Wow, grub was out of this world. Piping hot and fresh. Only grumble I've got is it was a tad expensive but you get wat u pay for I suppose. This would only be a special occasion place for me due to the price. Disabled access was excellent with lifts taking you up the stairs and clean disabled toilets.

For the price you are paying, the quality is always surprisingly good. Obviously the variety is there, something for everyone. And anywhere with Vimto and Irn Bru on bottomless is on to a winner. Chocolate fountain popular with the kids. Chicken tikka masala really nice, little bit spicy.

I came here after an entire day of travelling to come see family and i was exhausted. But after coming here I felt much better. Great food, and lovely staff. The variety of foods and drinks were great. Loved the little robot it was so cute and friendly. The staff were very attentive and had quite a good sence of humour. Had our dinner here tonight, absolutely fantastic! The food was awesome, mash tatties/gammon were spot on! Everything our party ate was perfect.They managed to accommodate us right away on Good Friday without even having a reservation ! The staff are lovely, our lovely server was Tracey, she was amazing!

Came for dinner this evening. Unfortunately after getting there, our two year old felt poorly and became unsettled. The female member of staff with the pink hair was so lovely. She came over a few times to check if she could do anything to help soothe our wee one. We got a few of the starters and what we did eat was delicious. We had to cut our meal short due to the wee one being unwell so didn't get to eat our Weight in food. We couldn't praise the staff enough. Very friendly and attentive. We will defo be back. :-)

Great food here! One of my favourite restaurants! Went back here recently after 2 years from last visit. It was very busy, so please book in advance! The price is £18.99 for a Friday. Not too bad, considering what you get. However, it was £3.75 for a soft drink, which is too much in my opinion. The food in all parts of the buffet is good. Also some pretty decent curries.

Was wanting to try this buffet pre lockdown, so nearly 2 years later, my brother took me for a treat on xmas eve. The food was great. normally I don't go to buffets, not being a huge eater, but I am glad I came here to this one. It was really excellent food. The BBQ was easily the best I have tasted, and the scallops were impressive. I liked it, so plan on making a return visit after new year to repay my brother for his treat. Next time, I will try the soup & desserts as well.

Stopped going to Silverburn after they revamped menu. Thought I would give their New St Enochs a go. Quite disappointed. Menu lacking in variety even less than Silverburn no pakora at all of any kind,dinner plates very small,pizza was all cold also no chocolate cake, gateau’s etc. additionally the Ice cream machine broken had overheated apparently So all our children were disappointed along with the parents.you have now to pay before eating any food. Very bizarre. Apart from the above staff were nice decor nice. Will we be back? No we won’t on this one either so sorry.

Excellent all round. Staff - very polite and welcoming. The lift is broke and I jumped upto to let them know I had to cancel the booking due to my wife having mobility issues. No problems - they escorted us through the centre and let us use the goods lift. Would have been a rather frustrating as we traveled over an hour. We had been seated abit further away from the food and the manager came up and said let's move yous closer to the food and give you a booth. Staff went out their way to accommodate us and I would like to say a huge thank you as this does not happen very often now adays. Food - huge variety. From Chinese food to Indian food. Carvery to BBQ. Pizzas to Mac n cheese and sides like chips, chicken balls etc. Food was a little cool at the start but gets topped up regularly so it's heated up quickly. Loads of deserts cheesecakes, mouses, cakes and the chocolate fountain (with sweets) COVID - they ask you to wear masks when walking about. There's sanitizer stations and gloves available when getting food. Staff are all masked. Overall - recommend.

Pleasantly surprised at how clean and smart it was. I was expecting it to be like a world buffet who went out the game but on arrival the front of the premises were spotless as was the foyer and stairs area. We booked a slot and highly recommend doing this as it is very busy and you could have a fair wait for a table on your hands. When we went upstairs it was busy but a member of staff seen to us very quickly and was seated promptly as was a drinks order. The food and bar area was clean and a good range of food to pick from. The toilets were getting a bit messy but that is the fault of some folk who just make an absolute mess and makes you wonder if they do it on purpose. The only reason it didnt get five stars is due to trying to get to the lift people just hang about waiting and you spend a bit of time asking people to move out the way, mayby a sign saying do not block doorway would help as it is also a fire hazard.

The food was alright I was at the Glasgow one in silverburn but i wasn't happy with the lack of customers using masks or gloves but with these place once you have you drink and your table your paying anyway so you can't just you know leave so pointed it out to members of staff and all they said was we provide things but can make people use them also the amount of people just going the own ways congregating in one area as well pre covid not problem but this is an issue now I do feel that more should be done to make sure the masks and gloves are being used I don't think I will be back while covid is still a high risk due to this experience

Good variety of food. Although the sushi buffet was rather pitiful. The value for money however on everything else is great. Drinks are reasonably priced. Bottomless soft drinks. Was ok. I felt there wasnt very much choice for a Saturday lunch at £12.50. I had been on a Friday night and was more than happy with the food choices. My partner had the breakfast on Saturday, but he was dissatisfied as there was no eggs whatsoever. Taking two children for lunch also, turned out to be expensive. I would go for dinner again but not lunch. Staff are wonderful and the atmosphere is great.

If you’re looking for a buffet close to silverburn this is what you’re going to find. Sadly my experience as someone that eats out late wasn’t as great as it could have been. If we’re purely reviewing food it all looked very nice and tasted fantastic chicken was a tad on the still alive but I’ll gloss over that since I’ve not died yet. If we’re reviewing service and attitude then I give it 0 stars. The entire time I felt as if I was keeping the place opened and I only turned up at 8pm. It feels like the place shuts at 8:30 as the staff constantly deep clean and don’t stock sections anymore. Which if your saying your open for dinner till 10 perhaps maybe just don’t do this. It just all felt very much like the atmosphere of the staff wanted an early night. Waiters were just hanging about everything was just a little bit too much chaos. Perhaps I came at totally the wrong time. One thing is for sure if I’m ever coming here again it’s going to be miles off their opening or closing times. UPDATE: Came earlier in the day, gave it a second chance and was thoroughly happy with my visit. Seems to be when it’s busier it’s better but really enjoyed the roast dinner and such was fantastic.

Called here tonight with my partner and her family for a birthday meal there was 8 of us eating so had pre-booked our table even though we arrived 20 minutes early we were seated straight away, our server Thomas was an excellent young man that took our drinks order and cleared away plates so our table was clutter free... this was all of our first time here and we all found something we enjoyed to eat. It's not personally my partner and my cup of tea but enjoyed the dining experience. Worth a visit for family meals where everyone has different tastes and dietary needs.

Best Buffet type restaurant that I have visited. Went yesterday for first time while shopping at Breahead. Hadn't booked a table but there was no bother. My daughter and I were given a table straight away and the waitress was very helpful, she explained the food & drink set up to us. We could not believe the quality & quantity of the food. All the cooking stations where they cook your food fresh were a great touch as was the carvery. The sweet section was excellent and just the right size of cake as you get the chance to try lots of small pieces. The salmon & prawns cooked to order were delicious and the e cauliflower cheese & stir fried broccoli were absolutely delicious. This was a five star buffet and I would highly recommend we are planning our next trip to take the family, lovely Sunday lunch out. The price of £15.95 for this quality was well worth it, really enjoyed our first visit to Cosmo and it won't be our last.

There were 5 of us and we had booked for 5pm on Friday 21st June 2019. When we arrived we were greeted and shown our table. We ordered drinks which were reasonably priced and some of us ordered the unlimited soft drinks. The buffet, as you would expect, was varied and very tasty. We all visited the teppenyaki chef numerous times and the squid, scallops, prawns,steak and noodles were cooked perfectly albeit a smile or friendly word from the chef wouldn't have gone amiss. The Chinese and Indian foods were delicious and we tried many different dishes. I'm glad we booked as the place got very busy, very quickly and the queues started to build up at the tepenyaki chef. The tables are packed very closely together and manoeuvring round them with food can be tricky. I would definitely go back and would recommend booking and going early.

Go at dinner time, not lunch time. I've been a few times now and the service and range of food available at these different periods is like night and day. At dinner time there's better foods available at the hot plate chef station, there's a ramen station, and some sort of roast carvery. Lunch here isn't of the same level. The better items tend to go fast and it takes ages (if at all) to be replenished. Service isn't as good either - we asked 5 times over a 20min period for drinks and in the end had to complain to get them. I would recommend this place, but only if you're going during dinner time, not lunch time.

Without a doubt the best budget buffet I have ever been to. Go on an empty stomach because the choice is huge! Came here for the first time on Saturday. Thankfully we booked a table for it opening at 5pm as the queue was massive for both reservations and people hoping to grab a table. The restaurant is situated upstairs but there is a lift which fits one wheelchair or one pram & 2 people at a time. Great variety of food; Chinese, Indian, European etc. They offer a bottomless drink option which you can refill yourself. We enjoyed the food and would visit again.

I normally eat in the Wolverhampton branch. I really quite enjoyed the visit, nice carvery. A couple of things made me reduce the score. The amount of food with nuts is very disturbing in this day and age. My son couldn't eat any curry or hot pudding as all had nuts ticked. As a chef of 47 years it was worrying watching the carving being done and the carvery base was sliding all over the place, a big h&s risk. Table clearing was super slow. Other than that as I said I enjoyed it.

I would recommend it more for dinner as there is a better selection of world food that includes Chinese, Indian, Thai, Mexican, Japanese, Italian and even a good old British roast. You can also visit the grill and order steak, burgers and seafood that they cook up there and then. Dinner sets you back around £15 pounds (slightly more expensive at weekends) but includes all food and deserts. I would also recommend you book a table as you could be waiting for over an hour at peak times. Definitely a must visit when in the Silverburn area.

COSMO IS BRILLIANT!! All the food you can think of, under one roof. I can't help but feel happy with the fact you see employees constantly walking around cleaning, they're very on the ball here! Drinks are fairly quick, staff are helpful and polite. The pricing isn't bad either. For around 3 people on the buffet with refillable drinks, it was approx £55! Smashin'. There's wee menus to order as well if there's something you want and it isn't at the buffet.

There are so many easy options for adding more vegetarian dishes, add a veggie burger to the burger area (halloumi burger?), add a veggie option to the carvery, add a vegetarian Chinese main course. Also the labelling of foods is poor, there were chicken spring rolls and then spring rolls, were the spring rolls vegetarian? Saying that the puddings were lovely and I ate a lot of sides.

Ok selection of buffet food. Food eas average. Reasonable value for money. Restaurant very busy on a Saturday afternoon so booking is advised. There was a que to get in the door for walk ins.
