Amazing southern style BBQ done right. Absolutely huge burgers! The wings are amazing as well. Great service topped off a wonderful meal. Highly recommended!

It's Buck's bar what more can you say. Food is great but be careful when ordering as the portions are huge. I love the super spicy options if you are brave enough. Great selection of drinks and shakes. Burgers are the best thing there and you can't go wrong with one. Definitely a place I go back to again and again. Oh and it's halal. Staff a very friendly and always on hand to help with a smile.

Food was spot on .salt and chill chicken burger .was hot enough. Added salt and chilli chips. Mouth went into overload .staff helpful with some water . South side branch doing well .staff and food great will return 😋 and have a cooler version. Food sizes are very good

I'm reviewing this purely as a bar as we didn't have any food. Popped in to Buck's for the first time for a post-meal drink because - despite it being round the corner from me - I'd still never got round to a visit. What I found now makes me question which local bar is my favourite. Buck's is a definite contender. I love American "dive" bars and Bucks is probably as close as you'll get to one in the neighbourhood. A proper southern shack feeling inside with wooden walls and red neon beer adverts. It was a quiet Mon night with plenty of tables but we chose to sit at the bar which meant I got a chance to chat to the bar staff, all of who were very friendly. We grabbed a couple of Kelvin pilsners for <£5 each (which is reasonable for a Drygate), sat back and listened to the acoustic music. Turned out my visit to Buck's was a nice surprise and I'll definitely be back, but I'll be trying to food next time Edit: I've now been back for food and - without sounding like Richard E Grant - it was everything I could have hoped for. Ordered the Flaming Mac n cheesed waffles and had to be rolled out I was so full. I wasn't leaving anything behind

Myself and the good lady had a great evening on 19th November 2022 at Bucks Bar Cathcart Road Glasgow. Food was great 😋 and the service was fast and attentive. Loved it!

Visited all Bucks locations now but I do like the quieter vibe of the south side location. The restaurant was busy as expected but we were served quickly and orders were spot on. I'll never quite understand how they find chickens so big. It was excellent and the standard is always the same across locations which is not always the case with other restaurants!

The food is amazing and the cocktails were also very good. Friendly staff. TGIF meets Hard Rock kinda vibe. Clean bathrooms. The price seems expensive. But the portion sizes are massive. We got extra sides that we did not require. 100% would recommend. It was busy though so book a table in advanced.

Great food. I've had soggy chips from there before but last night was different. Great value for money, nice beer and good music. I do think it's strange that you can't only order a burger, as the burger comes with chips for the same price as the burger alone.

A better bet for a table on the weekend than the city centre. Brilliant food, very good staff and a nice selection of beer.
