Burgers were really nice and well cooked. Got the cheese filled beef burger and beef with chicken. Loaded fries are a must! Only downfall was upstairs seating. It was really nice but cold so no one sits there which is a let down.

Was going to order some wings but saw a portion being served and they were tiny little things so gave it miss. Ordered the BBQ pulled beef burger which had zero taste and the whole thing slid apart after 2 bites. Tried a few bites of the BBQ pulled chicken burger which was a little better. The star of the show was the classic ground beef burger and the one I should have gone for. If you've never had a burger form places like Boo, Grizzlers or Ozzys you may like this place. The stock sauces didn't really help, maybe worth making their own.

Overall Best beef burger i have had in UK to date. Taste, quantity, price and service you get is on point. They have never got my order wrong and are very accommodating to your needs and likes. We have tried the chicken burger and pulled beef burger which are also nice. When we’re hungry, we will add in smash burger with loaded fries 😋. Parking on street can be tricky but usually get space. Seating is available. Place is clean with nice look. Staff are friendly and helpful. Keep up the good food.

I was surprised, way better burgers than I expected, message to the management. to bun slips too much when you put mayonnaise on... find a way to hold it all in place please (tooth pick type sticks or something)

Pros - service very good. Food was enjoyable. Served fairly quickly. Burger nice n juicy. Staff were friendly. Cons - expensive. Cheeseburger meal was £6.50 but it would be £7.50 on a weekend. That's ridiculous for the size of meal. Burger was very small. Actually reminded me of a kids meal. Verdict - Room for improvement guys! Probably will not return due to the tiny portions which I felt was not good value for money.

Ordered food Saturday night for pick up just before the torrential rain started , ended up getting caught in rain , couldn't get to pick it up due to roads been flooded , phoned them to tell them and they managed to deliver it within half an hour . Food was piping hot and delicious as always mac n cheese is amazing , so are the wraps and tandoori chicken steak .

We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from home. Food is stunning, both the burgers and steaks. The marsh and chicken and chips wow, wine great and lovely selection of meals Love this place and will continue to visit. The staff are wonderful and honest I.e they advise you on what is the top sellers ! The wait is sometimes is long but I guess that’s the reason as everything is made properly and with experienced staff and also due to large demand of customers waiting ! So I would advise to call 15 minutes prior just to make your order is started and you can ease the Hangry ness 😂!

Tried it for the first time. The chicken burger was good. Staff is also good and friendly. Sit in is also available. Take away is also provided. One thing I liked was the non-plastic bags so 1 extra ⭐ for being environment friendly and hope to see it in future as well. There is a weekday and weekend price for burgers so ensure that you check that.

Found this little gem & it's all your takeaway needs! Shop is beautiful & clean, staff are friendly and helpful - top knotch service! We had the chicken scirchia loaded fries - definetley reccomend these, delicious!! We also got pulled beef nachos again so delicious with the real cheese nacho sauce! - amazing! sides we got were spot on too, mozza sticks, popcorn chicken & garlic bread. Banging food and fairly priced for the quality, packaging and presentation - COULD NOT FAULT 10/10 ideal as they have a dessert shop right next door too

Always consistently great for a takeaway! However, my only issue is that Burgur Grill has a complete disregard for the fact that we are in a GLOBAL PANDEMIC at the moment. The staff don't wear masks which I can understand to an extent because it would get hot in the kitchen wearing one. However, there is ZERO enforcement of mask wearing inside. I come here every week and often customers do not have masks on, or have them pulled them down below their chins. I have also seen a delivery driver walk in without a mask too, who was shouting loudly without a need for it. This may seem irrelevant, however, there is a lot of evidence which shows that shouting can spread coronavirus further than talking at normal levels. There is also no enforced limit as to how many customers are allowed in at the same time. This means it can be absolutely impossible to maintain a 2 meter distance from others in the premises which I find very uncomfortable and reckless. Moreover, often the door is left closed rather than kept open, meaning that there is poor ventilation in what is an already crowded space with no social distancing which increases the risk of the transmission of the virus also. Often I've tried to wait outside before going in if I feel like the shop is too crowded, but then others arriving will just go into the shop and skip me in the queue without asking me to because I decided to wait outside for safety reasons. This then forces me to have to go inside and to subject myself to standing in a high-risk environment for the spread of the virus. I understand it is challenging to implement rules in small takeaways where people are constantly coming in and out. But I do feel like this is incredibly important and that Burgur Grill are not doing their part in trying to prevent further transmission of the virus. I am glad that the Scottish government have brought into force new restrictions which would force customers to stay outside of Burgur Grill for the next while. However, I wish that the owners and staff had cared enough about this deadly virus before and had considered the safety of their operations, rather than allowing it to continue in this way for so long. I hope that even when these new takeaway restrictions ease, that Burgur Grill will ensure to have customer and staff safety at the forefront of their operations as the pandemic continues, with genuine efforts to ensure of social distancing (2/3m rule), ventilation, limited numbers of customers in the shop at the one time and mask wearing.
