Food was good- teppanyaki steak &sea food, lamb chop, and Indian curry food. The place was so busy and the service was ok. We paid up front but the waitress asked us to show the receipt despite the fact that we didn't receive that. Had to go to the counter to prove that.

Amazing experience at Cosmo's. A lot of selection, with all food tasting fresh and warm. Staff were excellent, considering how busy it was they were very attentive and were quick to take plates away. Everything was managed well and I was overjoyed at the overall experience. Was a great addition to see one of your staff members come out to personally ask us for feedback as it shows just how highly the customers are valued. Only issue is the space between tables but it doesn't take away from how good everything else is. Will definitely be back again :)

I went along to the opening night of this new venue, great luxe buffet with different cuisines to try. The place is big and really nice inside. The food was lovely, not too impressed with the sushi rolls but everything else we tried was tasty and fresh. The chilli chips were great as were the Asian starters selection. On the night there was a great choice of dishes, including mussels, langoustines, and aromatic duck. There is a Teppanyaki station where the chef cooks in front of you. The desserts selection is impressive, massive chocolate fountain!

Most reviews here will discuss the good selection of various foods, the atmosphere, the fast serving times. I am not most reviews. To the amazing lady in the impeccable blazer, whose name we sadly haven't caught (I'm still in the building as I write this) who responded to my question of "may I fight the robot waiter" with "I can send it over with some lollipops', I would like to speak directly. Your energy? Impeccable. Petting the robot ears? Adorable. ACTUALLY SENDING THE ROBOT OVER WITH LOLLIPOPS? Hilarious. Google only goes to 5 stars, but let it be known, I grant a lifetime supply. UPDATE: Our lovely server's name, I believe was Rachel. Huge recommendation.

Today, my mother and I attended Cosmo for a late Mother’s Day/birthday meal. Being sent a QR code through email to book a free birthday meal, I booked up in hopes of a nice buffet experience. On arrival we weren’t met with the best experience with our server walking off and not returning and another member of staff being abrupt when I asked if we could pay so we could eat. Planning to leave as we weren’t happy, we caught the Assisstant Manager, Steven, who turned our experience around into a positive one. He was extremely polite, understanding and reassuring. He explained to us that we should have been told to start eating straight away due to the QR code we had but no one had done this which he was very apologetic about even though it wasn’t his own fault. He made sure we were re seated and comfortable and from there our time improved. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff walking the floor were all so lovely and well mannered. Overall despite a tricky start, it was turned around by the reassurance of Manager Steven and we enjoyed our meals and left happily willing to return.

I was there for my name birthday. The food was really delicious, there was a many different types of food and new preparate of food as well . Though I miss the fountain chocolate because we were pretty late ,next time I will definitely try it. The staff was really professional and welcoming, they take care of us for the whole night, thy are really nice and hard working people. The cocktail 🍸 was amazing 👏. I highly recommend this place. I will come back for sure and try that fountain chocolate 😂😂

I’m not normally one too write a review but feel this place deserves one. The service from start to finish was outstanding. I happened to mention to a member of staff Pamela that it was my 5yr olds birthday, and before I knew it there was a wee robot with a birthday cake singing happy birthday 🥳 my daughter was ecstatic . I would also like to thank Steven the manger for making it a birthday she won’t forget. Keep up the good work guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a great place. We arrived as a walk-in table of 5 were seated quickly and drinks order taken straight away. Food was great, the lamb curry was my favourite dish. Staff are very attentive. Robot server is a great addition and talking point.

Really satisfied with the overall experience in this COSMO. The value for money is fairly nice, with 20 pounds you can basically get a guarantee of good foods and nice services, I went and get food for a total of 6 times, 2 of which are dessert, the food choices are reasonable, with rices, noodles, a wide choices of meats and desserts, and various drinks, including wine and cocktails. All the drinks have to be paid, including the soft drinks, but soft drinks are unlimited refill after one purchase. The atmosphere here is very nice, not too noisy nor too quiet in my honest opinion. As a Hong Konger, the Hong Kong Noodles has to be one of the best Hong Kong Noodles I have tried in the UK, it's almost like the ones in Hong Kong, fantastic. With that all out of the way, if you want a buffet that can make your stomach full and satisfy your desire of unlimited foods, this is the place to go.

What can I say about cosmos, one word, brilliant!! I went with my family of four and immediately walking through the door was greeted with a smile by the workers. The workers were fast to accommodate to my needs and helped my older dad with what is good to get on his plate. Would 100% recommend this place as it is a lovely establishment.

I can't think of anything to fault. Wide range of food to everyone's tastes. Nothing was empty when going to get new plates from the dishes. Everything looked fresh and clean. And no major queues to the food either which was a surprise considering how busy it was. My main problem was trying to decide what to have next or have again

We’ve been here a couple of times in May for kids’ birthdays and communions and we’ve been large groups with kids. The managers and staff have been absolutely brilliant, especially Kevin, finding us suitable tables and looking after us. We’ve been welcomed very warmly and the food has been great as always. And the £1 parking is a hell of an add on! We love Cosmos at St. Enochs.

After a day at Kelvingrove galleries with my grandson , he wanted to visit cosmo as he's been before a few times this was my first visit We were met by Raj who was very cheery and efficient , he really engaged well with my grandson .we also had ghita come check how everything was , again very cheery and helpful, The food was great, plenty selections and the dessert choice was great . Whilst paying the bill to the lovely lady st the till , my grandson accidentally triggered the robot , the staff were so kind to him and were not bothered and actually laughed at his excitement . First time in Cosmo with friend while on holiday in Glasgow. Place is clean and there’s a variety of food. I liked the teppanyaki section as they’re gonna cook a small portion with your choice of sauce, so there’s no food waste, and you can try other sauces on unlimited return. Staff are friendly, special mention to Geetah who made us feel very welcome.

Had a great experience here today evening along with my family. Varieties of starters and main course meals. Sushis were amazing. The desserts were to die for 😍. The cocktails also were too good. Amazing staff service. Rishad was the one who got us the table and Rajaat was the one who took our orders, very courteous and constantly checking on us and making sure we were having a good time. 10/10 for service. The only unusual thing was the payments first thing...but when Rajaat explained to us about the whole thing it seemed fair enough.!! In a few words...it was LITT !! 💯 Would definitely visit again.

Erin that works in the St Enoch cosmos was so nice I was having a panic attack due to how busy it was and she seen and moved me and my family to a quiet bit to sit. There isnt a lot of food in comparison to the Silverburn Cosmos, however the food we did eat was in comparison and very tasty! Table service was ok, given its only been open a wee while its understandable! We did go to there earlier buffet in this occasion and will be going to the evening one at another date to give it a fair try! If you want a good munch after a days shopping with the usual food then this is for you, however if you want a huge selection of food well the Silverburn Cosmos is your best bet imo! The staff are very friendly btw 👍😁👌

Foods great but tables far too close together. Paying before you eat takes away staff getting tips aswel which I think is unfair of the staff as tips boost wages in the industry.

Went here around 6pm and was seated ten minutes later which surprised me whilst how busy it was, sat down and the staff were polite and the food was amazing, wasn't too keen on the oysters but everything else was amazing, will definitely be coming back for 3 people it came to around £65 which I found was fairly ideal, 10/10

Can I ask what the bank holiday half means on my recipet, I was told by the young girl at the reception that it was 19.50 per person as it was a bank holiday but what is the extra £10 50 for? Please explaine

Tried the st enochs cosmo twice once for lunch once for dinner most of the food was fine better choice at night. Unfortunately there was no chicken balls or pakoras. I am dining with my 10 year old daughter who is charged as an adult but she hardly eats anything. It makes no sense to charge children based on height. So I won't be returning with my children as far too expensive. It was also chaos theres no 1 way system in place everyone was banging into each other. You have to pay on arrival and can't eat till you pay we waited ages on ordering and paying as mobbed. Expect to pay around £20 a head even for children.
