, they were very helpful with explaining the available dishes.
A. M.
I have been here a few times now and the food was delicious! Ramen is my go to choice and I thought it was super food, might not be the most authentic around but definitely would recommend it. Prices are a bit on the high side but worth it every once in a while.
H. D.
Food good as always, but focus seems more on online orders these days.
I.
Great and efficient service, tasty food. We didn't have to wait to come in and staff looked after us well. Loved the online payment system with the ability to split the bill and tip: so easy and convenient
R. B.
Service was very fast. I had ramen bowl and it tasted delicious. Service was fast and friendly. I’ll surely return when visiting UK.
L. T.
Very good food and efficient service. Portion size is quite large as well, which makes for good value for money.
A. M.
Good mix of Japanese and Asian food, the service was good
M. L.
Best Ramen I've ever had - and I've eaten Ramen in Tokyo! All the food was Amazing, the service was great, me and my date had an amazing time and honestly can't wait to come back. I wanted to take extra ramen home with me.
A. P. (. P.
First taste of Japanese food, was not the least bit dissapointed and will be sure to come back
P. P.
Amazing food, would definitely recommend this.
B. S.
Great healthy food and friendly service by Cal and Simone
K. P.
Delicious as usual. Wish I'd asked for less noodles though - the portion sizes are pretty big!!
R. R.
Great service , great restaurant and good food.
T. B.
Good vegan food. Recommended.
S. S.
Amazing food as always. I highly recommend the short rib ramen.
E. A.
We were so impressed by how many vegan options there are and how a vegan menu was offered without us even having to ask :) Josie was our waitress and she gave brilliant and friendly service as well as recommendations!
R. A. B.
The place was well prepared following the new Covid rules. The people were very friendly and polite and the food was fresh and very tasty.
The green tea offered by the house is absolutely amazing!
D.
Amazing food!
B. S.
Takeout gyoza and ramen hit the spot.
Food came out pretty fast and was tasty.
Worth the visit while in Edinburgh.
They accept American Express.
A. F.
Nice casual asian food with a good selection of Ramen noodles, curry rice and salads.
S. B.
Great wagamamas, catered for our intolerances. Staff were lovely, very helpful. Food great, couldnt fault it.
G. S.
Good food ,nice staff. First time to this place on Lothian rd
J. W.
Our waitress Tara was very good. She'd only just started working there and we were very impressed.
B. c.
Nice place, great service, lovely food

Wonderfull food but very loud
B. N.
Good service and tasty food. This is a great option if you are wanting something fast but healthy. Dishes are all freshly prepared and packed full of flavour. The menu has a good range of dishes varying from spicy to not spicy, and both big and small portions to cater to everyone's needs. They also have a good selection of drinks, including healthy smoothies, soft drinks, beer & wine.
K. B.
Hardly any flavour
B. 1.
The new menu is great as always.. the vegan menu is brilliant so much to chose from!
g. h.
Lovely range of juices and asian foods. Clean, comfy seats. Oh and the WC was clean too... Important on a day out !!
L. J.
First time I've been and we were really impressed. Great food and great service and excellent quality for money.
K. B.
Great food and even better service
S. S.
Well I have to say the food in Wagamma, is great, very enjoyable, reasonable priced and very friendly service.
Deliciously tasty!
A. B.
Only 4-5 tables taken in quite a large restaurant space so staff tended to gather to chat - not an issue but this meant no attention given to customers. I needed to use the baby changing facility and was asked to wait whilst we watched several staff members go in and use the facilities - they had no cleaning supplies with them so they weren't cleaning. We waited 15 mins before I could go in to change our son. We had to wait for cutlery whilst food got cold, then wait about 20 mins for the bill until my husband finally approached the crowd to ask for it only to be told to stand back and asked to return to his seat due to covid 19 where we continued to have to wait another 10 mins to get the bill and then rold to pay via the app. Server was great with my son and gave him both Katsu Curry options to try which I thought was really nice and we really appreciated the gesture which is why I have given 3 stars and not 1.
P. C.
Recommended as best ramen. Maybe in Edinburgh, wasn't bad but had way betters in Poland
A. M.
Was recommended the chicken katsu curry by all my mates, now I know why. Was absolutely delicious and the pork belly buns, sublime👌🏼
s. t.
The service was fantastic. Welcomed at the doors. Safety procedures for covid 19 were well explained by staff and signs and hygiene stations are clearly visible. The service was prompt and professional. Food was top form as usual from wagas,
A. L.
Very good food not sire about the cold egg but the beef reman is very good and has a little heat to it.
S.
Not big on chains, but I do like going here, mainly because I love their vegetarian and vegan options which more often than not are better than the meat dishes. The soups for example are very tasty and the fried tofu has the perfect crispy vs. squishy consistency. Staff is exceptionally friendly too, so it's worth the slightly more pricey experience.
P. D.
Good ambience, normal food
J. M.
Great food, courteous staff and extensive vegan menu. Service could have been faster, we were waiting a fair while between dishes of the same course arriving. Overall an excellent meal, would recommend.
A. K.
We went with a big group and most were happy with their meals. Personally find it very overrated, curry very watery, seat was soaking wet and the service quite patchy. Have been before and liked it, but this time, not so much.
E. G.
Josie looked after us and she was an absolute star. She was fast efficient and very friendly, if I could give 6 stars I would.
Thankyou
Eddie & Beccah
A. F.
Good food, amazing service, especially if you have any allergies ( even a long list of them) the manager Wajdi was, pleasant, efficient and simply fabulous at helping me choose food that I can eat. I would highly recommend to go there.
R. H.
Went in for an early lunch before a show. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Food was good and arrived quickly. Even when the restaurant filled up we weren’t made to feel they needed our table. Air con was a little too cold though and we wished we had some layers to put on!
R. B.
Wagamama is great for a quick bite or a full meal.. the menu is varied and tasty with options for everyone. Staff are friendly and efficient.
S. C.
Loved it, very nice building too close to the castle
d. k.
Good food good service. I like that you can pay online.
E. S.
Always always love wagamamas, it's my perfect treat. Our server was so kind and very concerned. My partner just came off a very long flight and wasn't hungry, our server was very concerned that he didn't like the food. Offering something else, even a glass of water. I couldn't catch her name but she was very good and considerate.
I. C.
Absolutely delicious food but it was very warm inside the restaurant.
C. S.
Absolutely loved this Salted Caramel Cheese Cake !
A. Y.
Great, tasty Asian cuisine. Quick service and a lively atmosphere. The waiting staff were helpful, however it should be noted that the restaurant can get busy at times. Definitely worth it for the standard of food and the central location though. I definitely recommend wagamama!
M. D.
We have only been here a couple of times, as the bairns are still a bit too young for Japanese food, but we very much enjoy it.
The atmosphere is nice and quiet even if it can be a wee bitty busy at times.
The staff is very friendly and the service is good as well as quick.
They have a kids menu as well as crayons for the bairns.
S. M.
First time collecting during the pandemic. Was waiting too long but they had one person doing a two person job at the front of the shop. One person should have been doing the customers sitting in and another doing the deliveries and collections. I could see my order be brought to the front and sit for just about 5 minutes before the colleague dealing with the customers choosing to sit in could collect it.
E. C.
A busy location, fast and friendly service. Standard Wagamama menu, good vegan options.
d. m.
It's growing on me we had to visits
S. C.
An always busy branch with good service. You cant book in advance unless you're in a larger group, so smaller parties may have to sit at a longer communal tables. A great range of dishes, and decent options for vegetarian/vegan. Drinks are fairly expensive. Forks and spoons provided alongside chopsticks!
N. R.
Seating not comfy. Service was good. Food was amazing.
S. W.
A good restaurant in general. It's vegetarian/vegan menu could leave a little to be desired, but the bang bang cauliflower and vegetarian katsu-curry are very delicious. It has a great selection of alcohol and smoothies. It's desserts are delicious, and it's menu over all is delicious. Most branches I have been to including this one have nice yet simple ambience. There is music yet I do not find it too loud. It can get very busy on weekends and you would almost certainly need a reservation.
K. J.
Excellent friendly and attentive service I had the Katsu vegetarian which was well presented, not too large with a delicate fragrant curry sauce. I followed it with vanilla ice cream with coconut flakes and passion fruit coulis
I left full but not heavy.
This was my first experience and I am likely to go back.
P. V.
At first it feels like they rush you in and are not very polite, however, once you are in, the service and food are impecable, waitress treated us great and I have only good thoughts about the food.
R. B.
Lovely food. Friendly service. Will definitely go back again.
v. s.
Awesome ambience to eat
Place is mostly crowded so you might have to wait but won't take you too long coz the place is pretty big
Loved the vibe
Loved the vegan Padthai, the quantity was good.
L. C.
I had the chicken ramen and the chicken was really nice but the broth was really salty, it had a nice flavour but the salt over took everything, this is my first time trying ramen so it might just be like that at any place but really disappointed with the salt
A. D.
We have been coming to Wagamama for years. Lovely food, great variety, even a menu for vegetarians and vegans if you ask. Very busy at peak hours and you will need to reserve a table. However, upon ordering a vegan meal last time, I was told I would be served a vegetarian meal instead because it supposedly tasted better according to the staff. They were difficult to understand due to the noise, but did not change the order to vegan although particularly asked to. I am lactose intolerant and ended up being served a vegetarian meal. Sadly this is unacceptable and we will not return any time soon.
J. t. g. w. a. T.
Incredible eat in place. The food is absolutely FANTASTIC and the staff are excellent too. I'm sure the takeaway will be just as good also. Will definitely be going again.
M. G.
My wife and I enjoyed a bite to eat here before going to the cinema. The chili ramen was really nice! We also had bang bang cauliflower and some dumplings (as sides) and a veg katsu curry. All were very tasty and the service was just right. Enough attention without feeling every mouthful is being watched! Great place, we'll be back.
K. G.
My best friend works in your restaurant, so..... yes Everything was terrible to the point that I wanted to leave but I didn't and everything above is a lie ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°).
Food is perfect, personel is even better.
Friend really works by that place.
Go there and enjoy your food like never before.
B. S.
Cheap, quick and delicious. Seating varies between long benches and tables for smaller groups / couples. Booking isn't really required, good for when you want to pop in or are in a rush. It's nice and close to the shops, makes it good for dinner after a long day
G. A.
TLDR; Not worth going. Food is only fine, price is too high, waiting staff standards are low. But you can play with colour pencils and have free green tea. It's great that they are making an effort for Vegans, but there are much better options in town.
Wagamama does a few things well:
- They makes an effort to cater vegan food, offering an unexpectedly good selection of vegan options including a couple of ice-creams.
- They innovate in a somewhat controversial way by offering coloured pencils and table covers where you can draw. I personally find this great and refreshing.
- Free green tea. And pretty good at that.
But, on our visit, there were quite a few things we did not enjoy:
- The waiter kept on writing on our table paper covers. It felt intrusive and rude. We felt it was very intrusive and made us a bit uncomfortable.
- The waiter assigned to us was not unkind, but he was not very good at his job. He was not pushy, but not particularly patient, awkward at his job. Seemed stressed and trying really hard to be polite, which felt so artificial it was uncomfortable. Either he was having a terrible day, or the standards at this Wagamama are fairly low.
- The food was acceptable, but not good enough for the price. You can get much better noodles at Red Box for almost half the price.
- The environment was extremely noisy and the music was terrible.
Bottom line: Much better options in town for less. Would not recommend.
H. M.
Good food served quickly. It's (mostly) healthy, filling and consistent. Shared tables and more private booths depending on your preference/availability though some of the booths by the window might feel a bit like you're In a fish bowl if you're not too preoccupied by the yummy food!
S. A.
For quite a few years, I liked the concept of Wagamama better than its food. I'm vegetarian, and their vegetarian menu items were mostly very carby or in the case of their salads, always a bit wilted. Then they bought out their wonderful bang bang cauliflower and their steamed buns with shiitaki mushrooms and aubergine, both of which are delicious. Today they were out of cauliflower when I went in, but I really fancied a mixed salad and I noticed they had started to offer tempura veg, which I ordered despite feeling that they would probably be greasy. They were nothing of the sort; in fact, the tempura was hot, crisp and grease-free: better than most of the tempura I've eaten at expensive restaurants, and what an inspiring selection of veg they used: red pepper, tenderstem broccoli, asparagus and sweet potato (which I can't eat, so they gave me more pepper.) And the good-sized salad was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to go back and order exactly the same again.
J. K.
Great place, the staff were incredibly accommodating despite some quite esoteric requests, and a power cut. Got undercooked noodles but they were redone to more than satisfaction immediately. Kids' food is good, and they even give you baby chopsticks!
C. M.
On arrival the staff are very nice. The meals came quickly enough and were very enjoyable, I am a fan of their food. HOWEVER, after my friends and I had payed the bill we required about five pounds in change. This did not arrive, even after waiting twenty minutes. This is not the first time they have taken ages to bring change. Unfortunately we were under time-constraints and had to leave - I guess we'll never know if they were going to bring back the change...
M. F.
Loved wagamama! We went to try the new vegan menu and definitely worth the time and money. I had the shiitake omelette and my friend the vegan katsu curry. Both dishes were flavourful, well presented and big in size - you definitely won't leave hungry!!
The service and premises were nice and friendly, and they invited us to have some green tea at the end of our meal, which was a nice touch!!!
I. F.
Friendly staff and really good food fresh hot and full of flavour. I'd recommend the dine in exercise. But not so much the take out as the portion size is a little smaller than expected however over all 5 star
A. G.
Food always tasty, and feels like a healthy portion of veg is always on the plate. Service good. We were about £80 for four people including two children's portions.
D. B.
The staff are friendly and courteous. Consider the time and date you go as it can be very busy causing a significant wait time. The food is tasty but can be muted compared to more authentic preparations.
H. S.
Food as usual was delicious. Our attendant Atila was cheerful and very helpful.
D. Y.
I really love having a Wagamama's. This was the first time we had been to the Edinburgh branch, having been to Glasgow's many times.
A very welcoming atmosphere when you go in. They have a small lift to make the restaurant area accessible. They have a baby changing area in the disabled toilet. The staff were lovely and very quick at taking orders and serving up when food is ready (not necessarily at the same time as everyone elses)
The food is great quality and tasty. I really feel it's fairly healthy food and dietary concerns are easily figured out with a quick chat with the server,
The children's serving I ordered for my toddler was perfect for him. Cut up into strips or chopped into small pieces, they really took into consideration his age when serving the food.
I really liked the high-chair. I've not seen one like that before that attaches to the table rather than stand-alone, It really made him feel like he was part of the dinner.
E. R.
Tasty food but some confusion over our drinks order.
j. A. H.
It was my first time at wagamaa , the service was quick and taste full. The hint of ginger really got me. Tea is perfect to digest the stuff you ate.

The only drawback are the prices which are maybe a little steep and that your stomach can only fit so much of their delicious food. Although a chain resteraunt their food tastes very unique and fresh and the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Been here a few times and never been disappointed
n. b. (.
The Firecracker chicken was excellent and spicy. On a different brunch visit I had the kedgeree and really enjoyed the mix of curry and egg. But the soba noodles are bland and can be light on the sauce. Good service and quick food though.
H. S. (.
It's a wagamama and that means always great food, fun service and their normal crazy draw numbers all over your placemat ordering system. I've been to these shops in London, Amsterdam and Edinburgh and the food quality has always been great! To do that in an airport like Heathrow tells you this place has a magical formula for goodness. If you like Japanese Asian Fusion then you are going to LOVE this place.
L. B.
I can't love their food any more than I do! Each time I'm taken to one of the Wagamama's in Edinburgh I never have a bad time! The food is incredible and so are their juices. The staff were very helpful and polite and the prices were reasonable to match the food.
G. C.
This my first Wagamama's. I like this style of food so don't know why I had never been. It was great. Food, atmosphere, sraff and service was great. I have decide I will only ever eat 'Squid balls 'til I die.
A. B.
Friendly and well organized staff. I had yaki soba with shrimps, it was quite tasty, served after like 10 minutes after ordering, which is very quick. Prices are a bit on the expensive side though, I'd say.
M. G.
First time here and I'm not disappointed. I really enjoyed all the food and side dish. Can't complain about the price, it's more than fair with that quality. Would recommend
Z. B. N.
Exceptional food and service! The staff was really attentive even though the place was packed. The food was fenomenal. I haven't had that nice and healthy food in a good while. Thank you.
T.
Healthy, tasty and fast — a welcome change from all the pub food! A nice variety of dishes to choose from as well as lots of options for a variety of dietary preferences.
D. B.
Very taste dishes that didn't disappoint until now. It is not the cheapest place to go but definitely a good value for money, and the staff was super friendly. Definitely recommended!
S. W.
Really nice building and décor.
The staff are polite and kind providing a good service.
The food is excellent providing a good choice of Japanese dishes.
Been there many times and will definitely go again in the future.
K. H.
Good food, but fast, Wagamama is always a favourite for a quick, informal but delicious dinner. If you can get one of the window booths you'll be much more comfortable than the long tables with bench seating, and you won't have to negotiate your chopsticks elbow-to-elbow with the stranger next to you. The food is reliably good, the staff are friendly, and they don't mind substituting or tweaking dishes to suit you. I highly recommend anything with udon noodles!
P. G.
A long time favourite of mine, Wagamama's delivers super fresh, tasty & reasonably healthy options. Not as cheap as it used to be (a decade plus ago...) but never had a bad meal there & there's always a queue, which says it all really!
A. B.
Great food as always.
P. B.
Really enjoyed my first visit to Wagamama Edinburgh. The staff were super friendly and helpful, really taking the time to be genuinely chatty, and making me feel instantly at ease. Despite the dining room being packed, it never felt crowded and the bench style seating was comfortable and gave us plenty of space to enjoy our meal.
Our order was taken really quickly and food came promptly, delicious gyoza, steamed buns and katsu curries all round. Really good quality food at a decent price and outstanding service. More restaurants in Edinburgh could take a tip or two from this place - will definitely be back! :)
J.
Friendly staff and great food. Would highly recommend
J. K.
Decent Japanese fusion chain restaurant. Prompt service and consistently appetising food.
Gets really busy late in the week and at weekends, and Wagamama's steadfast policy of refusing advanced bookings means there can often be a queue to be seated.
Overall though, if you enjoy the lively atmosphere and tasty Japanese style food there is plenty to enjoy.
C. E.
It's great for European/crazy variations of Asian cousine and there a few amazing things on the menu, especially dessert.
Wagama seems quite the spot in Edinburgh so it does get busy... It would be great to get another location
A. D.
Very impressed by how well the restaurant is organised for the covid 19 context.
Service was excellent, especially around allergy awareness.
Food was also as good as always!
R. M. A.
One of the best ramen I've ever tasted in EU but if you have tried an authentic Japanese ramen, you will see a difference (I don't know how to explain the difference between them, but I've been eating a lot of authentic Japanese ramen since I lived in Asia before) but Wagamama's ramen is still a very good ramen and it is recommendable. The place is really clean and the service is good.
G. B.
Great service ,Staff friendly, liked this place alot . Ramen was exellent as was the Sirloin Teryaki .fully licensed and always busy is a good sign. Toilets were very clean as was the restaurant itself . A must if your visiting Edinburgh .
S. J.
Very friendly staff at this Wagamama makes for a really pleasurable dining experience. They really made the difference to our lunch. Food at Waga is always fresh, healthy and the fresh juices are a must.
L. P.
Try the Bang Bang cauliflower, you will not be disappointed. The beef, on the other hand, I find it a bit difficult to bite on. Maybe try smaller bits when serving them? And one other thing: for the love of noodles, I had three people asking me, within 5 minutes, if everything is ok, while I was halfway through chewing that beef. I really appreciate it, I do, but 3? Within 5 min? If I need you, rest assured I will find you * evil laugh *.
Thank for that delicious cauliflower!
P. C.
Delicious 🤤. 5*. Recommend
E.
I was surprised how good food is there. Also they have separate vegan and gluten free menus. Everyone can be accommodated. Fast food alike but with tasty menu.
C. H.
I do love Wagamama but not as much as I used to.
We went as an after work quick meal most recently and the waitress sat us next to the chefs who were on a break and chatting really loudly which was a bit annoying. I kind of feel that it would be better considering the place was half empty to either seat customers away from staff throwing crap at each other and swearing or have a staff room. We were also put at a tiny table for two which we moved from to a larger space as there were at least 50 spares.
The Ramen I always ordered has now changed :-( but I enjoyed the food we ordered but sometimes feel the veg in the stirfrys could be more as you feel a bit meat and noodled out at the end these days. Now dont get me wrong I can live on meat and noodles but I do love some token veg in there too.
K. V. (.
Great menu and great prices! Lovely staff explained the pretty extensive menu as it was our first time there. Wish we could take this place to Texas with us!
A. L.
Summary: Solid Wagamama offering that can be very busy at the weekends.
I'm a fan of Wagamama's Japanese-themed restaurants -- the fresh food and juice, the customisable menu, the crisp flavours -- and this is a fine example. The atmosphere is busy and informal, the service snappy and friendly, with dishes arriving as they are prepared rather than all at once. As cooking times are swift, tables are prone to filling with tasty dishes rather quickly, making this the perfect place to visit when very hungry, especially given the generous portions for the main meals.
However, due to its central location very close to Princes Street, this branch can get very busy at peak times. Fortunately, the turnover of tables is rather fast, so waiting times are often not too long.
L. S.
excellent staff good food cooked quickly and server told us that as we ordered for 4 people that food would come separately which it did
was excellent food served as it should be and the option of chopsticks was available
lots of options for food to suit all tastes And reasonably priced
would go back
J. B.
I have recently had disappointing experiences at other Wagamamas, but here, Service was prompt and attentive and not aggressive and the food was good. Fine example of a chain restaurant. But there are better local run businesses that serve similar food.
F. W.
Amazing food, friendly staff. Waitress serving us was very helpful and had a very good knowledge of the dishes to give recommendations, Lucky beer was so good. Definitely recommended
M. H.
Such an amazing place - the staff are so incredibly nice and I couldn't feel more safe. The food is incredible as well.
D. M.
You can't go wrong with Wagamama, if you've been to any throughout the country, then you know what you're getting. It's a chain, but it doesn't feel like it. The food is good and fresh, the atmosphere fun, and I love the juices and teas! Yes, you may have to queue, but it's worth it.
M. J.
Love this restaurant. It is busy most of the time, but wait for a table or just easy book a table and that food really worth it. Also waiters and waitresses are most of the time really friendly and happy to help you with everything.
F. A.
A great place for a quick meal, you know the food will always be good and the menu changes some parts fairly often so there are new things to try. The staff have always been pleasant, described the new dishes and recommended things that would go together.
K. L.
Very nice place and wagamama's always has great food. Longer wait than expected for the Tuesday night I went. There was a more than five minute wait between mine and my friend's dishes being brought to the table.
I. L.
Not real Japanese rice. The first bowl was just warm so the gave us another bowl which is piping hot. Service was good. 20% vat added to bill!
S. W.
I must admit that we felt in love with Wagamama restaurants when we first visited one in Ireland. In every single city there is one we eat there. No problem, if you call me biased.
Where to start?
When you enter the restaurant, a friendly smiling staff member welcomes you and escorts you to your seats. During you stay you get as much water or green tea as you like. The staff will recommend you a dish if you wish and they're very helpful while considering your needs. After choosing your dish, you get it almost immediately. They are super fast it's incredible. The best thing is the food. It's so tasty I'm sure you can order anything from menu and you won't be disappointed.
If it's your first time visiting a Wagamama restaurant, I recommend you the chicken ramen (noodle soup with chicken breast) to get a first impression of that tasty cuisine. It's the classic one, that they're famous for.
During our visit we are two times there and this is what we had and love.
Starters/Sides:
- tori kara age (crispy chicken with sauce to dip)
- yasai steamed gyoza (steamed vegetarian dumplings with sauce to dip)
Main:
- ginger chicken udon (noodles with chicken)
- teriyaki chicken donburi (bowl of rice with chicken on top)
- chicken kare lomen (bowl with noodles and chicken breast covered in a curry-like soup)
To sum it up:
I never ate there something what didn't taste me. You'll never have to wait long for your meal (if seats are available). Staff treats you like an old friend.
Can I recommend it?
What are your waiting for? Get to the next restaurant immediately! You won't regret it.

Let me tell you a story about customer service in this Wagamama store. I won’t even talk about the food and how amazing it is (it’s literally my therapy food). So about a week ago, on Thursday I order Wagamama at 21:45 cause I know I leave university at 21:30 and I’ll be tired from a full day of lectures and activities, and I’ll be hungry. Me being me and looking extremely forward to this meal, places my Wagamama order through Deliveroo at 15:40 in the afternoon, since I already know it’s gonna be a tough day and imma need my therapy food. My order gets accepted yada yada yada. Fast forward to that night, I’m waiting for a phone call, nothing. At 22:15 (half an hour after my order was supposed to come) I get an email saying that my order was cancelled by Deliveroo because of no availability of drivers at that busy time. So by this point I’m pissed cause I’m hungry (more like hangry) and it’s already really late. I call Wagamama and ask them what happened and they tell me “We have no idea, your order is ready waiting to be delivered”. So, I call Deliveroo and ask for clarification and I’m told that I won’t be getting my order as per the email and I that I received a full refund and credit. Naturally, I sit in my room, full-on cry for about 5 minutes and then decide that I’m gonna get my Wagamama that I was so looking forward to. I call them and ask if my food is still there and the manager says it is, but it’s cold and asks me how long till I can get there so they can remake it. I get an Uber and in 15 minutes I’m there. Those sweethearts prepared my order from scratch at NO COST, gave me 2 complementary juices and were so apologetic about the whole experience. I cannot thank them enough for putting all that extra effort in making sure that I enjoy an amazing, just-prepared meal. Thank you to the manager, the staff and the cooks for ensuring that I don’t go hungry that night.
S. M.
The food was tasty and they have a wide range of good asian foods.
I personally recommend Chicken Gyoza to pork meat buns as sides and pork ramen as the main.
You will be full and satisfied :)
J. E.
Wagamama on Lothian road always has quick service and good food making it the ideal spot for lunch if you only have an hour break. Staff are friendly, there is a vegan/veggie menu, and the location is ideal.
P. W.
I had 3 courses of wagamama delight. Including my favourite, chicken Firecracker!
E.
Wagamama's is a pretty easy option, it doesn't take long for food to arrive and the quality is fairly consistent.
I don't fully understand why meals come out at random, I know they stress this at the start but when eating out together we like to eat together. I was left waiting for my main whilst my dining parter ate hers (albeit reluctantly).
Our squid was a little on the chewy side and my firecracker chicken was lacking in sauce. It was full on flavour though with a dark smokey chilli kick, tasty! My dining partner's dish was delicate and creamy but lacking any punch.
S. E.
Great food as to be expected
S. A.
Legit spend £30 on my own meal 🤦♀️ In order to save money i guess i should probably just go hungry or learn how to cook this type of stuff 🤷♀️ nice atmosphere and good food though. And QUICK service!
D. a.
Big portions and food is rly cheap for what you get while being exceptionally good. We were 4 people and one of us got the food a little late and then got it for free bcs he had to wait. Will come again :)
B. B.
Chicken Gyoza and Chicken Firecracker are must haves!
H. A.
The best Wagamama branch ever. My son has sone allergies on certain food. They brought the chef himself (Jean Paul) and also (Patrisha) to make sure that my son does not eat something that may affect him. What a sweet and kind treatment from Professional staff like Jean Paul and Patrisha. The rest of the staff was friendly as well. But huge credits to both Jean Paul and Patrisha. Cheers
T. T.
Brilliant food ,however meat proportions to test of the ingredients not matching (10% to 90%) . Overall not bad .
P. S.
Fresh japanese and crossover food. Great flavors and a menu with extra options for vegan food. Portion sized are not too big.
N. A.
Had a lovely meal. Good gf menu
S. B.
Probably my favourite food chain, the food is always tasty and fresh and you can eat healthily if you want. I had a delicious pad thai and fresh juice at the Edinburgh branch and the staff were pleasant and food was served quickly.
S. L. (.
Before Wagamama came to Edinburgh I was pretty desolate. Now I'm happy.
It's a great chain to go to for quick food and ease of service.
Sometimes, because it's the only one in E, it can get pretty busy! And if there is a queue, I will always go somewhere else as Lothian Road has a plethora of great eateries - a lot of them independent too.
K. A.
Great environment - lovely meal and staff. This wasn't a special occasion but turned into a great evening because of the atmosphere. Highly recommended
j. p.
First time trying this restaurant and the food was amazing, fresh ingredients and good value for money. Friendly staff
A. G.
One of the nicest Wagamamas I have been to, great food, excellent and friendly service, and the layout of the restaurant is nice and spacious. Plus it is in a brilliant location, I would recommend this.
S. A.
Food is ok but rip off merchants here. Same old story in the Uk tho. Not worth the money. I can get food twice as good as this for a few quid in Thailand
A. G.
Wagamma which in Japanese means 'selfish' rather than for some reason what they put on their menu, 'naught child'. And boy when you get in here you'll want to unleash your selfish side ordering everything on the menu regardless. As far as chain restaurants go this has always been my favourite offering reasonably authentic steaming bowls of miso ramen and katsu curry. In recent years they have expanded their menu to include some Thai and south Asian influenced options. If you are looking for slimming or healthy options don't be fooled a lot of these dishes are incredibly high in oil and fat however a lovely slimmers friendly option is the teriyaki chicken donburi which comes with steamed rice, delicious grilled chicken, fresh veg and a side of yummy kimchi. The great thing about this place is no matter your dietary choices, veggie, vegan, dairy or gluten free you'll get something tasty here. The staff are without fail pleasant and accommodating but this branch is always busy. They have also opened a branch in Ocean Terminal which is quieter but equally nice.
N. W.
I always get the yasai yaki soba which is delicious! I would say the food genuinely looks like it does on the menu which always helps you decide. There are plenty of options to choose from to suit different tastes, and the staff are good at explaining the dishes and making recommendations.
A. C. D.
Excellent food and friendly, prompt service. We couldn't have asked for more. Absolutely would recommend.
D. M.
Ok, so let me start of by saying this is LITERALLY the best place ever.
Let me take you on a little journey through time.
So when i was a young boy, I was never knew truly good food. *laughs at self* I was so naive.
I went to Glasgow for the science museum, and after a long time my little self was feeling hungry, the family and I where all Hungry in fact.
But little did I know i was about to start a new chapter in my life.
Wagamamas!
At the time it wasn't in Edinburgh so i never saw it before.
I took my first bite and...
*that animation from doctor who where he travels through time*
"Wow" - me
"Are you enjoying your meal?" - waiter
*a single tear drop*
"Y-yes, yes I am"
"Ok... well if you need anything else..."
I still remember what i ordered
Ginger chiken udon!
And now here we are! And I have wagamamas In my town!
You don't understand stand the attachment that i have for this place.
I genuinely believe this is a small corner of heven on this earth!
So to sum up!
It's the best don't @ me.
S. F.
The staff were great everything you want when taking your order, the food was fine but I've found better places that do this kind of food, the one thing that would stop me gong back again though is the meals don't come our at the same time, there's was only two of us and there must have been about 5 minutes from one of us getting food, to the other receiving their's which isn't good when you go out for a meal together, it's like eating separately the way it was done.
G. T.
Very good food and great service from the waitress that we had. I would recommend to go here for a meal. I had a meal with work colleagues and it was a great atmosphere.
B. K.
Very tasty food. Very nice waiters. The foods looks in the bowl exactly like the picture in the menu.
G. M.
As a fan of Wagamama I was very happy when they finally opened an Edinburgh branch on Lothian Road. As usual with Wagamama, great food and quick service are the norm. My usual grilled chicken katsu curry & freshly squeezed juice never fail and there are a few new dishes this winter which sound particularly nice & spicy to heat you up on a chilly day.
S. M.
I'm new to the Wagamama experience but have recently been here twice in Edinburgh and had friendly, helpful service and tasty but uncomplicated food.did n't blow me away. Favourite dishes so far include the goyza and chilli squid and Chicken Katsu as well as the new Yaki Udon.
Perfect for when you need a quick bite. Shared tables and buzzing atmosphere make it more of a friendly than romantic environment.
L. R.
Fantastic staff so very helpful when ordering and amazing service. The food was phonominal and so very appetizing. We will indeed be going to a wagamamas again. I hope to find the establishment as amazing as this one.
a. m.
Great service and food good value and of decent quality. Some choices better than others but lovely setting . Limited but good gf menu.
J. R.
Chicken ramen :) not bad to have a such windy cold weather
A. D. F.
Food was okay and a bit late but they are very good at handling allergens.
H. 1.
Great atmosphere. Great food. Friendly and helpful staff. Free sample food. What more could you ask for?
G. O.
was my first time in Wagamama and not my last. The service was fast and friendly. The food was amazing and prepared brilliantly. Would recomend this to anyone looking for an alternative to the standard "eastern" food.
C. P.
Firstly I am the first to admit that I dont like chain restaurants, but I like Wagamama.
The food was delicious and the waitress that served us was super friendly and plenty of patientce dealing with eight chatty girlies!! situated on lothian Road, the location couldnt be better!
L.
Food is bland. Server was wearing mustard jumper so didn't recognise him as staff. Clean and reasonably priced. Would go again
G. a. N.
This restaurant gets packed. We tried the shrimp appetizers and I had ramen which had good taste to it. They also had a good selection of desserts and drinks.
G. C.
Booked a slot for after cinema family meal. As always great food loved the choices. Bought the cook book!
M. G.
Suppose to be 5* but you don't have here plum wine... A buuu
R. L.
Amazing vegan menu for a really good price. The staff are always friendly no matter how busy it is.
C. H.
Great food and excellent staff, but I wish they would include VAT in the prices they advertise - it's not cheap here, and the extra VAT on the bill comes as a bit of a shock...!
S. C.
Staff friendly. Food great. Atmosphere good. Can't wait to try the one back home in Newcastle
M. S.
Food was great!
M. S.
Awesome dining experience wasnt really forward to it but great staff explained the menu and what best to eat will defo be back
M. E.
Love love the food so so tasty. Such a good selection of dishes. My favourite is fire cracker chicken.
O. S.
A lovely Nice place, with very Good service and staff. The food taste very good and the was big portion of food
Z. P.
Oodles of noodles, free green tea and fast service mean this is a fun/functional place for a quick dinner. As chains go, I like Wagamama's – the staff are usually very friendly and happy to accomodate things like someone asking for extra tofu, the randomness of things coming when they're ready is nice and informal (unless you get all your things last while everyone is tucking in) and the booths are kind of cosy. To warn you though, at this branch in particular, you might find yourself waiting a while to get a seat – especially towards the weekend. So try not to come when you're ready-to-chew-your-own-leg-off hungry!
a. s.
Very nice place, well organized after the lockdown. Easy to pay contactless. Tasty food as usual.
S. W.
Tasty food and healthy smoothies. Staff were nice and helpful. Portion size was a little smaller than I would have liked.
S. W.
Well organised, friendly & helpful staff and great food. Perfect for wagamama fans or first timers - or somewhere in between!
A. B.
Very nice and lovely food...
N. M.
Very nice busy place but didn't have to wait long to get a table on a Saturday night food was fantastic and staff was mint even educated us on the different chef's hats.
J. L.
Very good, staff very pleasant
H.
Good food, efficient and quick service. Have been multiple times and each time have been happy with our visit.
Y. M. F.
It's a homogeneous chain of Japanese restaurants, so you know what you're getting. Having said that, it's an interesting take on the Japanese cuisine that I like very much, and in a friendly atmosphere as well!
J. N.
Amazing food. Nice service (if a bit slow). I keep going back.
G. M.
Fresh food. Healthy options. Friendly service. Another really enjoyable lunch out with friends (yes I do have some!).
R. J.
Excellent and freshly made food, fast and friendly service with a proper vegetarian and vegan section on their menu
R. K.
Service was excellent, both times I've been here. Food was enjoyable as well.
A. K.
Have been a recent visitor for the past few months, the food is great and there are many to choose from but recently found an even better place for sushi, still it's nice the ramen and the donburi is great.
t.
Easy, quick, tasty
J. B.
Kimchee was not fresh
K. M.
Always incredible food. I love it. Every time we come to the UK. It’s one of our choices!
A. H.
Never been a fan of Wagamama but today's meal was pretty inspired. Excellent coconut cheesecake for dessert too.
S. G.
I took the Yaki Udon and they were amazing, cooked well and very tasty. At the end I took the green tea that is for free, it was good !
R. H.
Great food, great friendly staff! Overall awesome place!
A. Z.
I had a wagamama ramen there and let me tell you the ramen was delicious. The staff there is friendly and professional. Overall 5 stars.
S. D.
Really quick service. Food is nice and we'll prepared. Friendly and helpful staff and great location close to city centre
G. D.
Busy but nice
P. S.
The service was good, the food was okay. Maybe a bit too expensive for what you get. Overall an ok experience.
A. G.
The name is misleading, there were no mamas and no wagging. I was disappointed until I tried the ramen.
Their ramen is so good, it makes up for the lack of wagging.
S. C.
Great offerings from a good chain, with the positives and negatives that come from that... Brilliant service and wok fried greens as a side every time!
C. R.
Fantastic comfortable setting, with excellent friendly staff providing a fabbytastic service. Food was delicious. ...I'll be back
P. D.
Excellent service. Reasonably priced. Beautiful tasty fresh food. What more could you want?
f.
Exactly what you’d expect from a Wagga. Service was great and food was second to none was also nice and quiet when I went and food came super super quick was very happy.
K. R. S.
Food good, beautiful place but services little bit poor.
J. G.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was ok but vegetable portions were very small and not value for money.
s. d.
We were looking forward to going here before we even arrived in Edinburgh. Great food and service very friendly staff whats not to like
T. R.
One of the best looking wagas. Service was great as expected they were very busy but service was still quick. Food was standard wagamama fare.
J. S.
Food has improved a lot. Nice staff. Will go again soon
S. A.
Superb dinner... lots of starters and a sharer main.. lovely meal in Edinburgh Lothian Rd.. Servers were great..
A. C.
A good moderately priced meal. This branch can get ridiculously busy at peak times with queues out the door.
B.
Called in on a whim on the way to a concert at the Usher Hall and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. First time in Wagamama's but will be calling again.
D. S.
Good food. Nice ambience.. Struggled with the chopsticks initially as it was my first time.. ;-) But learnt how to use it by the end of it.. :-):-)
N. B.
Fantastic, the staff were extremely professional and offered a truly warm welcome. Food was equally delightful
B. 1.
Great service by Josie, quick and very knowledgeable. Thanks again

Great food, great customer service, very tasty and fresh!!! I am familiar with the Nando's chain and this branch certainly lives up to the name!
J. S.
Didn't know what to expect from Wagamama before this one opened in Edinburgh but it's fab - tasty fresh food, good menu, funky place.
m. s.
Delicious food! Super friendly staff and great selection of Asian beer
V. P.
Very good. The waitress was very attentive and ensured that we got exactly what we wanted
M. S.
We've been to all the Wagamamas in Edinburgh and this one easily has the tastiest food and the best ambience - great to get a window booth - and service staff are brilliant.
M. g. a.
Friendly staff, great service and amazing food, 10/10
Will be back again 4 sure.
E. W.
Great food. 1st experience. Staff very helpful
J. V. (.
Quickest I've ever had a meal to table at a Wagamamas (4-5 mins). Trouble is, my partners took 12+ mins.
S. T.
Great restraunt, really love the Edamame, I usually order loads of starters only as I like them the best.
A. G.
One of my favourite Waggas in Edinburgh due to its handy location, experienced staff and large eating area.
If you don't know Wagga then it can be a bit of an adventure. Order by number (okay, often by name) from a range of Asian food (closer to real eastern food than many Chinese takeaways but not that close) and then sit back while it arrives randomly / when it's done.
A big plus is the Qkr app. Wagga is one of the few places in Edinburgh that let's you use your smartphone to pay. This makes splitting the bill easy and you can pay and go whenever you're done. This saves so much time! As a result this Wagga is excellent if you're watching a film festival at the Filmhouse across the road and only have a little time between shows.
Just watch out - this venue is popular and can get very busy.
J. S.
Very good ramen and server was very professional to ensure social distancing during covid.
A. D.
The place was quite busy but the staff still managed great and personalized service. The food, as always, was great!
e. t.
Good food cooked very nicely. I was pleasantly surprised by it on this my first visit.
T. C.
The staff Wadge and Angelica where brilliant, really great hosts and did a brilliant job, food was top quality too! Highly recommended!
M.
Great place to eat with a group. Same level of service expected at all places 👌
S. M.
Our whole family can find something tasty and delicious to eat here. Fussy teen and veggie fan happy!
J. B.
Lovely food and staff!! Vegan katsu curry was amazing! Will definitely be back
N. M.
We go here every time we return to Edinburgh. Food is always excellent and service efficient. We wish we had one near us :(

It sometimes feels a wee bit expensive, but Wagamama's serves really good food and unlimited green tea, almost always with friendly and super quick service.

This is like most wagamamas, only they have real tables as well as benches, which is a nice addition. Handy location if you are in the centre of town too.
